We did not have breakfast at the location, although I am unsure if it was offered. However, RITA is the absolute best host I have ever dealt with. She is so kind and sweet and went out of her way for us more times than one. We ended up loving her restaurant just a few steps away from the hotel, and ate their more than once. Aside from her hospitality, this location is a 2 minute walk to the Trevi Fountain which is also a great area for walking around and having tons of other snacks, meals and drinks. There are also a lot of random shops nearby. I would love to stay here again.

I have nothing bad to say about this place, location, cleanliness, size, bed comfort, room temp. All of it was much better than expected and even better than the description online.

Staff allowed us to store our baggage in a secure location prior to check in. Owner has an excellent restaurant very close with great food and friendly staff. Location is a very short walk to the Trevi Fountain and it's an easy, safe walk to the Pantheon, Spanish Stairs and Colosseum, as well as lots of shopping and restaurants. We had no issues with pick pockets, but be aware. Bathroom has been updated. Great pressure in the shower. Bidet available. Reena is a SUPER HOST!

A table with comfortable chairs would enhance the experience. No elevator; must carry your bags up and down stairs. Adjacent guests talking can be heard.

Location, location, location, PERFECT. Staff were fantastic, response time to questions and queries was very quick. They own a restaurant and we went 2 nights in a row, was amazeballs, highly recommend. Contact owner to organise table in advance as there is a waitlist alway. Was brilliant walking out of the accomodation and seeing the Travi Fountain, only a minute walk. Was brilliant. Thank you

Complicated check in and communication.

Location was perfect - in the city center, but still quiet. They let us to leave our luggage before check in time.

There was a kettle and coffee machine (with a capsules), but in the room they didn't leave any cups nor glasses to make coffee or even drink water. Also no shampoo, just 60 ml shower gel for 2 adults. This was our last night in Italy, so it was sad not to get a proper shower before a flight nor to have a quick coffee in the morning.

Perfect location within a few steps of Trevi Fountain and many of the major sites, as well as near a metro station. Amazingly, the apartment was still quiet and the bed was extremely comfortable! Shower was great and generally a nice spacious room. Our host was lovely and responded very quickly and kindly to our requests. Would definitely stay here again :)

The room doesn't have much daylight and the WiFi doesn't work in the room (presumably due to the old thick walls - common issue in many buildings in Rome)

LOCATION! just around the corner from main attractions/ restaurants - very convenient. We arrived early and were able to store our luggage at the apartment until our room was ready, which was very helpful.

At first a little difficult to find and to check-in but once we sorted that out the stay has been really good. Showers did have some mold, could do with a slightly better clean there, otherwise the rooms were clean.

Most spacious room we had in our 3-city trip to Italy. Clean sheets and towels provided.

No one answered the door when we arrived. Luckily, we went to the hotel next door and called their number and the host answered and let us in. That was the only issue we had with the hotel. fYI- Breakfast is now included.

The location is great for tourists. It is right next to the Trevi Fountain. It could be crowded during the day. There were no huge signs for the apartment, just a small text next to the entrance. It's a good place to stay in terms of location and price.

There is no reception. You should contact someone by phone for information.

The location, of course, litterally a few steps away from Trevi fountain, yet in a quiet little street! The room was spacious and everything was really clean. Last but not least: the host has been extremely friendly and helpful! Thanks a lot!
