Excellent location in the heart of Rome. Very clean and spacious rooms with good air con. Excellent value of money. Extremely helpful staff who can’t do enough for you. Excellent communication throughout our stay and prior. We definitely would return here.

Steep steps up to the rooms with no lift would be a problem for people with limited mobility.

The apartment was fantastic and in a great location right in the heart of Rome (2 minute walk to Spanish Steps). If you like to walk for sight seeing, the apartment is perfect as everything is within 20-30 mins walk away (Vatican City, Colosseum) making it the perfect location. There are plenty of restaurants around the apartment and also lots of shops. The host Bruno was superb and couldn’t do enough for us. He spent 20 minutes with us when we arrived to explain the area and mark down lots of recommendations on a map. He also sent us a massive list of recommendations for food, drink, pizza, gelato etc which we found very useful. He also sorted us out private transfers back to the airport after our stay. Thank you Bruno for being such a good host.

Great location and beautiful rooms - Mario was so inviting and helpful, giving us some great recommendations for around the area.

Excellent location - 30 min walk to all the key locations. The surrounding streets were full of beautiful shops, restaurants and bars. Upmarket district and we felt safe at all times. Comfortable, modern, clean with traditional features eg beamed ceiling. A/C or heating options, mini fridge, kettle and complimentary tea. Bruno was there to meet us on arrival. Excellent host with superb communication and good information about the city and places to eat and drink. Our private transfer was organised through him and was well worth the money. We loved every minute of our short stay and would highly recommend this property.

It was in the most amazing location! Out of the front door you were surrounded by restaurants and eateries and down the road you have all of the designer shops and on the left the Spanish steps. All 1 minute from your door but once inside you couldn’t hear any noise whatsoever (we were on the 1st floor). Bruno was the perfect host and showed us on the map where to go. He recommended the best pizza and the best gelato. The kids (6yrs & 8yrs) had the best time!!

The bathroom wasn’t like the ones in the pictures and the shower wasn’t the best but it was very clean and perfectly usable.

Great location, close to everything you want to see, with most attractions less than 10 minutes away. It’s also conveniently near restaurants and shops. The apartment was clean, tidy, and spacious enough for four adults. Security was excellent, with keypads or locks on all entry points. The staff were extremely helpful and went out of their way to assist us. Communication was prompt and efficient throughout our stay. Silvia, who checked us in, was fantastic! She provided us with a map of the area and gave great recommendations for restaurants and attractions. We will definitely stay here again next time we’re in Rome.

The only downside was that in the main room, you could hear the street noise, but that’s to be expected when staying so close to everything.

Bruno was excellent host. He gave us a rome print out and showed us how to navigate and also best food places. He is a very cheerful person and makes you happy when you are embarking on a holiday. Wish him very best. Property located in ideal place near spanish steps and spagna metro.

Property on third floor and if you have heavy luggage it is a bother. After 30 K steps on daily basis climbing three floors was tedious. Inspite of this handicap, I would still vote for this property.

This en-suite room near the Spanish Steps is ideally located for exploring Rome by foot and public transport. The bed was comfortable and the room was quite spacious for a very reasonable price. Our host was a great communicator and gave us lots of tips for restaurants and attractions. The only drawback was the stairs but we knew this in advance and our host helped us get our bags up to our room. There are loads of restaurants, gelato cafes and high end shops nearby.
