location is great, easy walking distance to many things. Colosseum and Vatican maybe 30mins away but Rome is a great walking city so fine for us. Staff at the bar were always there and a big help.

not really a negative point but just to make it clear this is really an airbnb with staff. There is a bar at number 3, you stay in rooms at number 5. Staff were always there to help, so everything is great but just to know. For example, no breakfast or other food is offered, it is a room you are renting with staff on site to help.

Amazingly cool James Bond hideout like vibe tucked away in an extremely good location near the Spanish steps. Super clean interior with impeccable housekeeping service. Beds were comfortable and road noise was minimal

Monday through Friday 9:00-3:00pm there is construction occurring in the shop directly below the hotel. Extremely loud banging, drill noises disrupted my otherwise relaxing experience. The concierge didn’t do anything to improve the situation - as it was our last night his offer to move rooms was futile.

We had a pleasant stay at LE RÊVE DE NAIM in Rome — the location is convenient and the ambiance of the place is charming. The staff was friendly, and check-in was smooth. Overall, it’s a decent place to stay for a short trip, but with a few improvements to the room amenities and climate control, it could be much better.

However, the room itself felt a bit small and some of the equipment could use better maintenance. The shower and a few other fixtures showed signs of wear, which took away from the overall comfort. Also, the air conditioning was preset to a high temperature and we weren’t able to adjust it, which made the room warmer than we would have liked, especially at night.

The location is simply unbeatable – just one block from the famous Piazza di Spagna and the exclusive Via Condotti. There are plenty of restaurants and shops right on the doorstep, making it easy to explore the city. Piazza del Popolo is only a ten-minute walk away, providing the perfect base for sightseeing. My room was very spacious and offered ample space to unpack my luggage. The bathroom had also a good size and had everything I needed. Overall, my time here was truly enjoyable.

unfortunately, the walls and windows are not so well insulated. If you are a light sleeper, this can be problematic. A hook for hanging towels would have been greatly appreciated, as well as a place to store shampoo and soap in the shower. These small touches would have elevated the bathroom experience significantly. I believe the hotel has tremendous potential. With a bit more attention to detail and some additional love from the owners, this hotel could truly shine.

I arrived early in the morning, and they kindly provided me with my room, without making me wait until the usual check-in time. -The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of central Rome, making everything so convenient. I was lucky to get one of the best rooms in the corner of the building, featuring stunning views from both sides. The room was spacious, modern, and very comfortable. I did encounter a small issue with the air conditioning, but the staff resolved it promptly and efficiently, which I truly appreciated.

While the hotel rooms were recently renovated, I noticed some differences from the pictures online which it wasn’t renewed yet. For instance, the room was supposed to include a Jacuzzi or bathtub, but it wasn’t there. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service, prime location, and comfort.

Room 107 felt like a soundproof box. Was offered instead of a noisy street facing room. Wi-Fi seem to be an issue at the time we stayed. There is no cellular data due to the close proximity of neighing buildings. Frederica on reception was friendly with great suggested dining spots. However, we had issues with Wi-Fi. She could be more professional in her approach to guests and not have an attitude as she did when we pressed to have Wi-Fi available. The following day she continued to show her displeasure towards us. Totally unacceptable behavior when guests are paying in excess of $700 a night.

My stay was truly exceptional! From the moment I arrived, the staff provided unparalleled service, attending to every need with warmth and professionalism. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality made my stay truly memorable. The room was perfect, elegantly designed, spacious, and exceptionally comfortable. It provided the ideal retreat after a day of exploring. The location could not have been better. Just steps away from the iconic Spanish Steps, it’s surrounded by luxury boutiques and designer stores, and within walking distance to the stunning Trevi Fountain and many of Rome’s most iconic landmarks. Being in the heart of the city meant I could easily experience everything that makes Rome so magical. If you’re looking for a blend of luxury, comfort, and a prime location, LE RÊVE DE NAIM is simply unmatched. I can’t wait to return

Free Upgrade I booked the standard room but they upgraded my room to Suite 8 which was exceptionally large for me as a solo traveler. They said that because I was traveling alone they wanted to ensure that I felt relaxed and could enjoy the best of Rome. Did not expect that and I think it was a nice touch. Location Location Location In addition, the Suite was in a separate building which was easy to access from the street and the elevator goes straight in front of my room door, so for once I could forget the hassle of carrying my luggage around a hotel corridor.

The sink and the utensils in the mini kitchen certainly have seen better days. Other than that it was no complaint, considering the value for money and how close it was to the heart of Rome.

It was a wonderful experience during my recent stay at the hotel. The bathroom was exceptional, featuring a large, high-quality shower and multiple side water jets, making it the most comfortable shower I've ever had. The room size was good, and the location was perfect. The bed was very comfortable, and I appreciated the daily towel replacement and room cleaning service. The air conditioning and the minibar worked fine.

The hotel does not offer a breakfast option, which could potentially be a nice addition. However, this didn’t make much of a difference, as there are plenty of excellent cafés in the surrounding area.
