I had a pleasant stay at The Spanish Suite Piazza di Spagna. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating—they kindly offered to store my luggage both before check-in and after check-out, which was a huge help during my trip. The location is excellent, with easy access to the metro and bus, or you can enjoy a pleasant walk to the city center. The room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable, making it perfect for my business trip.

The only thing to note is that my room had a small window high on the wall. It wasn’t an issue for me since I was mainly there to sleep, but for a vacation, I’d personally prefer a room with larger windows and plenty of natural light.

First and foremost I LOVED the staff. They were friendly, accommodating and the level of communication exceeded my expectations. Second thing would be location. Your by major landmarks, stores, restaurants, perfect for a late night stroll. It can’t be beat. Third thing, price. Considering the location and quality of the property (updated, clean, etc), it was affordable.

There was only thing I did not like and it was to no fault of the Spanish Suite. Being in a foreign country, I wasn’t comfortable with the Air BnB setup where you rent a room and have a common area for all to share. The corridors were well lit either and either though there are multiple codes you have to punch in to get through several doors, we couldn’t get the main door to latch. So let you imagination take you where it may (we did) and they moved us into a different building the following morning. And the rest of our stay we could relax and enjoy Rome.

The location is great and within walking distance of the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, and other monuments. The room was clean. I like that this location (Piazza di Spagna) specifically has a grocery store next door. The staff was very nice and helpful, and spoke English!!

The shower needs to be fixed because it pools in the shower. Since I was alone, it was doable because no one else needed to shower. However, more than one person wouldn't work. Also, the wifi was not strong.

Amazing helpful staff 😍, amazing location - everything is close: markets, restaurant cafes, sightseeings, shops and etc.! Only the wifi in the room worked poorly and there was dust under the beds, but this didn’t affect our impression or mood! I recommend to everyone! In the future, we will stay there when visiting Rome! Thank you very much!

The location was great ! The hotel is located in a street with a lot of little shops and restaurants. Very close to the main attractions.

A bit noisy when guests come back during the night. But my dad and I really enjoyed our time in the hotel.

Great location, walking distance to all the buzz areas in Rome. The room was very nice and very clean. Comfy bed and very secure.

The room was noisy at night from the outside streets. This was the only detractor, and only a problem because we were early to bed and early to rise.

Location cleanliness availability of staff 24 hrs

The key to the large door was an annoyance, had to play around with it in the keyhole till one opens. Also besides leaving luggage at reception, maybe a suite can be given past checkout. Also one of the matresses was over used. Extra bed could have been better. Flushing was not working one night although receptionist fixed it but more maintenance has to be done. Ideally kettle coffee tea milk in suite.

Perfect location, very friendly and helpful staff. You can reach main sightseeing places easily as most of them are in walking distance. The room was clean and it was orgaised on a daily basis, once back to our room we were finding it clean and organised. The only thing is I was expecting slightly bigger room, considering we were travelling with our toddler it was a bit tight. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and trip to Rome :)

We greatly enjoyed our stay - the location is very convenient and centrally located making it easy to walk (our preference) to most of attractions. The staff was terrific, very friendly with some great restaurant recommendations, and went out of their way to make our stay pleasant. Especially appreciated as we were celebrating our anniversary.

Spacious, clean, quiet and modern room, great secure location, friendly staff, a walking distance to most of the attractions that Rome has to offer and it’s close to lots of cafes, restaurants, trattorias, shops and supermarkets.

It would be good to have tea/coffee making facilities in the room.
