The location was excellent.We were like in the middle of every important spot. You can reach Trevi by 10 min.walking distance,15 min. To Colesso and Spanish Steps.The famous “via del Corso “ street where many well known brans are located is only 1 min.walking distance to Numa. The room was spacious with a great heating system although it was very cold outside,the room was hot enough.The kitchen was full of equipment even a Nespresso machine. There was a washing machine as well.

The stairs!!!We stayed at number 203.You first need to go to 3rd floor by the little lift and then go downstairs,a lot of stairs which were very narrow,and then up again. I have 2 kids one is 3 years old we had a baby stroller and it was like a nightmare to carry it while trying to climb the narrow stairs to reach our room for 5-6 times in a day.and the noise at night!!!Specially the people talking on street and the cars&motorbikes.Very noisy.Needs to be mended the windows immediately.

There was a bad smell at the stairs The lift took us to couple more sets of stairs I booked a two bedroom apartment (three months in advance) and when I arrived I got one bedroom apartment and they said it was not possible to guarantee the booking !! And didn’t refund anything because apparently the one bedroom apartment is superior to the two bedroom apartment in their opinion ! I wouldn’t book again unless I am traveling alone maybe !

The fact that you come out of the elevator and face the most uncomfortable steps ever. I understand these are old buildings but for us (7 suitcases, a 2 year old baby and a stroller) was insane!

Big rooms which are well equipped with washer and common dryer. Can sleep 4 adults which was great. It is clean and everything works, though it takes getting used to self service style. Location is fantastic though in a side alley. The cornettos at the breakfast restaurant were the best I’ve tasted anywhere.

The breakfast restaurant Plebiscito had a male server with beard who was unfriendly when we first arrived and didn’t bother to explain how the breakfast works. He also didn’t serve orange juice because we didn’t ask and he didn’t offer. He got 2 of 4 orders wrong. Other servers on other days were much better - lady in white uniform and two other males (one with dog, another tall and walks really fast).

Great room! It has everything you need for your stay. Comfortable shower, large closets, lots of hangers, convenient shelves, comfortable bed, sockets, kettles - everything is in excellent condition. There is an elevator and storage lockers. This is not our first time in Rome and we can confidently say that this is the best location in Rome. You can get to almost all the key sights quickly . The price is great!

There was a horrible sticky floor. Maybe it had been treated with something. BUT THEN PROVIDE your guests with slippers if your floor is impossible to step on. Plus there were renovation works going on right under the windows and songs in Russian were being shouted all day long. It was impossible to rest during the day.

I like the most 1. Perfect location, by walking we can reach most of the sites... 2. Clean and spacious 3. Kitchen with all kits plus coffee machine... 4. Quick response from Numa team to solve problems...

1. Bed lamp too bright...better put some low watt bulbs... 2. It would be better if there was chopping board in kitchen and microwave... though microwave is in common room. Family with baby needs microwave more often... 3. Not all rooms are elevator connected... For some rooms you need to walk few stairs. People with Wheelchair and baby pram or stroller should better inform Numa team before hand to get rooms connected with elevator. Rooms 101, 201, 301 are well connected with elevator...

Property is in a very central location which made accessing the main sights very easy. The inside is quirky, and our apartment was spacious and cool. Really appreciated the upstairs laundry room and its facilities. If I’d have known about this I would have packed way less knowing I had quick easy access to washing machine and dryer.

Being so central, our room was extremely noisy from outside at night. The children on the sofa bed in the living area heard nothing. The first night the noise was constant until 5am. The small side street it’s on seems to be a hub for people coming out of clubs. But this was better second and third night. The window needs better curtains or shutters, a voile does nothing to keep the sun out. A few areas of wear and tear in the apartment itself. Would be very useful to have some information to hand about the laundry etc upstairs because without exploring I wouldn’t know it was there.

The apartment was a lot bigger than we visualised, which was a lovely surprise. It really gave us (three women) plenty of room to move around without falling all over each other. It also had one bathroom and one w/c, which was super helpful when it came to getting ready to head out. The beds are super comfortable too, with lovely bedsheets which always gets a huge plus from me! The location was incredible too, we walked everywhere and had no issues strolling to the major sites (except the Vatican).

The only things I could comment on that could have been better were the amount of tea and coffee available - there were plenty of tea bags but there were only four coffee pods (for a four day stay), and there were only four creamer pots. Obviously in a normal situation you'd ask for more at reception, so when I asked a passing cleaner she was happy to provide more! The other thing was the shower. The apartment has a water tank, rather than a combi boiler so if you have more that two people showering one after another you will run out of hot water. Fine once you know, but one of us had a very cold shower on day one!

The room was great, the heating was powerful, the location was convenient.

I liked all of it and especially the consideration of having free lockers access for your baggage after your check out to store your luggage. That was amazing and gave us the opportunity to spend more hours exploring Rome without dragging our luggage around. Would be great if they were restrooms close to the common areas or laundry room as well!

Everything! Central location, size of rooms, quiet.

The living area was a bit dark - could maybe do with some brighter lights? A map would have been handy too.
