The location, price, service, and ambiance was exactly what we needed. Marta was so accommodating and helpful during check in - she even gave us advice on our transportation and prices around town as we were visiting from the US. The room and patio area were adorable. They also left little pastries in our room after every cleaning that were so delicious - I'm still thinking about them a month later! We had an excellent stay and would recommend it to anyone who is visiting Rome and is looking for a charming, central, and affordable hotel.

it was very cosy, the location was perfectly convenient and everything worked without any discomfort (shower, coffee machine, etc). the balcony was so beautiful and Piazza di Spagna was just a two-minute walk from the apartment. furthermore, our favourite ice-cream store Venchi was very close so we enjoyed our experience to the fullest. honorable mention, our host was the sweetest lady ever. thank you, we will definitely return again.

Excellent location for our 5 night stay in Rome. It all went so smoothly. The room was perfect and the bed very comfortable. The staff were very friendly. Replaced bottles of water every day and tea and coffee facilities available. Bathroom was perfect and hairdryer available. Less than 5 min walk to the Spanish steps and the Metro and lovely little restaurants on the doorstep! Would highly recommend and if I returned to Rome I would definitely stay again.

Staying here was absolutely perfect! The location is walking distance to all the landmarks. The area is quiet at night. There is an abundance of restaurants to choose from and a little supermarket at the end of the lane way. The rooms were very comfortable. Our daughter had the upstairs room. Loved the pillows, so comfortable! Marta also provided snacks and tea and coffee which was a lovely touch. Highly recommend staying here. I know we will return! Thank you Marta!

The unit itself was quite clean and had nice little perks (coffee, tea, twinkie things and croissants) refilled daily. The bed was comfortable and the staff were very nice and helpful. It was great that Marta spoke English!!

The only thing is the wifi signal was very weak and did not reach one of our rooms. The other thing that would have been helpful is if we were given instruction of the livingroom and kitchen. We were never sure who was coming in or why. It would have been helpful to understand what this area is used for. Lastly, those 3 flights of stairs are a killer if you are not young and in shape

The beds were very comfortable. The location was perfect, so close to everything. The shared living space and outdoor patio/balcony was a good addition to our small room with loft.

Our bathroom smelt stale and off putting. It was a stale, body odour/mould smell that didn’t leave even with the fan on. This was a shame given the rest of the experience was great.

Location was very convenient. Close to train stations, shops, restaurants, and tourist attractions. The place was very clean. We were offered complimentary snacks and drinks. Host responded quickly to my questions and helped us reserve transportation from the airport.

Wish there were other toiletries, even just small sample ones, other than shampoo.

The location was excellent, only a couple of minutes from the Spanish steps. The staff was was friendly and helpful. The manager arranged airport transfer in the middle of the night on our way home. Very nice to have a kettle and complementary snacks in the rooms.

Toilet seat in our room was a bit loose. Not clear when booking that a city tax would also need to be paid.

Location was perfect. So close to the Spagna Metro and lots of bars, restaurants and shops close by as well as The Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain.

The room was a little small although was very comfortable. Shower head wouldn’t stay up which was annoying!

I liked the room itself, very big and comfortable bed, cute decor and ceiling. Situated very centraly near Spanish steps, which also means the streets and metro get very busy. That's of course not the apartment issue, just for my next trip to Rome I will choose some more calm and not so touristy location.

Could be better toiletries provided, but that's a small detail
