Immaculate and well appointed with attention to detail.

The service in the dining area was almost non existent and the music in the dining area was very present …one could not find a peaceful spot. Would have been nice to have a place to enjoy a breakfast with electronic music. The biggest disappointment however was the roof deck. The ever present electronic lounge music and lack of a bar made it a huge disappointment. Each night we went up to the deck to enjoy the ambiance and each night we left without ordering. The wait staff were lovely and attentive but the ambiance of the restaurant/lounge on the roof deck lacked sufficient ambiance as it was not lively and engaging nor was it peaceful…just painfully dull and annoying.

i loved the location of the property, is was close to everything! oh WOW and the interior decor of this hotel was beyond amazing, this hotel thought about everything and considered everything when it came to the layout and design of it. a true definition of modern design. it really gave you the sense of positivity. the staff were also very welcoming, friendly and very positive and always willing to help. Other great thing which is just make the whole experience so special, is when you are coming as a family with a child. they have in the bathroom a welcome kit for the kids, with toiletries and a bath rob. to a child this is so special and makes the whole experience super nice. i as a parent loved this being included in the rooms. the food is amazing at this hotel, the breakfast is very nice and simple and very healthy.

The only thing i did notice was the minibar refills was not refilled daily, with milk, coffee and tea, and water was also not refilled in the fridges.

1. Dog Friendly. We took our small dog with us to the hotel and they treated him like a true guest on his own! The staff was super friendly and attentive for our dog. They had given him a dog bed in our room, dog room service, always gave him water during our breakfast/dinner and were overall super friendly for him. 2. Food & Drinks. The food was delicious and high-quality. I also loved that the menu offered many healthy options with detox juices etc. 3. Location & Ambiance. The hotel overall has an amazing calming and luxurious ambiance with an excellent location with most of the "famous" attractions at walking distance. 4. Facilities. You can hire a personal trainer, biohacking consultations.. you can order infrared face masks.. a lot of options to make you feel at your best.

The spa is pretty much fully booked and you have to book well in advance.. The only thing I have feedback on is that I wish they checked during our check-in if we wanted to make any reservations at the spa during our stay in the hotel.. Because I thought I had made a reservation online but there had been a miscommunication and we found out only an hour in advance that it was not booked.. but then we could not book any other spot anymore as it was full before we left the next day.. So book well in advance and confirm with the staff if your booking went through. Other than this everything was excellent.

Super nice facility. Great Staff. They helped me arrange flowers and other surprises for my partner's birthday. Good restaurant onsite and great location. One of mine best experiences.

The design and the relaxing atmosphere

1- the decorations are outstanding. 2- the facilities. 3- food. 4-location. 5- they were kind enough to give me a late checkout. 6- their drinking water is epic. 7- the feel of of comfort and cleanliness is overwhelming👍

1- kinda overpriced booked ritz-Carlton and st Regis for much cheaper than their daily rate. (booked late though). 2-dog barking every morning was so noisy 4 days 🤦🏻‍♂️ 3- saw some stains on fresh towels twice. 4- they should have pastries 🥐 all day like other hotels they only have em for breakfast and Sunday brunch. 5- there was one incident which might be an honest mistake so I won’t mention the details.

the food, very friendly and helpful staff, everything was new, very clean, great design and eco hotel that respects nature. nice gym :) Adriano at the reception, was very kind helping us to find good and open restaurants in the city ( during Easter holidays it’s not an easy task) also answering to all of our questions about the design, and materials that were used in different parts of the hotel :) Our flight was pretty late in the evening and the Reception let us make the late check out, so we could leave the hotel at 18.00 which was very comfortable and we were able to make the most out of our last day in Rome :) we highly recommend this new urban Six Senses concept :)

The architecture is stunning, the spa is beautiful and the rooms decor exceptional

The breakfast buffet and menu was very limited we travelled as a family with gluten free allergies and vegan preferences. They could definitely do better The design of the outside area for breakfast always had water over flowing on the floors very dangerous. Staff are not hygienic I saw one person go to the bathroom not wag her hands and went straight back into the kitchen !!

Beautiful stylish hotel, nice room & grand spa facilities. The roof top bar is a plus with lovely view at sunset. Breakfast is very good though the juice bar menu is a bit wild!

One of the female breakfast staff from the drink bar ( with a cap) was particularly not friendly, unacceptable for 5-6 star hotel level. But all the others hotel staffs were very welcoming.

The hotel is magnificent Located on Via Del Corso, the location could not be better to see and enjoy Rome The room was superb We loved the food The staff were very friendly and attentive We will be wanting to stay there on our next visit to Rome
