Domus Trevi exceeded our expectation. Just moments from the Trevi Fountain, this charming B&B has a great blend of location, comfort, and hospitality. From the moment we arrived, Raluca & the team made us feel genuinely welcome, offering helpful tips and seamless check-in. The property was very clean and surprisingly quiet given the central location. We appreciated the well kept amenities—air conditioning, a well-stocked minibar, and reliable WiFi. The daily housekeeping was meticulous, and the breakfast each morning had plenty of options, perfect start for exploring Rome. What sets Domus Trevi apart is its personal touch. Whether arranging airport transfers, taxis or offering dining & sightseeing recommendations, the team went above and beyond. If we get the chance to return to Rome, we will definitely stay at the Domus Trevi again.

These rooms are extremely close to Trevi Fountain. Staff are exceptional and will help you with everything you need. They were also very responsive with emails. Rooms are on the 4th floor, but the tiny lift does the job. It is possible to base yourself here and walk to all the main attractions if you are moderately fit. There are several restaurants within a 100m radius. Breakfast is provided. If you need an early start, please speak with the staff. They provided us with a breakfast tray the day before. There is a kettle and small fridge in the room.

Nothing to dislike, but as this is a heritage building, the rooms are quite compact, so not suitable for travellers with large luggage or who like a lot of space. It may be an idea to take a taxi first time, as it may be hard to locate. Get the taxi driver to point out the building and then look for the name of LH side of door to ring the bell.

Raluca and her assistant Lily were fantastic! My great experience there started when I pushed the buzzer and heard Lily's cheerful voice informing me she would be right down to meet me and help me to my room. Both Raluca and Lily were extremely helpful and kind. I would definitely stay there again!

Imagine arriving in Italy for the first time in your life and being welcomed by a smiling receptionist who explains everything you need to know and assists you with every detail, that’s exactly what happened to me upon arriving at the facility, during my stay, and even at checkout. The staff were exceptionally friendly and pleasant to deal with. It was truly a great choice, and I was very happy with their kind and warm hospitality. The location was wonderful, just a few steps away from the fountain. The breakfast was varied and delicious. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for the wonderful hospitality.

The location of the building on the map was not very accurate and clear to reach, it took us some time to find the place, and after asking several people for the address, we finally found it. (I don’t mean that the location was far from the fountain or different from what was shown on Booking, it’s just that finding the entrance to the building wasn’t very easy or clear for me.)

Location, Location, Location! This property is located in a small square, just steps away from the Trevi Fountain, a great location for getting around Rome. From here you can walk to the Colosseum, Forum etc. Very secure entry and a quirky elevator takes you up to 4th floor, where you then walk down about 8 steps to the 3rd floor where the rooms are located. The Full Breakfast included was wonderful and Ralucca, the owner also offers to make eggs for you. The room was small but cozy and spotlessly clean, with the new windows you hear no sounds from the busy outdoors at all! I would definitely recommend this property and the friendly and helpful owner as a great place to stay during your visit in Rome. About an 8 minute walk north takes you Le Grotte restaurant, a beautiful Restaurant with wooden beamed ceilings, frescoed walls and a great (not overpriced) menu. Steps away and a 3 minuted walk to the Trevi offers a ton of restaurants, cafes, and taxi stands.

Liked it all, it was all part of our great experience in Rome!

Check-in was very easy as we were welcomed by Liliana from the hotel who carried all our luggage in from the street and took it up the elevator to our room. She was always very pleasant and professional and answered all of our questions. She also provided directions for points of interest and made a few suggestions for places to eat. Great advise. Breakfast the next day and greeting by Raluca was top notch. She was very friendly, professional, making us feel at home. The property was a nice surprise at it was very clean and well maintained inside the quarters. Raluca also assisted by taking our luggage from the room to the elevator and to the cab. Raluca also set us up with a private very reasonably priced cab to get us to the airport. If anyone is either looking for a taxi to/from the airport or cruise port be sure to contact Domus Trevi - Raluca or Liliana as they will arrange this for you at a very fair reasonable price. Could not ask for a better central location to see Rome.

I need to clarify that this is not a hotel but a Bed & Breafast, it does not have 24 hour reception. The highlight of staying here was the staff. Liliana is the heart of this place. Always smiling, attentive to all of our needs, going above and beyond of our expectations. She does the breakfast (very nice one), the cleaning and reception duties. The owner should give her a nice year of the end bonus, because she is the reason for such a nice stay. Location is very good as well, blocks from Trevi Fountain, but still in a quiet alley. The room was comfortable, clean and nice bathroom.

The property is not easy to find, once you get to the front of the building it is not clear if we arrived at the right place. There is a need for a sign by the building main door entrance. Talking with other guest, all have had the same problem. The building is old looking, as is Rome in general, but it could make you sondee if it is the right place. The building has a very small elevator in the back, that could take you to the 4th floor to then walk down the stairs to the 3ra floor. Otherwise you just use the marbel stairs to the third floor.

The host is incredible, she cooks an awesome breakfast in the mornings, gives you travel tips and is hilarious. Truely a legend! Amazing location Lift! Aircon

This was the most excellent property in all of Rome! After being here a few times there is no where else I would stay! Can’t recommend it highly enough! From the location to the facilities! The host was exceptionally helpful!

Perfect location, central to all of the prime sites and none of the major landmarks were more than a 30 minute walk away other than Vatican City which was about 45. Two minutes from the Trevi Fountain and right next to restaurants, bars and shops. Very comfortable and welcoming, lovely large comfy bed, great hot shower and Raluca who looked after us was just wonderful! So friendly and helpful with lots of useful local knowledge and made us a fabulous breakfast every morning. We loved our visit and would definitely stay here again :)
