The staff was great and the location is absolutely perfect (just around the corner from the Trevi)! There are some good places to eat right around the corner as well. It is a very convenient location if you are going to walk to all the main attractions like we did. The staff was also very kind to schedule our transportation to the airport and they were great!

The room was a bit tight and I didn't find the shower to be very clean. When our rooms were cleaned every morning, the same dirty towels that we would leave on the floor would be folded and placed back to be reused which we did not like.

The location is superb 10 steps away from the Trevi fountain. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were decent and clean.

Only the fact that the elevator was right in front of my room door and made a loud beep every time its doors opened and the noise of ppl getting on and off with their luggage early morning.

I love the location, hospitality and it has its own air conditioning unit inside the room. It is clean and spacious. The hotel is just beside Harry’s Bar hotel. Easy to find and around 2 minutes walk to Trevi Fountain. The staffs are so kind particularly Lorenzo and when we arrive it’s around 10:30am and they already gave us a room which is wonderful since we had very early flight that day. We were able to rest first before we tour Roma. Thank you very much.

The elevator is working but a bit slow since the note posted in the elevator states that the building is century old and cannot install faster elevator. But this is just a minor inconvenience since it is still working.

Great staff. The hotel is walking distance to all major attractions. As a solo traveler, I felt safe. I would definitely stay there again. I would also recommend this place to friends and family. Thank you Team Palazzetto Trevi for my stay!

Too be honest, once understood that the building is in an archeological zone protected, there is no much they can do. Will love if they have an area for breakfast, that’s the only thing missing. Only under circumstances that if you have an early tour and need something to grab n go, but NO a deal breaker. So much options near by.

I forgot my laptop in the taxi on the way to the hotel. Linda, who works at the front desk, worked hard to find my laptop. She finally found my laptop. Thank you very much Linda. Linda is a very hardworking hotel employee. I recommend Palazzetto Trevi hotels to everyone. It is very close to Fontana di Trevi. The location of the hotel is in a very good place.

Location was great by a little difficult to find. Once pass Harry’s it’s right between 2 souvenir shops on bottom floor with a blue door. Ring for them to let you in to check in. Elevator is quite slow but there is one so that’s a plus. Room was very modern and everything was provided. Nice modern bathroom with a rain head in the shower. Extra large towels. From US so their cool season is not cool enough for me and the units were set to heat. I would just open my window at night and the cool breeze would cool my room enough. It was an excellent stay, right by the Trevi fountain and many restaurants. I would definitely stay again!
