Location was excellent. Room was comfortable and clean. There was no breakfast with my booking.

In the Booking.com site it was mentioned that electric kettle with coffee tea making facility was included. But it was not. Also, in the booking.com site it was said that if the booking is made for the value over 650 euro, the host would provide free airport pick up and drop. No such service was available.

I see that some other visitors had breakfast - we didn't, but we didn't miss it. The location is beautiful. In the center of Rome! The owner was kind and wanted to accommodate us in every way. :)

The only downside is that there's no window in the bedroom, or more precisely, there is a window but it's a passageway from which unpleasant smells spread. -There was a water leak in the bathroom, so our towels were constantly wet. :/

I stayed at this hotel and was absolutely delighted! The location is perfect – right in the center, close to the main attractions, restaurants, and shops, yet still peaceful and comfortable. The service is top-notch – the staff is friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Check-in was quick, and all my requests were taken into account. The rooms are clean, cozy, with comfortable beds and high-quality toiletries. I was especially impressed by the atmosphere – they truly care about every guest, creating a feeling of home-like comfort. I will definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone who values quality and convenience!

My room was in the annex not the main building. The room was very spacious with a lovely balcony. Very clean and pretty modern inside the room. I was quite comfortable during my stay

The annex is in another building on a different block so further from the Trevi fountain. As a solo traveller it was a bit isolated but I got used to it. No tea or coffee making facilities. Kettle was not clean was told it would be replaced but it just looked like someone tried to clean the inside, no kitchen and no water where kettle was located anyway. That was my only negative comment.

The room was spacious and well-equipped, featuring air conditioning, a comfortable queen bed, and a sofa perfect for relaxing. The bathroom had all the essentials and was nicely furnished. The building has an elevator, which made moving between floors very convenient. The location is unbeatable—just steps away from the Trevi Fountain—making it an ideal spot for a few nights in the heart of the capital.

Emanuele was there early to help us with luggage storage. The room and bathroom were very clean and the property is in a good location within walking distance to many Rome attractions. However the B&B is quite close to Trevi Fountain which was very crowded. Also, there is no breakfast provided and it would be wise to avoid the restaurant (bar) around the corner and to the right.

Although the B&B is in a great location, it takes something to work around the crowds at Trevi.

The location was very near the Trevi Fountain. We are a family of three, so we were moved to another building, but it was also nearby. So, it was very convenient. The room had almost everything that we needed. Towels, soaps, handwash, etc. The common kitchen does not work, but you can always use the water-heating kettle. We liked it.

The kitchen was separate and outside the room, so you must keep your bottles filled for the night. We had to wait a little, but then, to reach the annex building, we went to another location. It's not an issue, but ideally, the actual address should have been informed earlier.

The location is best, it is next to the fountain but you don't get any noise of that. The whole area is full of sites to visit on foot. Restaurants are nice and all the popular locations are close by. The room was spacious, bathroom was clean, it did not bathtub and had only shower but it was okay with us. It had nice air conditioning unit, really liked the stay.

Its part of an apartment type system and had three gates to go through before we reach our room, which was good also from safety point but hectic.

The room was clean, maintained and had air conditioning if you needed it. The location of the room was absolutley excellent right around the corner from the Trevi fountain and close to the Metro which we needed only towards the end of the trip since everything is walking distance. Overall, the stay was great and accomodated our needs.

The city tax could be made clearer when booking the room.

Spacious room, good location, very good value for money.

The host was not answering as we were waiting in front of the door for over 1 hour. But after that a worker came and helped us. We did let them know on beforehand but to be sure I would call them before arriving to make sure they are there.
