loved the location and the classic Italian street. Andrea was a lovely host and responded immediately to all our requests.The room was perfect..do agree that the shower was a little strange through we embraced it as Italian way of life!

The location is very good, anywhere can be reached on foot. There is a small bar in the hallway, which is convenient and even has power plugs.

The clear shower facing directly towards the bed is a little inconvenient

Fantastic location -easy to walk to everything . Nearby bars restaurants, shops and historical sites all just a few minutes walk.

All good - perhaps check out a bit later but not not too much of a problem

Would 100% book this again. It is a Great location right in the centre but yet quiet for sleeping. There was Really great communication with host! Very helpful and let us keep our bags before checking and let us know that we could check in early. The bed is comfortable and the shower is really nice with hot water.

There was a Strong smell of cleaning agents which was fine when we opened the window. The property is extremely clean and would book again.

The location nearby Spanish Steps and also Fontana di Trevi, the authencity of the ancient Rome site, clear instructions to check in and out. The host was helpful. We also met the cleading lady, so friendly, too. Since we had only handluggage to carry, it was also from walking distance about 30 min. walk from the railway station Termini. On the day of departure we took a taxi to the Airport Fiumicino from the piazza just next to the appartment.

Loved the location - it was perfect! The room was quite snug but it had what you needed. The bed was very comfy and the fridge was handy. Check in was very easy and communication with the host was excellent.

The room was quite small and the plumbing was quite noisy - the toilet made a lot of sound! The shower was also quite tight. There is a small “kitchen” which provides for a kettle, coffee machine and sink.

Very convenience to Spanish steps, fountain. Grocery and pharmacy are within 200 steps. Tons of restaurants on the street. Safe and clean. Very helpful owner. Great price in that area.

Anyone pass the restroom, the light of the bedroom door will have a sound and turn on. The stairs are steep for people having heavy luggage.

Very central location in the heart of Rome, walking distance to all the major attractions. The room was comfortable, was decently spacious, and quite modern. Communication from the host was great also.

The only thing that was a little bit off was the bathroom was separate from the room, and we had to walk down a shared hallway to get to it.

Wow! Truly a perfect place to sleep in Rome! First of all, the location is absolutely perfect! A minute's walk from the Spanish steps and from there it is easy to reach any attraction in Rome. The room is very nice and clean, with a small fridge. There is a coffee corner with a coffee machine that makes hot coffee, really pampering. But I mainly wanted to praise the owner of the apartment. From the first second he helped us and took care of every request. But what really surprised us is that towards the end of the trip we were denied our flight for a day, and because we are students and don't have much money, he agreed to let us stay in another room that was available for free! At that second he helped us and he is really just an amazing person. I think that if you come to Rome you must choose this apartment in every way!

Me and my husband really love the place because its very accessible to all tourist spots, restaurants, train stations and shopping area.

My only problem to this place is has no elevator and the room is at the 4th floor. But other than that its all good!
