The location is simply perfect, located in the heart of Rome's historical centre. It is very close to all the touristic spots, you can basicaly go anywhere in the historic centre by foot. The rooms are very modern, clean and very comfortable. It is the hotel with the best cost-benefit in the historical centre. I also appreciated a lot the customer service provided by the general manager Flavio after my issue with the room, he demonstrated very good care for his customers and he is the sole reason why I would go back to the hotel in the future.

We had a problem with the shower in our room, there was no hot water. The receptionists that we talked to did not seem to care much for our issue, they only said there was nothing they could do and I would have to take cold showers until it is fixed, as there were no rooms available that we could go to. This left a very bad impression initially, but later I was able to contact Flavio, the general manager, who provided a very good customer service, an accurate explanation of what happened, apologizing for the inconvenience and we resolved it in a mutual agreement.

location, kind staff. I've seen many reviews about breakfast and staff and also small size of room. Staff was kind enough and always ask me first for any help and also breakfast was fine. Not so various but enough for breakfast. I stayed in open terrace room which is pretty big and was nice laying down on my sun-bed at night. Spend little more for your room size and everything is perfect here.

7th floor is little bit noisy in morning. There's a staff's room right next. If there can be little more silent should have been perfect for staying.

“It was a quiet and comfortable stay on Via del Corso. Having an elevator was a big plus for those traveling with large suitcases and for taking short breaks at the hotel during the day. Breakfast was sufficient and delicious, with a nice variety of pastries and fruit juices. The room was cleaned every day. The decor was functional and modern. I didn’t use a taxi or public transport even once during the entire trip—everything was within walking distance. The reception was open 24 hours and the staff were always friendly and very helpful. I definitely recommend this place, and I’ve found the hotel I’ll stay at on my next trip to Rome.”

We had an incredible stay at this hotel during our trip to Rome. From the moment we arrived, the staff were exceptionally friendly and willing to help in every aspect of our stay. They went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. A special touch was when they offered us the food from the fridge free of charge as a gift for our baby, it was such a thoughtful gesture and really made our stay even more memorable. I would also like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Simone, who went out of his way to help us secure a taxi to the station. He did everything he could to ensure we had a smooth and stress free journey. Highly recommend this hotel for its hospitality and excellent service. We truly felt well taken care of.

The room was a bit small, especially with the crib for our baby, which made it feel even smaller. Additionally, there was no good mirror for makeup.

Excellent central location for access to all the sites being just minutes walking distance between Trevi and Pantheon. 502 a balcony room great for watching the world go by and in the evening listening to the street musicians whilst getting ready to go out. Simone on reception always a happy greeting and engaging going the extra mile to help with anything from directions to restaurants to speaking with our taxi driver on our return to airport as we could find where he was waiting to pick us up. Having stayed in many hotels around the world this is perfect for a stay in Rome. Thank you very much to all the staff.

More storage space as we stayed for 6 days so only a wardrobe with a few hangers. Second chair in the room instead of one of us having to sit on bed. We had to purchase milk as none offered with tea and coffee facilities. The breakfast is basic maybe a choice/change every few days.

Location was perfect! It was in the middle of all the tourist spots and had lots of food and shopping options immediately outside the door. The windows and patio door had black out ability and blocked out all the street noise. The staff were excellent and went out of their way to help accommodate any needs we had. Breakfast was excellent! Would stay here again!

Personal preference - we prefer softer beds and fluffier pillows but we still had very restful sleeps!

Super location. Great bathroom. Good bed. All the stuff was very polite and kind. The food and drinks during the breakfast were very delicious, tasty, various and plentiful. There's a fabulous rooftop terrace with a bar with the great view. There was no noise from the main street - it was really peaceful and quiet.

Toilet paper is too thin :). View from the room was strange - on the back of few buildings.

Best choice for Rome site seeing. It was my first experience with 3 stars hotel and I do not regret it at all, excellent location with walking distance for almost all main attractions, even the Vatican 🇻🇦 is accessible on foot if you don’t have children. It was possible to go to the hotel, rest and refresh before continuing the daily tour. Staff is welcoming and one of them is very helpful, he recommended a few tips that were very practical. Room was very good except the view but it was not important as we only used it to refresh and sleep. Very clean and smells well; hallways, reception and restaurant. The only feedback for improvement is the coffee break in the room, it was not refreshed on daily basis. Not major because you have everything around the hotel, but I believe it is a nice gutser for coffee ☕️ addicted people. Housekeeping staff were efficient and did the room quickly. Breakfast was really good and rich for 3 stars hotel, and I believe it will serve different dietary requirements. It is accessible for wheelchair 🦼 as it is equipped with an elevator for all floors. It is recommended for a family of 4. Using Uber is recommended and try to use the Black service, ai tried the official taxi company but they charged more than the offer I accepted for no reason, which is equivalent to the black ride.

We stayed in a Classic room. Overlooking Via del Corso. Was worried it might be noisy but it was eerily quiet. Rooms are triple glazed, very quiet and effective air con. Fantastic modern bathroom with rain shower. Comfy bed. All very modern and very clean. Really could not be faulted. Location is absolutely perfect for seeing everything by foot. No need for taxi, car hire, bus. We walked everywhere and it was just the best location. Staff were very friendly. Held bags for us when we arrived early and also at the end when we had to check out but wanted to spend some time on the last day exploring.

It was pretty much perfect. If I was being fussy maybe the breakfast could be a little more exciting and no fruit juice, just squash was a bit of a shame. But in all honesty, it was absolutely fine and for the price paid, exceptional value.

Fantastic location, everything was within walking distance, The Trevi, just 10 mins walk. Lot's of restaurants close by. The room was lovely with a balcony and street view. Room was cleaned every day. Breakfast was included and there was plenty of choice. Staff were very nice. Loved this hotel and would definitely recommend it.
