The hotel location is excelent but expect noise at night as the traffic never stops. Three minutes walk to Fontana di Trevi. Breakfast was awesome and coffee was excellent. Staff were very friendly. Room was clean but a bit outdated. Bathroom is very clean and new.

No parking available. This is misleading on booking.com. It says free parking but it will cost you 40 euros per night to park nearby garage if you lucky to get a spot as it usually full.

Breakfast was great, the room was good, the bed was fine (maybe just a little short for a tall person). The staff was really friendly and helpful.

I thought it was quite expensive, but that's probably normal in Rome, and the breakfast and staff were better than at an other hotel I'd been staying in Italy (except for the coffee, which was standard hotel-breakfast coffee ;) ). It's located at a busy road, so you'll hear traffic all night (especially if you want the window open at night).

The location is just perfect in the heart of City Center.

Above all else the location was perfect for me as a solo female traveller. Less than 5 mins walk to Trevi Fountain, around the corner from The Forum and a short distance from the Colosseum. The hotel was friendly and welcoming and the roof terrace provided a perfect background for a beautiful Christmas morning Bellini overlooking the stunning city of Rome.

Possibly the lack of a hotel bar area may be the only thing I'd say detracted from an otherwise lovely stay. The hotel next door has a bar open until 11pm which you can get a wine and there's a convenience store along the street. There are a few small items in the fridge in the room (which I didn't find until the last night!!)

I had a wonderful stayl. The room was comfortable and spacious.The hotel was central, easy walking distance to all the places we wanted to visit. However, the highlight of my experience was the rooftop. The views were absolutely breathtaking, a perfect spot to unwind and take in the surroundings. I would highly recommend this Pace Helvezia for anyone looking for a great balance of comfort and stunning scenery

There is nothing that we didn't like.

Location was perfect close to shops , 5mins walk to TREVI fountain and 10mins walk to Colosseum. Beautiful views from roof terrace where you can enjoy your coffee. Night time can be vey noisy due to hotel location but wasn’t problem for us . Staff was very friendly, and professional got breakfast package waiting for us before flight back ( left hotel around 3:30 AM ) would definitely recommend this hotel.

Perfect location! Within 15 minutes walking distance to Spanish Steps, Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, Colloseum, shopping and good restaurants. Beautiful view on the roof of the whole city. Nice breakfast and clean hotel.

Some of the staff were pleasant but others didn’t want to be bothered. The bed was so hard we couldn’t sleep the first night. I asked for a comforter and they put two blankets under our sheets. It helped a little. Old building with small tv.

Location was fine but I did find it hard to find my way back to the hotel in the evening. Breakfast was a little alien; lots of meat but no bacon. Pastries were all sweet which are great in the afternoon with a coffee. For breakfast I was searching for a plain croissant, which are way cheaper than sweet croissants. Room was quite small and a little drab, however, I slept well and the bathroom was great; lovely towels. Would have preferred a duvet instead of sheet and blankets and would have liked milk (long life) with my coffee and complimentary biscuits.

The location was amazing and the view from the terrace was simply spectacular! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also good.

The property can use some updating. The lobby chairs were old and worn out . Not very inviting
