We had a corner room looking over the alley streets below. One night there was an opera singer below. Magical.

The bathtub/shower had a half glass wall. Water went everywhere while showering. Otherwise it was wonderful.

It did not include a tea or coffee machine in the room, and although the hotel had emailed to ask for my date of birth prior to our stay, they did not provide any kind surprises or upgrades on my birthday during my stay, contrary to other hotels. However, it was a lovely stay just the same.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The location is simply unbeatable, situated near Rome’s most iconic landmarks, including the Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, and the Pantheon. Everything was within walking distance, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city’s rich history. Beyond its prime location, the hotel is surrounded by some of the best restaurants and charming cafés, offering a true taste of authentic Roman cuisine. Whether I was in the mood for a casual trattoria or a fine dining experience, everything was just a few steps away. One of the highlights of my stay was the delicious breakfast served each morning. The variety was impressive, with freshly baked pastries, artisanal breads, seasonal fruits, and an assortment of cheeses and cured meats. There were also hot options like eggs, pancakes, and Italian-style espresso that gave me the perfect start to my day ♡. The service was exceptional, with a warm and welcoming staff who went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. My room wasn't that spacious, but perfect for one person, clean and nicely decorated, offering a perfect blend of modern comfort and classic Roman charm. If you're looking for a hotel that combines luxury, convenience, and a fantastic atmosphere, this is the place to be. I will definitely be returning on my next visit to Rome!

The location is excellent, lots of shops and restaurants a few steps away and walkable to lots of major attractions The staff were amazing, extremely helpful and very polite. The cleaning staff do a very good job as the rooms are spotlessly clean

The decor could do with a refurb especially in the suite we had, the wall covering was showing signs of age e.g. marks where large pictures had been replaced by smaller ones. Also the bathroom could do with upgrading. We had a room with a terrace which would have benefited from better matching furniture and a decent outside light on the table. I had to use the light on my phone to enable us to sit and have drinks of an evening

The location is excellent, on a small street just off the Piazza di Spagna. Breakfast is simple but good quality: great capuccino, cheese, cold cuts, pastries. Service at breakfast was excellent.

The air-conditioning had a mind of its own... we could not change the temperature, no matter what we tried. The controls are there just for decoration.

The location is great, the sheets were clean, and beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall it was a good experience and we enjoyed it. We did not eat breakfast.

It seems outdated, the fridge did not work and had to be replaced, and the seif was not working and we did not use it. Sometimes the air conditioning was not working either.

Obviously the location is excellent so aside from this I found the front desk, especially Lavinia to be wonderful & helpful. I like the older more antique style of the place & I liked my room very much. It was quiet & had a very cozy comfortable vibe. I always appreciate having a fridge. For me the place has a really warm & familiar energy... Staying here you are in the centre of The Eternal City with most attractions within a healthy walking distance. Breakfast is also excellent in nice dining room with great cappuccinos with kind & thoughtful staff. For the price I don't think the place can be beat.

The staff were amazing - super helpful and kind and the whole team went out of their way to make our stay as lovely as possible - incredible location as well. the ice cream shop just across the hotel is excellent too! Breakfast is “OK” but again - the staff really superb there too. Would definitely recommend.

The bath / shower was very old and clogged up and the hotel in general is in need of refurbishment but it was very clean (so old, yet clean )

The location was really good, in the middle of central Rome. Room was also very nice, to the Italian standard but we were very happy with it, always clean and comfy beds. Breakfast was also nice, it had everything you would want, and the people working during breakfast was lovely and very helpful.

There wasn't anything I didn't like.
