From the moment we arrived we felt incredibly welcome. The staff where really helpful and friendly at the desk. Asking if we had been to Rome previously - which I had and if we needed suggestions etc. The room was clean, large by European Standards and the bed was really comfortable. The breakfast was very good and catered well to allergies (my partner is GF).

Our room wasnt ready when we arrived, even though it was after the check in time. We went to the bar and had a much needed coffee. Honestly I felt like this should have been on the house given we were waiting on our room. But the gentleman who served us was again so welcoming and made sure we were enjoying it that we really werent that fussed over a few Euro's.

We stayed 6 nights. The rooms are quiet. The location is exceptional. It is in the center of all the major sites and everywhere is walkable. The staff is helpful and friendly. We requested breakfast boxes for two mornings, which were ready to go at 5:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. and contained plenty of items to tide us over until late afternoon. Someone is at the desk 24/7. The few taxis they called for us arrived within minutes. We enjoyed the quiet ambience of the "bar" in the lobby when we had some down time before dinner. A white table cloth restaurant is right outside the door; two local Italian pizzerias are just around the bend; and there is a market next door.

Just wish Rome itself cleared its garbage from the streets better.

The location was perfect for a few days to see the main attractions. Walking distance to the city and a leisurely walk to Vatican City. The breakfast was enjoyable and the dining staff very friendly, courteous and helpful.

The room was comfortable but the air conditioning eliminated a strange gas odour and had to be turned off during our stay in the room. When complained to the reception we were given a strange look and told that they would have maintenance look into it. No update was provided either during the stay or at check out. Poor customer service from the reception.

The hotel is located within walking distance of Fontana di trevi which is a great place to stay in Rome. A lot of restaurants, convenience stores and attractions are within a few steps out of the hotel. I stayed with my wife and 1 y/o son, they provided a crib and even gifted a teddy bear to my kid which was hugely appreciated by us. The staff was extremely helpful and breakfast was delicious. I would stay there again

An excelent choice in a perfect location near the best part of the city. Just a few minutes walk to the main tourist and shopping attractions with a large choice of bakeries, restaurants and convenience and delicatessen markets around it. Taxi station and public transport around the corner even thought all center of Rome is reachable in walking distances. Elegant hotel with friendly staff.

I liked everything- it was our second visit, and just as lovely as the first. The room (standard twin ) was clean , quiet and comfortable . The breakfast staff is great, and Alessandro remembered us from last time. Flavia and Paulo were also kind and attentive. I look forward to staying there again.

The hotel is excellently located and offers rooms with comfortable beds and pillows. I especially appreciate the acoustic windows, which ensure complete silence in the room, blocking out any street noise. The quality of the breakfast is also outstanding. Additionally, I would like to highlight the exceptional service provided by the receptionist Lucca, who was excellent with my family. I highly recommend this hotel and would certainly stay here again.

The room was comfortable but a little dated. The bed was very comfortable and tea making facilities were provided. The room was quite large with plenty of room for luggage. The bathroom was well appointed, the shower was above the bath tub. The location of the hotel was fabulous, was able to walk to many attractions and plenty of good restaurants nearby. Staff were very helpful and courteous.
