Very nice apartment with great architecture in one of my favorite streets in one of this fantastic Palazzos in the very heart of Rome. Warm welcome from the team that was present when we arrived. I was traveling with my two teenage kids. We had two apartments (1 and 2) with connecting door. Every one had a bathroom by its own. So no stress regarding that. Fully functional kitchens. Although we did not used it since the Restaurants are just to good to eat in ;-) On the top we very much appreciated the daily room cleaning.

I had the feeling that the walled-up door to apartment #3 was quite thin and therefore rather ring-horned. So I could hear the baby there crying from time to time.

The staff, especially Katerina was most helpful. She was very informative and made sure our stay was wonderful. The location was excellent 2 blocks from the Spanish steps in the heart of small shops and restaurants. The apartment was very clean, and spacious with high ceilings and nice hardwood floors. I would definitely stay here again.

When booking the apartment, I booked a 1 bedroom apartment (bedroom in a separate room). This was a large studio with 2 double beds (actually 1 bed and a pullout couch already made). It was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Most importantly, we were able to check in earlier than normal, and they were very accommodating about this. Some minor details, ie. the hair dryer attachments, did not fit properly and kept falling off. The kitchen did not have salt and pepper. Lastly, if accommodating 4 people, the table should be bigger to seat 4 people for breakfast.

Thanks to Katerina, we had no doubts at all; she guided us very well and truly cared about our comfort. The place was so great that I couldn’t find a single flaw. Its location is just a 1-2 minute walk from the Spanish Steps, and the surrounding area is fantastic. The apartment we stayed in was a loft, so it felt very spacious. There was no noise at night, and we slept very comfortably. If you ever come this way, there’s no need to look for other options!

Perfect location close to all main sights. You always able to walk in the city center. Or also there is an underground station in 2 minutes walking. Cosy flat with high ceilings and enough space for 2 people accommodation. Supermarket and many restaurants/cafes nearby. Everyday cleaning service. Easy check in/check out.

Soundproofing between rooms can be better. In room 1 windows to the wall (but on the other hand with windows to the street in could be much noisier) Unfinished shower room repair (small detail in the wall but still)

It is very spacious and clean, and AC really saved my family. All the communications smoothly happened via messaging, so it would help you if you don’t like face to face conversation in another language.

WiFi was weak and some spots in the room did not get the signal. If you have the local SIM, it may be better to turn off WiFi and use it instead.

The water wasn’t running from 3-5 ish. No running water as if they turned it off during the early morning hours. We left at four am and couldn’t shower. Great location and the staff was very friendly. We stayed in the 2 bedroom which is 2 units connected, it was perfect for our party of 7. I would definitely stayed again.

The location was perfect. Close to all the main attractions, walkable distance to everywhere. Lots of nice options to eat nearby and a supermarket in case you want to stay in. The room was clean and nice and the kitchen had all the basics if you wanted to cook.

The noise, you could hear the rooms next door. Is not that bad, but during our stay we had a group of girls that were very noisy and partied until very late at night, after they left it was much better.

Fantastic location - we easily walked to all the major sights. It was lovely and quiet despite being in a bustling tourist area. There was a supermarket two minutes down the road. All the staff were friendly and helpful. When our kettle broke a few days into our stay, they helped us straight away and brought a replacement within 10 minutes.

Everything was fantastic.

The location was excellent, very close to the Spanish Steps, and the apartment was huge! Having two bathrooms was essential to our group. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The air conditioning worked great, as it was still very hot at the end of September. The soundproofing was great, as with the windows open you could hear the sounds of the lively street below, but once closed I couldn’t hear much at all!

The showers did not drain very well.

We stayed in the beautifully designed room #2, we had everything for a nice stay. It’s a large studio with everything you need. A big size bed with a comfortable mattress which is really important to my back, and comfortable pillows. The studio is warm, there is an air conditioner(it not that common for Italy) A kitchen has all necessary utensils, pots and pans and stove for cooking There is a large bathroom, shampoo/body gel/conditioner are provided. Everyday they cleaned our studio and it was very nice to get back to clean place after a long walk The day we left (evening time) we were allowed to leave our bags at the property after checking out, we also asked to print our boarding passes and they helped us Thank you very much! We will definitely come back
