Its practically an airbnb rooms ,Great location near piazza spagna and plenty of restaurants and shops and close to via del corso shopping street, the area is pretty safe day and night , the room is clean and well maintained with all amenities , Alberto the owner is very nice gentleman and helpful and the bed is comfortable

There are no signs for the entrance , i had to look around with my luggage for long time before i found it exactly next to MCDonalds , the elevator is old style and very small that merely fits 2 persons without luggage , the keys of the entrance and the rooms is old steel keys they should replace with new wireless card instead. Nevertheless every thing else were just fine

Best location right near the Spanish steps with great cafes and restaurants nearby. Walking distance to lots of attractions. Taxis right out the door. The beds were comfortable. The host was friendly and courteous. Would stay again. The only negative thing was that the bathroom ceilings were mouldy and could use a good clean and mould-resistant paint to safeguard the health of guests. Also a luggage rack or 2 would be a great addition to the rooms.

The location is great because it’s close to Spagna station, but when I visited, the station was under construction, so I couldn’t take full advantage of it. There’s an elevator, so it’s not difficult to go up. However, the water in the bathroom sink and shower didn’t drain well, so I had to shower with the water flow on the lowest setting. There is air conditioning, and although it’s small, it does work.

If the drainage issue could be fixed, it would be great.

LOCATION and facilities were unparalleled. It was right by the Spanish Steps, and was so comfortable. The view out the window was terrific. We loved every part of our stay. The host also set up a baby crib for us upon our early arrival.

Nothing at all, everything was perfect.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room, view from the window, bed, and location were great! The hotel is next to the famous McDonald’s branch.

More instructions on how to operate the heater and what to do if the water doesn’t heat up at 1 am. The Wi-Fi works best near the room entrance than by the window.

Great location, gentle and helpful staff nn mather that we have contacted each other only via phone/ WhatsApp, clean and absolutely comfortable bed

The check out hour was too early especially when you are in one of the most live cities 9:30-10 is really not a good option for the tourists.

The location was perfect. The manager was very helpful, friendly and kind. The room was very clean and every day was cleaned. Espresso cafe in the room was excellent 👌👍. Sure i will stay there again in Rome !

The sofa bed was uncomfortable and the ac didn't work.

Great location! We could walk to every place we wanted to visit in maximum 30-40 minutes. The property was clean, nice smelling, easy to find. Totally recommend! ❤️

The location.

Noisy, not only from the location but also from the neighbors. We had a problem with the hot water which we had to deal with ourselves. We only got guidance from the staff. For 3 days they didn't change our sheets, they only asked us about the towels. There is no place to leave your luggage. Everything was on the ground as there are no shelves in the wardrobes. There is nowhere to hang your wet towels after a bath to dry.

The location was perfect! Very comfortable beds. Good coffee. Helpful and friendly staff. Easy check in and very friendly.

It felt a bit damp, there was some mold on the walls, I think there might be bad air circulation. Mold in bathroom and shower.
