When you think of staying in Rome, this is the exact place you are supposed to be.

If only a breakfast could be included and if the Spagna station was operated would be perfect!

The location was just a few minutes away from the Spanish steps. Many recommended restaurants were a walking distance away. The staff were really nice and helpful, when our flight got cancelled we could order an extra night. Free tea and coffee in the reception area. Reception works 24/7 and we could leave our baggage there on the day of departure.

The sheets were not the cleanest and the rooms are outdated, but we got our moneys worth and if you plan on travelling all day anyway then this hotel is a perfect choice.

Hotel Review We had a lovely stay at this hotel, which is in excellent condition and boasts an ideal location. It’s just a short walk to both the Spanish Steps and the Trevi Fountain, making it perfect for sightseeing. However, be prepared for a fair number of stairs, which could be challenging if you have heavy bags or mobility issues. Fortunately, the staff was incredibly helpful and assisted us with our luggage, which we greatly appreciated. The staff’s friendliness stood out throughout our stay. They were welcoming and attentive, creating a warm atmosphere. Breakfast was lovely—though the selection was a bit limited, everything was delicious, so we can’t really complain. Overall, it’s a great option if you want to be in the heart of the action with excellent service and a cozy atmosphere.

The location of this hotel was the best part about it, right in the middle of centrum, with access to everything in the city, a nearby metro station, the Spanish Steps and Via del Corso - so of course there was a lot of noise outside, but as someone who enjoys chattering, it didn't bother me at all. The staff was also the kindest people, they were welcoming and helped us with everything we asked about, offered us coffee, and catered all our needs.

The rooms are very small, but that wasn't the issue, the small bed was very uncomfortable to sleep on. Despite liking the chattering outside, it became too much when I could hear every movement of my neighbors upstair and next door.

The location is excellent as it is a few meters from Piazza di Spagna, the well-known streets Via Condotti and via del Corso in the heart of the center. The room was clean and the service was very good and fast from the gentleman at the reception.

The only negative think is the mattress of the beds and the not so good insulation inside the building. We had no discomfort from the external insulation of the building.

Just for information: ring bell, enter, walk up a flight of stairs , take lift to second floor , walk down one flight of stairs and enter reception. If young just walk up to the second floor.

- Location is superb. The street is nice, full of restaurants but not loud, couple minutes away from Spanish steps. - I didn't have issues finding it - Staff was very kind. - Room felt clean. Bed is good with size. Room itself and bathroom aren't big but acceptable. - Breakfast is not available (as stated) but free coffee is a nice touch.

- Room was bit basic and with not much natural light (mine window was oriented towards buildings' backyard). - Upgrading toiletries would be nice. - From time to time can be bit loud, but I didn't see & hear other guests... when you are in Rome you want to be outside. All in all, no big complaints. It met my expectations. You won't get a beautiful room (if that is important for you), but a decent one and you are paying little higher as you are sleeping in the city centre.

This the second time we come here. The hotel is very nice. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, the breakfast is very delicious and the staff are just amazing! The location is superb, just steps away from Via del Corso or the Spanish Steps. We will stay again here, when we visit Rome.

The shower is with fixed showerhead only and not very big.

Location was ideal for our trip and there is a taxi stand one block away. A/c was appreciated for hot days. Staff was wonderful in their assistance w directions, reservations, etc. Was newt to open window and gaze at the alley with its dining below.

As others stated, the building set up is unusual and takes a moment to figure out how to get to the reception area. After one day you got it. Note you must go up a flight of stairs to get to lift.

Very good location, very friendly staff, perfectly clean, a kitchen space, nice room and bed with private bathroom and toilet. Very good budget hotel!

Bathroom tiny but everything was in it, clean and all necessary items at disposition. The lift is at the first floor, might be difficult if you have multiple, or heavy luggage or cannot carry it.
