Excellent location. Walking distance to all places of interest. Vivid area with many restaurants, bars, supermarkets, taxi station and Spagna metro station. Roberta was super kind and helpful. Our room was ready early in the morning and our luggages were safely kept both on the day of our arrival and our departure. The room was always clean, warm and quiet, making it a pleasant place to come back to after our long walks in Rome. Everyday cleaning services. All essentials (personal care products, coffee, sugar) were refilled/replaced on a daily basis. I definitely recommend it.

The plug at the right side of the bed was not working and a second adaptor would be great. However, this a minor detail that did not affect our overall experience.

Great location. Really enjoyed our stay. The rooms though small, were filled with amenities like hot water kettle and refrigerator. Staff were very attentive and helpful.

They did quite a lot with a small space. It was just a very small space. Being full figured, getting in and out of shower was somewhat difficult. Also, in terms of accessibility there were lots of extra stairs. 2 stairs to get from hall to door. Two stairs from door landing to get into room and two stairs to get from room back up to bathroom. Not anything that needs to be fixed per se, just people should have awareness.

This accommodation was in a fabulous area of the city near restaurants and shops. It was a comfortable clean room and perfect for a Rome stopover right near Spagna metro station. Reception was very friendly and gave us a map and also organised a transfer for us to the airport at late notice and we were picked up right at the door the next morning. We had a discount included for breakfast at the cafe around the corner. The main in there was very friendly and the croissant was so good I can’t stop thinking about it.

Loved my stay, it was so central to all the sights! I’ve been to Rome many times & usually stay around the Spanish Steps so this is another accomodation to add to my list. After weeks is solo travel I had my sister & father join me here at Relais Bocca & we all had a great time. Nothing was a problem, room cleaning everyday & even our water in the mini bar was refilled which was lovely considering this second heatwave. Awesome side streets full of restaurants & cafes, also a small supermarket at the end of the street which is a bonus!!

Excellent location ,comfortable well fitted out room with good ensuite.

Always when travelling only book hotel with room safe. Safe not working on arrival, told technician coming that evening. Concerned about leaving valuables in room, safe not fixed, told could leave valuables with receptions next morning which would open at 8am. Still no reception staff by 8.30 am and had to leave on a tour. Thought was safer to take valuables with us. My colleague was robbed of his passport and money that morning. Despite assurances, the safe box was not fixed six days later when checked out. I wonder if the safe boxes have been fixed.

It was the 3rd time that we stayed here and every year is better! Everything is near, the room is lovely, Roberta and Gisele were amazing, polite, with a big smile and ready to help you with everything! We love this place! Thank you for everything! The location was the best thing. The rooms were comfy and good insulation. Daily cleaning was provided.

The sound proofing needs work. We could hear upstairs toilets being flushed and noise from the lobby outside the room fully. Had to message for water bottles each time as they were not provided unless asked. Toiletries lacked one time tooth brushes and tooth paste.

The location is excellent, the room was very comfortable and cozy with an excellent view. Great restaurants and stores were right out the entrance door. I would definitely stay again and look forward to returning.

The only issue we had at all was we checked out and came back for our luggage after visiting the colosseum and were refused a chance to use a bathroom and told we had to go elsewhere.

The staff was very accommodating. They went above and beyond making sure happy . The even booked and confirmed our transportation for us. The location was perfect steps away from the Spanish steps and wonderful shops and restrants . They provided a certificate for a restaurant for breakfast. 100% they were excellent! Thabk you for a great stay and helping with all our needs !

Location is great, in a characterful street a short distance from Via Condotti & the Spanish Steps area. The host kindly arranged an excellent pickup from the airport for us. Our driver waited although our flight arrived late. We were initially concerned that no one would be available to greet us, but the instructions for access were very clear and comprehensive. No problem at all. The room was comfortable, very clean & functional. Staff were friendly and helpful when we met next day.

Nothing of any consequence. Some minor maintenance issues only.
