We loved the location of the property right near the Trevi fountain was amazing! Felt very safe and secure as you have to go through three doors , very comfy and very quiet slept very well, we had an issue with our bathroom door, locking on us totally my fault that my phone and passports were stuck in there as we were just about to leave we called and they were so prompt in coming and fixing the situation. I was very, very grateful!

Wasn’t really anything I disliked about it, the only problem was the TV converter seem to stick and wasn’t working very well, but we weren’t in our room much anyway, so it didn’t matter

Highlights: 1) The location is perfect - situated right next to the Trevi Fountain, which made exploring Rome incredibly convenient. 2) The hotel's classic, historical ambiance gives it a charming character. 3) The lobby is absolutely beautiful and creates a wonderful first impression. 4) The staff provide exceptional service. Special thanks to Mirko who offered fantastic recommendations for exploring Rome's best attractions. 5) Lorenzo, the owner, was remarkably responsive and helpful in addressing our questions during our stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Suggestions for Improvement: 1) The bed was a bit squeaky when moving, possibly due to a minor issue with the base beneath the mattress. 2) There was some dust under the bed that could use attention during cleaning. 3) The shower had a small leak that could benefit from maintenance, though I understand this might be related to the building's historic nature. 4) The room would be more convenient with additional power outlets near the bed. We had to unplug the lamp to charge our devices, which made controlling the lights (accessible only from the hallway) challenging. Perhaps adding power strips would be helpful.

Excellent location. Entrance a little confusing as reception is on 3rd floor lno proper sign outside so look for intercom buttons at side of big brown doors. Very clean . Could do with some sort of shelf in shower. Plenty of hot water and great water pressure

Other guests allowing doors to slam closed . Mattress did not seem to be correct size for base but I slept great anyway. Mini bar fridge was not working but replaced within an hour of reporting it. Would have liked a chair of some sort to sit on in room instead of bed

The location was amazing as it was very central and metres away from the trevi fountain. It is easy to get to all the main tourist sites from the area.

The room was very small and generally needed an update. The shower doors were broken and hanging off. The shower tiles were broken and blackened. Communication wasn't great on arrival at the airport as we were waiting for our transfer taxi ( arranged by hosts), but it never arrived as we finally found out they were sick! Hosts did pay for transfer to train station on departure though.

The location! It is in the street next to Trevi. There is an elevator. There is also a safe, mini fridge, kettle and complimentary nescafe. The staff wasn't there when I came for check-in(desk closes at 3pm) but I called and someone came quickly and was very helpful.

The room was small but the location makes up for it and I was travelling solo so I didn't mind. My room was small so unlike the other rooms it had a slide door like a bathroom with a lock but there were 2 more locked doors to get there so overall it felt safe. The shower needs some tlc: restoration :)

Fantastic location, walking distance to all main attractions. Felt safe staying here. Helpful and informative hosts.

As located so close to Trevi fountain we found it a bit too noisey, unfortunately woken up multiple times from the upstairs guests coming in/out of the building and people yelling on the street. Street music and PA until very late. Construction noise started early morning. Could benefit from a larger bin.

The best place to stay in Rome, walking distance to everything, the Vatican was about 40 minutes walk and the Colosseum was around 25 minutes the pantheon was about 15 minutes and the Spanish steps 13 minutes not to mention all the other sites around there and the corner of Trevi fountain we could see from our window, the hop on hop off bus was 8 minute walk and there are lots of great restaurants and cafes all around the hotel, it was noisy but thats why you stay in a lively area but having said that we slept fine, the room was cleaned daily and made up, truly nothing to complain about the location made a great holiday.

Nothing, really.

Staff more than helpful and hospitable. Lorenzo is exceptional in his treatment and more than supportive with things related to the hotel and beyond. Tabatak is also very suppottive with giving you the best spots and shopping locations to visit. When staying at a hotel, what is more important than the convenience and this is all you get with persia (location, cleanliness, comfort, etc) is the welcoming nature and the support you get that goes way beyond the standard. I would definitely come back.

Location is very good. Almost everything that needs to be seen can be reached by walking. Fontan di Trevi is on a minute. Coliseum on 15 minutes by walk. The place is not bad at all, but our room was very small and might need refreshment.

There is not a thing to dislike, but overall feeling about the room is not impressive. But it is very close ti fountan di Trevi and every toutis site.

The location was excellent. Right in the middle of all the action. Easy walk to numerous scenic locations and restaurants.

Bathroom, steps up to the toilet and into the shower. (Room 101) A little dangerous when getting out of the shower with wet feet.
