The location is ideal for exploring Rome, making it easy to reach any tourist attraction on foot. The building is located near the Trevi Fountain, and the apartment entrance is at the back of the building, on a picturesque street. The window overlooks a nearby street with numerous restaurants and pizzerias, and the indoor space is very quiet. The apartment is very clean and has a charming interior. We were pleasantly surprised by the daily cleaning service and the refilled coffee and tea supplies.

You should be prepared to pay city tax. The late check-in fee is too high.

There was everything in the room and bathroom which we needed, including Coffee and tea.. The room and bathroom wete clean and modern. The Position is excellent and surprisingly quite even though just a few Meters away from Trevi fountain. The bed was Firm but very comfortable.and we slept well.

The room is very small. Ok for one or two nights max I would say.There was a Safe, but it was Not attached to the Wall / Had become unglued..The breakfast is in a near by Café and consisted of Just a Croissant with a Cup of terrible Coffee and small bottle of fruit Juice.. I would have expected more for The price. The people in the Café were also not very friendly. The water in the shower was Luke warm.

The loft is just by the Fontana de Trevi. Also, it's in a very well connected site, where you can get to Piazza Spagna or Venezia just by foot. The room had it's own bathroom and their policy for daily cleaning is quite clear. You have supermarkets nearby and you also have fridge in the room, so you can save some money if you want to buy things for breakfast or lunch. One of the days some coins fell from my pants pocket and I was not able to find them. They cleaned the room and they put the coins in the nightstand. It is a very honest business, which is really appreciated. Karim was a kind host and always stayed in touch with us.

The mattress is rock solid, lol. Also, the window did not close all the way through. As it's quite near to Fontana de Trevi, you can expect a lot of noise.

Amazing location, couldn’t be better. At first, we tought that the room is small (we are both very tall😀) but at the end, that space was everything we needed. We had everything, in the bathroom: toiletries, hair dryer, in the room : kettle with selection of coffes and teas, smart tv, comfy bed and pillows, amazing wifi. Everybody in the staff we contacted was super polite, and answered immediately. Also, the check out was at 10h, but they let us leave our till 15h - for free! The thing we liked also is that you can decide if you need cleaning. Everything felt safe and cozy. It was a great value for the price and we will be back for sure!

We got the breakfast for free, regarding our Genius level, but it was only the selection of the bar downstairs - croissant ( plain or chocolate or apricot) drink (juice or water) and coffe. It was really nice for us, just the way to start the day looking right at Trevi fountain, but if we payed for the breakfast, that would be the only thing that we didn’t enjoyed 100%! Again, we are huge food lovers, probably for someone else this would be enough😀

Loved the location, the fact that was so central I could walk anywhere. I also loved the comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. The staff was very helpful when we asked for some assistance

They did charge us 50 euro cash at the apartment for tax? I am not sure what that's about. If felt a bit odd to me that was not included in the main cost. Bathroom shower was blocked but they did fix it.

The structure was right at the center of Rome, well connected with all the transports. Most of the main attraction sites was on walking distance. The staff was extremely friendly and helped us with all of our needs. The bathroom was equipped with modern shower and they also provide hygiene essentials. The room was cleaned everyday neatly in the morning. On the day of our departure we also stored the luggage in the structure for free. For the price we paid it was really worth it.

The location was great , for a 2 night short trip was great

Breakfast was a simple croissant Orange juice and coffee round the corner cafe, but you weren’t allowed to sit outside to have your breakfast , only inside, which had 2 stand tables and was occupied .

For breakfast, you can enjoy croissants, orange juice and coffee options at the cafe below. Very good.

It is very noisy at night because it is right next to the Fountain di Trevi. But despite this, it is worth it for its location. We were not disturbed.

very attentive. on the first day the air was not working completely, at the same time the problem was fixed, in less than 1 hour it was tidy and perfect. always responding kindly and quickly. When we arrived at the place we were already attended and received the key. extremely clean room, with coffee maker, minibar, all amenities, free water and coffee too
