The location was close to all major attractions such as the Spanish steps. The breakfast sands snacks available throughout the day were exceptional. The outdoor area with our room and the area outside the dining areas was a perfect place to relax and enjoy conversation. The staff and owners were exceptional in their professionalism, service, and willingness to go beyond our requests. I highly recommend this hotel. You’ll enjoy the experience immensely!

The Internet didn’t work for about half the stay. I am seated this was not the fault of the hotel but the phone/internet service provider. When I needed to do a business Zoom call they found me a quiet location to have my call which I greatly appreciated.

The hotel is in an great location. There are restaurants around every corner and shops. The staff was very helpful and went over the top. They checked with us every day. The sweet lady brought our luggage up to the 3rd with the tiny lift (typical European lift) and the gentleman took our luggage out to the taxi when we checked out. We order an airport shuttle through the hotel. It was early, efficient and comfortable. Just an fyi, most shuttles are cash euros only.

There were quite a few stairs to go up. If you did not take the tiny lift. Just how it is in most European cities.

Staff are fantastic

Rooms are small - but always the case in Rome unless you pay a premium.

The location is fantastic. I was in the annex which was as nice as being in the main hotel. A couple of doors along the street. The hotel provided free bottled water, sweet snacks and coffee which were greatly appreciated. The staff who made the rooms up each day did an excellent job at keeping it clean. The room has a safe. The TV is Italian (obviously) so if travelling you may want a portable device. Rooms have air con. I had read comments about small showers but the room I was in was absolutely fine and a decent size. Location was walkable to everything. Rough times…Vatican 30mins, Colosseum 30mins, Spanish steps 4 mins, trevi fountain 10 mins, pantheon 15 mins.

Some of the usual items in the room were not provided eg iron/hair dryer… Plug sockets are attached to light switches so travel adaptors didn’t fit brilliantly. Some things were a little worn… scuffs on the walls and broken tv remote. High ceilings but smaller rooms. The room I was in was next to the area where the complimentary snacks were so some guests were a little loud.

Just like their hotel name, it is truly charming. From their hotel rooms, facilities and superb breakfast selection, their staff are warm, friendly, helpful. The location is conveniently near every tourist attraction and shopping areas. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you Booking.com for the Genius treats! I was so surprised to find it on our room. It was lovely.

Nothing

This hotel is an amazing find. Literally only 3 minutes walk to The Spanish Steps and 7 minutes walk to The Trevi Fountain . We arrived early but were able to check in as our room was ready . The room was beautiful, bathroom was super clean and the shower was amazing , housekeeping came in every day to change the towels and make the bed . The breakfast was fabulous too , although only a tiny area, it never felt overcrowded and the choice of food was amazing , constantly replenished by the hard working staff in there . Note this area is available 24/7 for coffee/ water and lovely little treats so you can just pop in and make a coffee before going out or when you come back in , a lovely touch , there is even a bottle of fizz to help yourself to. The reception staff were very polite and welcoming too. Nothing was too much trouble for anyone , cleaning staff always had a welcome smile and worked so hard. One last thing the security of the entrance to the hotel was first class too , heavy doors everywhere leading onto your rooms.

Nothing we didn’t like

The location is perfect, as easy walking distance to a lot of historic sites such as Spanish Steps, Trevi fountains , and the Panthenon To walk to the Colosseum and Forum took about 30 mins but every walk is a joy with small piazzas and beautiful buildings and streets to explore .. keep an eye out for cars and bikes though We took metro to near Vatican Highly, highly recommend Devour walking tours for both Coliseum and Forum, and Vatican and St Peter’s , fantastic guides, very good ear pieces for guide to talk to you wherever you are.. Hotel rooms lovely, and staff very helpful and friendly .. the bathroom in our annex room was smelly , I think the sewers , which was unfortunate but that might have been a temporary issue Breakfast was great on the day we used it, a lot to chose from but the other days we picked up coffee and pastries en route to early starts for walking tours

Usually, I'm too lazy to write reviews, but this hotel was nice. Nice staff. The staff helped with the suitcases because the elevator is small and doesn't cover all the floors. The welcome gift included two bottles of Aperol spritz. The hotel room balcony was lovely. The mini-bar outside the room had snacks, water, coffee, tea, an ice maker, a microwave, and utensil, which was very convenient. The location of the hotel is in the centre of town, quiet and convenient, a short 5-7 minute walk to the Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps. Shopping is also very convenient. Definitely recommend it.

Location was superb, 30mins walk from Termini station, 30mins walk from Vatican. 5 mins walk from Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain. Gentleman who checked us in kindly carried my case up to room (we were in the annex). Snacks were appreciated & well stocked. Secure building.

Some noise from flat above but likely to always be the case in city centre & not hotels fault. Room quite small which not a problem for us as only one small case but something to be mindful of. Sockets next to bed didn’t work but possibly due to having to use a travel adapter. Again only something to be aware of and we just used others.

The property is in a great location. Walking distance to all the attractions. Staff were very attentive . We did stay in the annex building which is located in another location two doors down. It was quiet where we were located. You have to go to the main building to have breakfast, but this is not a problem . There are plenty of snacks in the communal area and a coffee machine and water, etc., Whilst we were waiting to leave staff even gave us a couple of Aperol spritz !
