It's intense to be right near the Trevi fountaIn- maybe too intense, but that was my mistake. There are heavy throngs of tourists from 7 AM to midnight and just walking past is a challenge as there are also many sellers of trinkets. But it's nice to be near everything in walking distance. The breakfast was AMAZING for such a small and inexpensive hotel. Gorgeous display and choice of many foods and beverages and charming waitstaff. The room was fantastic - small but with very high ceilings and windows that kept out the noise. Brilliantly decorated. Nice spacious high end bathroom.

There is no elevator. There are 2 to 3 flights of steep narrow stairs. If you have any challenge with stairs, this is NOT the palace for you.IF YOU CANNOT CARRY YOUR OWN BAGS DO NOT COME HERE - my husband is very strong but it was a challenge. In theory somebody could help you but that's in theory- mostly there is one person as a reception desk between the 2 flights of stairs. It's small and homey and terrific if you aren't concerned about having multiple suitcases to get up & down in a tight space.

Great location, clean and staff were extremely helpful. We were leaving very early in the morning and the concierge organised plenty of breakfast options to take with us. Absolutely fantastic. Thank you!! Will stay again.

A little bit noisy at night but being in the hub of the Trevi Fountain it was to be expected. There are a lot of stairs to content with and were given the open to change accommodation but we said no and glad we did. We ordered the car service to collect us to take to airport very early in the morning- the driver was the worst driver we had driven with. Off and on the accelerator which made us all feel quite sick.

Trevi Beau Boutique hotel is in a perfect location if you like to stay in the city center. You can practically walk to all major sights. The rooms were clean and comfortable with effective air con. We felt really safe and relaxed in the hotel. Eventhough the surrounding streets were very busy because of the Jubilee year, it was nice and quiet inside. Breakfast is almost the same every morning but there is something for everyone, e.g. toast, eggs, yoghurt, cereal, musli, fresh fruit, sweet pastry etc. The staff was very helpful and made us feel welcome.

Our room was fairly close to the breakfast room. We had some very noisy people having breakfast at 7am every day. We are gluten free, the gluten containing selection for other people is incredible, a lot of choices. But for gluten free, a sparse selection and whatever we didn’t eat on the first day, we could have on the second day but no more. Saying that, what was offered was very good. Ps: note that the GF flax/sunflower brown bread offered on the first day was excellent! Shame there wasn’t any on the second day.

The location is excellent. Literally a block from Trevi Fountain. We could walk comfortably to many locations. Lots of amenities nearby. The room was very comfortable and had that old Italian charm. Steep stairs for those with mobility issues, no lift. The restaurant downstairs, Il Chianti was excellent.

The entrance is tucked away in the corner of the building/street. Google maps said we had reached our destination, but we walked past it a couple of times before we found it. Our taxi driver dropped us some distance from the hotel and just pointed, so we had to walk with our bags to find it. You have to walk through the alfresco dining area of Il Chianti to get to the entrance.

This was a fantastic find just 20 steps from the TREVI fountain. It is a lovely little hotel very clean, beautifully decorated, superkingsize bed with crisp good quality sheets, good pressure in the shower, staff very friendly and speak good English, breakfast was 7 euros extra but well worth it a great selection of sweet goods, ham cheese all you would expect for a continental breakfast and more. Don’t be put off by the entrance and the worn chair at the bottom of the staircase you won’t be disappointed when you get upstairs!

If there was a negative it was the lack of lift. There are lots of stairs to climb and they are quite narrow, so not suitable for heavy suitcases. It’s a very old building so putting a lift in isn’t possible. We had a bit of a buzz from an air conditioning unit I think was outside but this was because we slept with the window open didn’t want to put air conditioning on in our room as thought it would make a noise but to be fair we didn’t try it!

The 2 bedroom deluxe apartment is very good value for money given the location! Within walking distance to all major sights in Rome with plenty of restaurant options right on your doorstep! Great for a short stay in Rome if you want to be close to everything! I will say that this is an extremely busy part of Rome, so there is a fair bit of noise and people as soon as you step out into the street - Given the Trivi fountain is literally a 30 second walk away! This also makes it almost impossible for taxis to drop you right at the entrance to the hotel during the day, instead they drop you at the end of the street and you walk down to the hotel (cobbled street) so just know that if you have lots of luggage.

This hotel was absolutely AMAZING from the staff to the location to the wonderful restaurant downstairs! The staff were all absolutely lovely and so helpful any time we needed something. The free breakfast included quite a few options and fresh coffee that was delightful. There is a wonderful restaurant downstairs that we ate at 3 times. And the rooms were very comfortable, we experienced basically no outside noise if the windows were closed despite facing the street. The cleaning staff were also very thorough and despite our 6 night stay, the room was so clean! The hotel will also arrange an airport taxi for you which was so helpful!! AND there's also a Nasone Fountain right by the entrance, so it made getting fresh water every morning a breeze!

The walls between rooms are a bit thin, but even then it really wasn't bad at all. There are also stairs, so if you have mobility issues then please check which room types are on the 1st floor. We weren't really bothered by the stairs though, to be honest. You are right in the middle of the Trevi area, so it will be busy and there will be lots of people. But we knew that when we booked this hotel, so it didn't bother us!

The location was perfect, just a few steps from the Trevi Fountain and within a 10-30 minute walk to major attractions like the Pantheon, Spanish Steps, and even the Colosseum. Bus stops were conveniently located on adjacent streets, and a short 5-minute walk to Tritone Street allows easy access to Bus 62 to Tiburtina railway station or Bus 85 to Termini station. The room was small but cozy and clean, making it an excellent choice for those looking for a comfortable place to rest after a day of exploring. The staff was very friendly and helpful, even allowing us to check in a couple of hours early since the room was available. A perfect place for a first visit to Rome!
