This hotel was in a perfect location for commute to all my excursions, close to the bus, easy for shopping and steps away from many restaurants for dining. At the hotel the housekeeping service was top tier, they cleaned and changed all linen, towels and amenities daily, even on the last day of our stay. The staff in general were friendly except one Phillipino gentleman at the front desk who was most times rude, unhelpful and grumpy. But I need to highlight one FrontDesk staff by the name of Massimo… omg this gentleman went above and beyond whenever we encountered him at the desk, from booking our taxis, restaurant recommendations to additional services when we needed assistance around Rome. I will say he made our experience such a pleasure to be at the hotel. He was professional and went above the call of duty everytime and thinks he needs a raise for this kind of experience he gives to all guests 😃 I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back. Thank you again everyone!

It is an amazing hotel. Everything is so pristine, and in such amazing shape that everything looks brand new. From the moment we stepped inside, and we’re greeted by the front desk staff to the time we left, and someone said ciao to us when we left. The entire experience was amazing. The room is gorgeous and so big and fits perfectly for families. we rented a two bedroom suite so my son could have his own separate bedroom and then my husband and I had our own separate bedroom and we had a small living room in between. The hotel staff cleaned the room beautifully every day. The breakfast was fresh and amazing. We will definitely be back.

The hotel is perfectly located. The staff is super kind and helpful. The breakfast was high quality and perfectly diverse. Recommend this hotel and definitely will come back.

The room was relatively small, but ok for me, my wife and a 2 YO baby. The view from the window wasn't perfect, but who needs the view, when you can step out of the hotel right to the centre of the eternal city!

Extremely friendly and accommodating. Everything we needed was made available and we were even able to check in early and leave our bags after we checked out. The transfer service to the airport was also excellent.

There was nothing we didn’t like. It was excellent. Very minor suggestion: there was a very limited supply of English breakfast tea which ran out more quickly than all the other teas. I would suggest buying plenty more of this as it is clearly very popular, and us Brits can’t manage without it!

The hotel is located at the end of via del corso, next to puazza Venecia, walking distance to pantheon, spanish steps ans Colosseum. No doubt, a winning location Also, the staf was kind. Room was clean and well organized. Breakfast was very good as well

Breakfast is supposed to start at 7:30, yet when we came at 7:40 it was not fully available.

There was a lovely breakfast with many items to choose from. The room was quiet and all the staff were courteous. Location was great.

The only minor hiccup was the bathroom door didn’t close all the way, but it didn’t bother us.

Location is perfect. Most of the landmarks are in walking distance. Breakfast was outstanding. Room and bath were wide and clean. Bed was comfortable. Staff were kind and helpful. Wi fi was fast. Welcome pastries were delicious.

It is not a hotel, actually. We can call it a bed and breakfast place, literally. Only a small part of the building is operated as a hotel. The rest is used by other people. The hotel serves you breakfast and room cleaning but there is no other facility or activity to call it as a hotel. No bar, no restaurant, no gym etc.. There was no view of our room. The window was opening to a small ventilation area between buildings which had a bad and heavy odor from the kitchens of the surrounding restaurants. So we could not open the window to get fresh air. Air conditions of the kitchens were noisy, too. This room does not worth the money we paid.
