The location of the apartment is excellent, in the heart of Rome near the Spanish Steps which is super convenient. It was freshly renovated and very clean, with nice layout and decoration. Unfortunately, there was an unexpected issue with the hot water which could not be resolved quickly. However, the staff was available by message and phone and did make attempts to address the issue and make our stay as comfortable as possible.

Perfect size accommodation, excellent location close to major sites, fabulous shopping and my family and I felt safe at all times. The apartment was clean and tidy and provided us with everything we needed for our stay. Staff was available via WhatsApp anytime I had a question.

I can’t think of anything we didn’t like, the property met our needs completely.

Perfect location in the middle of town next to Spanish steps. Perfectly organized checkin/ checkout. Small but sufficient kitchen. Comfortable beds and quiet and well adjusted air con. Tastefully chosen equipment of Appartement.

Smaller of the two bathrooms is missing a board or something similar to store personal bathroom items. For one of us the display on the aircon was a bit too light at night. So just very minor things, overall perfect!

First of all it was very clean spacious and the location is wonderful. The weather was very hot when we were there; because of location we had the chance to come to apartment in the middle of the day take shower freshen up and continue exploring

Great location, right at the Piazza di Spagna. Walking distance to all major tourist attractions. The service was amiable and appropriate. Rooms look like newly furnished. Interior design is clean line and comfortable, with comfortable beds. Rooms are clean and the appliances operates well. kitchen has all the utensils. there’s also a washing / dryer combo, which is very handy during the hot summer

The location was excellent! The metro station is just a short walk away, and most major attractions are within walking distance. The property itself is spacious, impeccably clean, and well-maintained.

Wonderful apartment, nice size, great location. Easy to check in. There is an elevator very helpful when you have a lot of baggage like we did. We enjoyed Nespresso and the quality of shower products. Beds very comfortable.

Truly a great place to stay in Rome! Do not hesitate to book this especially if you want to see the main attractions which are walking distance from this place! the Royal Roma suite which we booked was a perfect place for our stay… the apartment was appropriately furnished with just the right amenities. the correspondence with their staff via WhatsApp was very convenient. Highly recommended!!!

We liked everything. The comprehensive communication with the owners / organisers of the apartment holiday, both before and during the stay, was exceptional. They took care of everything, were 100% reactive, and gave lots of helpful information regarding all local amenities. The apartment itself was absolutely fabulous. Beautifully modern, clean and luxuriously spacious. In addition it had perfect sound-proofing, so was beautifully quiet, and was also perfectly air conditioned (a very welcome retreat from the heat outside). And lastly its location was absolutely perfect. Very central, in a lovely part of the city, surrounded by everything you could want, including the special attraction of the Spanish steps, less than 1 minute's walk away, and the Trevi fountain, approximately 6 minutes walk away. We enjoyed our stay immensely, and would not hesitate to go back.

The only single tiny, tiny remark I could make would be regarding the lack of any cutlery in the apartment kitchen (at least none that I could find! ... perhaps it was there and I just didn't see it!). But I ended up buying some plastic forks and spoons for eating basic snacks. However, being in such a fabulous location, surrounded by cafes, bars, and restaurants, it's normal to want to eat out most of the time, so self-catering in the apartment was not at all a priority for us, and the lack of cutlery was not an enormous loss to us!

two room apartment had 2 air conditioning but none of them was working. unfortunately it was not possible to fix during my 6 day stay. Had to keep windows open and street was very noisy.
