When you think of staying in Rome, this is the exact place you are supposed to be.

If only a breakfast could be included and if the Spagna station was operated would be perfect!

This was our fourth stay at Panda. It is located close to the storic centro of Roma. Staff are friendly and hospitable. You are paying for a quiet location in the heart of Rome.

There is a lift but it is accessible on the first floor, so if you are lugging big bags around, you are in for a solid upper body work out! You also need to factor in getting to and from Panda - taxi is OK they can come pretty close; if you are on the metro, bus or other, you will need to be ready for a bumpy walk with your bags. All that said, if you want a comfortable welcoming small hotel in the centre of Rome, Panda is your place.

The location was just a few minutes away from the Spanish steps. Many recommended restaurants were a walking distance away. The staff were really nice and helpful, when our flight got cancelled we could order an extra night. Free tea and coffee in the reception area. Reception works 24/7 and we could leave our baggage there on the day of departure.

The sheets were not the cleanest and the rooms are outdated, but we got our moneys worth and if you plan on travelling all day anyway then this hotel is a perfect choice.

Hotel Review We had a lovely stay at this hotel, which is in excellent condition and boasts an ideal location. It’s just a short walk to both the Spanish Steps and the Trevi Fountain, making it perfect for sightseeing. However, be prepared for a fair number of stairs, which could be challenging if you have heavy bags or mobility issues. Fortunately, the staff was incredibly helpful and assisted us with our luggage, which we greatly appreciated. The staff’s friendliness stood out throughout our stay. They were welcoming and attentive, creating a warm atmosphere. Breakfast was lovely—though the selection was a bit limited, everything was delicious, so we can’t really complain. Overall, it’s a great option if you want to be in the heart of the action with excellent service and a cozy atmosphere.

The location of this hotel was the best part about it, right in the middle of centrum, with access to everything in the city, a nearby metro station, the Spanish Steps and Via del Corso - so of course there was a lot of noise outside, but as someone who enjoys chattering, it didn't bother me at all. The staff was also the kindest people, they were welcoming and helped us with everything we asked about, offered us coffee, and catered all our needs.

The rooms are very small, but that wasn't the issue, the small bed was very uncomfortable to sleep on. Despite liking the chattering outside, it became too much when I could hear every movement of my neighbors upstair and next door.

The location was fantastic. The staff was responsive. Our room was quirky and met all our needs. I loved listening to the street musicians when our window was open. Our bathroom was in our stairwell up to the lost bed. Never seen anything like it. Loved it.

Lots of stairs. I was fine with that, but people should be aware of it. Staff insisted I helping carry our bags. So nice!

The room was great for one or maybe two people and it was clean, the staff was very kind and available and the location was very nice, really close to Piazza di Spagna and the Metro station.

There weren't any good restaurants around, mostly just tourist traps and I did find a bit of dust around the room, other than that it was a great hotel

Staff was great and friendly. Excellent location next to Spanish steps and metro. Room was plenty big for family of 4.

Didn't bother us much but the walls are thin enough so when people got in late or left for early flights, it woke us up(adults). Kids slept through it.

The location is excellent as it is a few meters from Piazza di Spagna, the well-known streets Via Condotti and via del Corso in the heart of the center. The room was clean and the service was very good and fast from the gentleman at the reception.

The only negative think is the mattress of the beds and the not so good insulation inside the building. We had no discomfort from the external insulation of the building.

Perfect for solo tracker , felt very safe . Staff amazing , room super clean.

Just for information: ring bell, enter, walk up a flight of stairs , take lift to second floor , walk down one flight of stairs and enter reception. If young just walk up to the second floor.
