The location was excellent. Very close to the Trevi fountain. We were able to get up early and see the fountain with very few people around. It's impossible to get close to the fountain for most of the day and night. It's nice to escape the crowd and head up to the room. The place was comfortable and breakfast was good.

The light near the bathroom and front door was operated by a motion sensor. It would light up the entire apartment whenever someone went to the toilet during the night. It would have been nice to turn that off so that the people were not woken by the person going to the toilet.

Centrally located in the heart of Rome. Walking distance from la Fontana di Trevi.

This is not a hotel. This an BB look at the fine prints before booking. If you have a late arrival into the city of Rome. You will get charged a late check in fee. I’ve traveled all over the world and have ever witness such as thing

We stayed in the Triple Superior Room (Trevi Fountain wallpaper) and especially loved the views. It was a corner room so it has a window overlooking Via del Muratte, which is the street that leads to the Trevi Fountain and a window on the alley as well. There are restaurants below & sometimes a live accordion player, it was nice when hanging out in the room to open the shutters and listen/watch the crowds below. The location is amazing! We walked everywhere, but literally in just 50 steps you're at the Trevi Fountain. The Pantheon, Spanish Steps & shopping were all close by too. Antonio was the best host and always responsive. He helped arrange transportation to the airport & provided some key highlights on a map. Breakfast was a nice treat also.

Some minor notes would be the flooring near the entrance and I also think different bedding would elevate the experience, but overall not something that would effect my return to the property. I would still recommend this for a girl's trip or even a family traveling with a small child.

Great location next to the Trevi fountain (family of 4 with teenagers). Super clean spacious room and secure.

Antonio went above and beyond for us. He arranged transportation to and from the airport. He gave us tips on where to eat and he was there when we needed him even for small little things like fixing the door that broken. We were able to get a hold of him whenever we needed especially if it was urgent. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable.

The property was not close to any metro station. It was a 10-12min walk to the closest one. It’s only an issues for older adults and for young kids. Especially when it is really hot. The property is not easy to find if you didn’t have a driver with you.

The location was excellent and the room was clean and spacious. It had everything we needed with a nice view of the street which made the experience authentic.

The guesthouse was poorly signposted and lacked additional facilities outside of the room, such as a toilet to freshen up, which we needed upon arrival. Only one staff member was present to assist with services. The lift was somewhat awkward to navigate; while I'm used to it as an Italian, first-time visitors may require prior explanation. Instead of a self-serve buffet for breakfast, the same staff member who handled check-in and cleaning served each breakfast food item individually, which felt somewhat restrictive. We weren’t provided with a menu or clear information about the available food options. The coffee was decent but came from a machine, which the staff member also operated, adding to the odd breakfast experience.

Location was so central. We walked everywhere. Trevi is obviously close (less than 1 minute) but also Spanish steps, Vitorio and the pantheon are 5-10 mins away. We walked back from the Vatican due to road closures for armed forces day via piazza Navona. We also walked back from the collesseum (15 mins) and walked to piazza popolo. It was central so we could go out in the mornings, come back for a break for a couple of hours and head back out. The host was very helpful sending check in instructions prior to arrival, giving us great information and ordering us a lovely car for the morning we left, giving the driver our info so he could text us, making it very easy. The room was spotless and beds were fine. We slept well. It was spacious for a hotel room for four people. Bunk beds were good as most other places just had sofa beds.

Room was as expected and was as described in the Booking.com listing. 2 rooms - one separate bedroom (king size bed) with a door, and one main room with bunkbeds (2 single beds), a washroom (toilet, bidet & sink) and a shower room (& sink). The room was fairly small but met our needs well. It had a very good air conditioner, which was much appreciated while it was quite hot outside (low 90s). Breakfast was included. Antonio went out of his way to make us feel welcomed. The place is ~50 paces from the Trevi Fountain.

The room was a bit small as was the shower. Having said this, we knew what we signed up for and we were quite comfortable (family of 2 adults and 2 teenagers).

The location could be greater if it was in the fountain itself 😅 Great comfy room, enough space for 3 of us, an air conditioner, a fridge, all the stuff that one might need. Breakfast was a little weirdly served and very specific, but it was enough to start your day (1 croissant and 1 bun, 1 hardboiled egg, coffee, 1 yogurt, 1 slice of cheese, 1 slice of pastrami, 1 personal Nutella pack, 1 personal pack of a small toasted bread, 1 personal pack of cookie and 1 of jam).

An additional bed was a little on the tough side. It would've been great, if there were blankets, not only sheets, because it takes some time to regulate air conditioners' temperature, that would be comfy for all.

Very good location, good walking distance to a Metro and to the other sites. It’s located on a busy Trevi street but once in the building you hear nothing. It was enough for what we needed and the host was very accommodating telling us about good places to go and which to stay away from. Breakfast is basic but enough to fill you up. Important things is good coffee.

The check out was very early at 10:00am but we were able to leave our bags for the day
