We loved the spacious room. It was perfect for family of three. The room was cleaned daily and there was a common kitchen with free water and coffee pods which is a really nice touch. The owner provided clear instructions prior to our arrival on how to get to the property and how to get in. There’s also an elevator which is a plus. We had the room with the view of the alley with the restaurants and was just beautiful. The windows just shuts the noise out so we weren’t bothered by any noise during sleep.

We had a wonderful stay. The place is very clean, central, yet very peaceful. Check-in was extremely swift and easy. The elevator in the building is certainly a plus. We were very well received by the owner who allowed us early check in. He was very helpful, friendly and smiling. The coffee/ tea corner at the reception area was great for the start of the day. All in all, we loved the place, we’ll certainly come back and we recommend it to everyone visiting the eternal city of Rome.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, there are many restaurants nearby, as well as nice and cozy establishments. There is a metro station nearby, unfortunately, when we arrived it was closed until October, but it was nice to walk to the nearest bus station. there is an elevator in the building, it is very small, but enough for 1-2 people. the room had air conditioning, a TV, as well as a safe and a very comfortable bed for 2, the mattress was very comfortable and soft. The bathroom is large and has everything you need. Big thanks to Alessandra for the detailed instructions for entering.

The buildings have a code lock on the entrance door from the street and the entrance door inside, it is not very convenient to constantly enter the code, and it is quite unsafe if it does not change since the key to the room is ordinary and not magnetic

The location was superb. Right in the middle of Rome but as soon as you shut the door, you'd never have known. The room was really quiet and did a great job of soundproofing the sometimes busy streets below. Such a great spot to explore from! Alessandra was a great host, showing us to our room and letting us know about the best food places around and directions on how to get there. Can definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Rome and wanting to stay close to the action.

The room and everything about our stay was really good but the bed wasn't quite suited to us, a bit too bouncy, but could be perfect for anyone else. Apart from that it was flawless and delightful!

Bathroom design and room design, the silence of room, an all-day kitchen with complimentary tea and coffee and a friendly and funny gentleman who welcomes you. Close to the Spanish Steps, Via Del Corso, Villa Boghese and in a place where you can walk with pleasure to many points of attraction. I felt like I was at home.

The central location is great, right in the historic city center. Everything is within walking distance, including lots of restaurants, bars and shops. The accomodation and the room was great, smooth check-in with the possibility to store the luggage. Free espresso and dishes to bring your own breakfast. Spezial thanks to Alessandra, who always was available and provided great tips for dinner locations etc. It was an amazing stay at Rome, and we would come back to Spagna Secret Rooms any time!😀

Nice spacious (Superior) room & bathroom All very clean Great location and, even if it is in the centre of Rome, with a pizzeria in the street below, in fact it wasn't noisy. The person in charge to check me in (and out at end of stay) was friendly and welcoming and available for any requests. The communal tea and coffee area was just perfect for my needs and the coffee was simply delicious. Altogether I was very happy with this property and I would stay there again.

Well-Designed Room in a Perfectly Central, Quiet Location — Just 4 Minutes to the Metro. A beautiful and spotless room with a smart, functional layout. The host was friendly and readily available throughout the stay. Despite being located in the heart of the city, the area was remarkably quiet and peaceful — offering both central convenience and a sense of calm.

Excellent location. Excellent room. Host was very responsive. Safe and comfortable stay. Great security. 3 gates with locks before you get into room. Renovated rooms. Big washroom. Comfortable bed. 3rd bed was also good size. No noise. No complaints.Highly recommend.

room was just as pictured, perfect size and had all the amenities you needed. it's a very "no frills" kind of place, definitely suited to those kinds of travellers who like to explore and eat out rather than those who want to spend all day in a hotel! the location was amazing, right near the Spanish Steps and the metro station so it was easy to get around the city, everything was a really close walk. you get a fridge in your room and there are communal tea/coffee making facilities too. there are two carrefour express shops nearby if you want to get snacks/drinks. the apartment is on the third floor of a building, there are stairs or an elevator but the elevator is only big enough for two adults (or one adult plus a suitcase) ! Alessandra was really lovely and friendly, she gave me her number in case I needed anything and made me feel like nothing was too much hassle. the price and the location of this place makes it SO worth it, I'll definitely be recommending to others and will stay again if I ever visit Rome in the future

the hot water took a while to come on (especially the bathroom sink) and was sometimes lukewarm instead of properly hot. it wasn't a major issue but might be more of a problem in colder months! also might be worth noting that the internal walls are quite thin so you can hear other guests - it wasn't a major issue for me as I sleep with earplugs anyway but definitely something to consider if you are a light sleeper!
