The location of this property is brilliant. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We arrived late and Sergio on the front desk was extremely helpful, we were even lucky enough to receive an upgrade. The building is old with lots of character, the location is just brilliant. I travelled with my sister and mother. My mother finds it hard to walk long distances but the Trevi fountain is less than 2 minutes away, there are loads of shops and places to eat close by. Our hotel room had been recently renovated and it had a very nice bedroom with a lovely shower. There is a taxi rank practically beside the hotel and the hotel organised a taxi for us to the airport there is a standard fare of €55. The breakfast was grand. The hotel is located up a little street close to the Trevi fountain but away from the hustle and bustle. We stayed for 3 nights and on the second night we could hear singing while we were in our bedroom, we thought it was coming from a speaker we couldn’t believe our luck when we looked out our window and saw this very talented lady singing opera in the square in front of our hotel , she was brilliant. It was a lovely surprise and such a lovely memory to share with my mother and sister, it was magical.

Third stay at the Accademia, it’s in a great location right about 50m from Trevi Fountain and walking distance to most other tourist attractions. Close to the via del corso. Good breakfast

The hotel is in excellent location, just 50 m. from Trevi fountain.

Very small rooms, no proper curtains, easy to hear your neighbours or other guests in corridor. The breakfast very average and the coffee from machines are all instant, no fresh coffee, the fruit drinks are made of sweet syrup with bad quality

Top location, comfortable stay and worth the money we paid for twin room with street view, just few steps to fountain trevi. Breakfast was okay, not super.

The receptionist guy might be respectful and smiley, he was a little bit aggressive.

Best location at this price level. Just a few steps away from the Trevi Fountain and very central for many sights. We could return to the hotel and refresh ourselves during the day without changing our route. The room was super clean, and the breakfast was delicious and plentiful! Everything went smoothly, and the staff was very kind. It was our second time staying here, and we enjoyed it again. We’ll probably stay at this hotel on our next visit to Rome!

The staff were all very friendly, and the breakfast was excellent, offering both hot and cold options. It was always plentiful and kept clean. The location is ideal, just 100 meters from the Trevi Fountain, with plenty of restaurants and shops open late. On the other side, there are retail shops along the main road.

Some areas in the bathroom have grout that’s a bit dated and could use some attention, but it’s not a major issue.

Safe and comfortable location for family travelling with teens. Location is amazing, and quiet. We greatly appreciated the upgrade from our standard family room to premium family room. The complementary wine and water in the rooms was a nice touch. This was our second time staying here, albeit about 20 years apart!

Unfortunately my room was close to their storage area and they had not consideration about noise … starting at 5:00am they would bang doors and talk so loudly… I mentioned that to them just as a friendly advice since I loved the place.

Location location location, it’s 2 minutes from Trevi fountain, 10 minutes from Spanish steps and Colosseum. Staff is friendly and helpful and last but not least, breakfast was great! The only thing is the toilet flush, it took 3 minutes for the water to refill before flushing. The shower door is sealed well so water leaks after showering. But the plus side is room service is daily so it was bad for me at all.
