Loved the location but didn't like how much street noise we could hear. Even though this facility is on the 3rd floor and the rooms are another flight of stairs ( equivalent to the 4th and fifth floors in Canada) it was still very noisy,late into the night. I think this could be improved by installing new tight windows. The building is old but well kept . Great air conditioning and the room was cleaned every day. The bed was really comfortable but the room attendant could do a better job making it. The hotel itself has multiple stairs in it but the staff was very nice about helping us with our heavy bags! Mierco who checked us in and the beautiful lady who checked us out were both extremely warm, friendly and helpful. There's a great Nespresso machine in the lobby with complimentary coffee. It's very hard for taxis to get down the street because of all the pedestrians. But we would definitely consider this place again if they could install tight windows to reduce noise and put in a lift mechanism. As it is now it's best suited for younger clients.

The location of the apartment is great. When you leave the building, you are in the center of events right next to the Trevi Fountain. There is no need to mention the proximity of restaurants and sights to see. Comfortable apartment, very clean, excellent service.

This is a very small minus, or even more of a suggestion - on hot days, when you visit the city for tourist purposes, it's really great when there is a fridge in the room for drinks and after returning after a long day of sightseeing, you can drink your favorite chilled drink - This wasn't the case here, but the stay was still very enjoyable.

the location is fabulous. the room was comfortable and the staff very helpful and courteous. they sort of made up for the things that were not ok.

the listing said there was a coffee machine but we discovered it in the kitchen only on the last day and it didn't look inviting. the maintenance of the room was not so good, things falling apart. it's a nice room in general. we were in room 302 and 303. the walls in room 302 are so thin and there was a couple in the next room fighting very loudly all night long. we could hear all the screaming through the walls. the air condition barely cooled itself, let alone the room. i would have liked a duvet cover and not just a top sheet.

The Accommodation was right in the centre of Rome . Next to Fontana Di Trevi , Via del Corso , Pantheon and plenty of restaurants. We were 3 friends and Our room had a view at the side of Fontana di trevi .Town house was very clean , the beds were comfy , the room spacious and they bring us clean towels every day . The lady at the reception , was very careful with everything that we needed and she even gave us a map with the city and pointed the metro lines , the main attractions and gave us information that we needed . Thank you for everything Town House we will come back for sure .

The property was excellent. Great location. Within steps to the Trevi fountain. Literally within 20 steps. 3 blocks away from the pantheon and other major sites. So many restaurants nearby and there are 2 supermarkets within 2-3 blocks each. Easy to navigate around.

The property does have an elevator to get ro the hotel portion but there are no elevators to get to the rooms. Luckily I was with a large group and so my room was right off the reception stand but there are. At least 5 steps from the entrance door to the reception stand and for the above rooms quite a few more stairs.

We specifically booked Town House Roma for its proximity to the Trevi Fountain and it didn't disappoint. The location was only a few steps from the beautiful fountain, (which gave us the opportunity to sit and admire the fountain in less crowded times). very central and surrounded by restaurants. The main entry was tastefully decorated and clean. The room was very spacious and spotless. The mattress and pillows were the best we've ever slept on. It was like sleeping on a cloud!! The bathroom was modern and clean with great lighting and the bar fridge and tea/coffee facilities were an added bonus.

There is no sign on the building or the doorbell names so it's quite confusing. Limited reception hours and when you text via WhatsApp they are late in replying or do not reply at all. I asked for a heavier cover and they did not bring it on time I had to ask again and this time they brought one but it was dirty so I couldn't use it. Very noisy at night as the windows have no insulation.

Clean, with a nice coffee machine and GOOD coffee for the costumers, comfortable and fear for the price

The staff in special one guy was tricky, he had an unhappy attitude, complaining about the time of my checkin, even it was during the comercial time and also wasn’t earlier because of traffic (something unexpected), I thought as a hotel staff he should know in trip not everything happens as we expect. Anyway. Made me uncomfortable and I didn’t find a nice thing to do. But the girl, Tiby, she’s super professional, pleased, and such a good and friendly staff.

The hotel is right around the corner from the Trevi ajd yet surprisingly quiet. We had a little issue with our door key (user error) but the hotel staff sorted it out straight away. They were easy to contact and so polite The room was great, modern and clean. We would come back to this hotel in future 100%. It is pretty central to all the sites of rome. Nothing was more than a walk away.

The stairs, even though there is a lift to the third floor, our room was still up 21 or so stairs. They did offer help with luggage but for the over 60’s the stairs back to room every time was a burden. We did move to the other deluxe room (gold room) as it was a bit larger and had a fridge.
