This boutique hotel is on a pedestrian street less than 100m from Trevi Fountain. The streets in the area were PACKED with tourists but once you entered SuiteLifeTrevi is was very quiet. It’s a really cool little hotel. If you like to walk, everything is accessible from the location. We walked to the Pantheon, Forum, Vatican etc. Our room was clean, very modern, and the king-sized bed was really comfortable. Leonardo was easy to communicate with before our arrival and helpful and knowledgeable about all things Rome. The only thing you need to be aware of is that it is up a good flight of stairs so if you have mobility issues or big luggage, you may find access difficult. We loved SuiteLifeTrevi!

Location, location, location… right next to the Trevi Fountain (about 20 meters) and central to everything we wanted to see — walked everywhere (St Peters, Coliseum, Il Vitoriano, Pantheon, Spanish Steps, and so much more). The room was quaint and cozy, but we didn’t spend a lot of time there.

No street view from suite #6, but walls were sound proof in a very busy location, so it’s according to preference. No car access, which may also be good or bad (good for me, as car drop off was still within about 50 meters, but not great if you packed heavy).

Many options for food, shopping and sight seeing in the area. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was helpful and accommodating for early arrival. Window on the main pedestrian street to Trevi Fountain was great for people watching. I enjoyed the area and would stay in there again.

Not a typical hotel. More like a guest house. Stepping out your door you were in the mass crowd area. Also being a pedestrian street -taxi meet and drop off was a challenge and required a bit of a walk on cobblestone streets. One set of keys given and key required to lock and open room door. Steps required - Would not be recommended for anyone with mobility issues. It is a loud, busy area-active 24/7. This did not bother me, but would not recommend for a light sleeper.

Liked the apartment and staff were friendly and very accommodating....also liked the complimentary water and bottle of Coke as some other places don't offer this, this was a nice touch. In a very good location for bars and restaurants and all historical sites were with a 15/20 min walk in all directions

Very close to a high flow of tourists and illegal street vendors selling noisy toys that were making annoying sounds that we could hear also we had people sitting outside of the main door when we tried to get either In or out and cigarette butts right outside the door

The hotel is amazing, the location is amazing! We’re in the middle of the middle of Rome, we did everything by walking. The room is beautiful, it was very clean, big, nice shower and very quiet, so we could have a good sleep. Simone, the host, is an amazing person. We came from the airport a bit early and he did everything to have us before the check in time and this was very important to us as we were very tired. We went to Rome to get married and of course we brought the wedding dress, and after Rome we’re going to trip in Europe and Simeone was so kind to keep the dress in the hotel while we trip to Europe, so our bag was lighter and we could travel more comfortable. Thanks a lot Simeone!!! To finish, we definitely recommend SuiteLifeTrevi. If you are planning to visit Rome and pretend to stay in an awesome hotel with amazing localization, don’t think twice to book in SuiteLifeTrevi!!! We are rating

We traveled around Italy for 3 weeks, have to say this is the best hotel of this trip. It's convenient and safe. The location is perfect very close to Trevi fountain and other tourist places. After we walk from cold weather outside we get warm inside and in our room all the time. Good internet. Free good coffe and cookies at the living room with small cute garden where we love it. All staffs are friendly and so much helpful. The first impression of us is when we arrived the hotel in early morning we asked for leave the luggages and out to look around outside and the staff said 'Your room is ready you can checkin now if you like!'. When we return to Rome we will book this hotel again.

I have stayed at some terrible properties in Rome. This is not one of them. If you want to be smack dab in the middle of Rome, this is it. Walking out of the building you will be thrust right into the middle of the chaos that is the city center, so if you don't like crowds, maybe go with a different property. Location was great off a street that didn't allow vehicle traffic but could easily go to the next street to get a taxi. Room was shockingly large. Front desk staff was nice enough to let us use their staff room to change prior to leaving our bags as our room wasn't ready. The A/C worked VERY well...almost too well, which was vital during the 18 degree above average weekend in Rome (95f/35c). The room also had a nice sized tv loaded with streaming services. I would absolutely stay here again.

The shower floor was slippery and the sheets were a little scratchy but overall, not much to complain about.

Close to buses, taxi, food and once inside you can't hear anything outside from all the fountain traffic that's right outside the main door. The staff was great and helped with the luggage. The room was comfortable and the shower was great. The size of the room was fine and there is a common kitchen area for coffee with an outside garden sitting area. Very easy access in and out. You do need cash for the taxes. This is a very charming place to stay.

Great location, close to Trevi fountain and walking distance from all Rome attractions, restaurants and bars. We walked everywhere and never needed to use public transport, though there were bus routes and a metro station near by. We had a room in the heart of the building with a window looking onto a small internal courtyard, which was really quiet considering the location on a busy pedestrian street. Handy kitchen dining area to make or eat food and free nespresso coffee pods. Bed really comfortable and lovely waterfall shower. Small fridge in room.

The WiFi was unreliable, weak or non existent at times, despite a booster in the room.

Good location with just short walks to subway, bus stops & taxis. Good size comfortable bed and good ensuite. Property very clean throughout our stay and staff very friendly and helpful. Choices for food & drink available right outside the property.

Our room overlooked the street, which in itself was not a problem. If like us you are not used to city bustle and café culture at night the noise may be intrusive. We had earplugs and they made a big difference getting to sleep. It’s unfair to make this a critique of the property, it’s just part and parcel of being in the centre a city near to tourist attractions.
