I do really like Roberto. I m not sure his name . when we arrived the hotel before our check in time. We want to pay extra day and check in early. Person on the reception said impossible because hotel is full. Later Roberto come , I m not sure about his name , he has glasses. So he said we should give him 5 minutes. After 5 minutes he arranged our room and with out extra charge he let us to go our room. So other than he was letting us to check in early, his communication with costumer worth 10 stars. He’s one of the best. Just because of his communication with costumer can make me go back to same hotel again in the future.

Location, Location, Location :) I cannot stress how impressive and importan is the hotel's location. It is literally a stone-throw away from Rome's most important landmarks...you can wonder around walking all day in Rome and do several hotel pit-stops. Their rooftop bar has one of the highest rated rooftop lounges in Rome for some amazing insta-memorable pictures.

Parking is bad since it is done via a third party. Car is needs some 40 min to arrive when needed and they only offer Valet one time per stay...and the parking is quite expensive (50 EUR per day) Not recommended for travels by car.

First, the employees from reception to waitresses were amazing. Always here for us if needed and very professional. Second, the Hotel location is amazing (you can walk anywhere from it) and the cleanliness was on point. Third, The Breakfast, I usually don’t pay for it because most of the time it’s not worth it. But in this Hotel go ahead, it’s The Best Breakfast we had in a long time ! One of my favorite Hotel ever, Thank you for this amazing experience.

- The bed is big (very nice) but you can feel the springs of the mattress so they need to replace that soon. We didn’t say anything because it didn’t affect our sleep but can for some people. - The « people » outside the hotel during the day a bit annoying to deal with them every time you exit the premises (But not the Hotel fault). The pros are just too good.

staff were very helpful, very clean and well presented hotel and quite small which is nice. Fantastic location. Room excellent.

We totally understand that the rooftop bar would not be open in the winter however, the hotel bar (or bar service as not sure there is a ground floor bar) closed at 2200hrs!!!!! That is ridiculous when the rooftop would have been open until 0100hrs and most people dont even go out to eat until 2100hrs so arriving back at the hotel at no earlier than 2300hrs it would have been nice to have been able to have a nightcap (and we chose the hotel as it said it had a bar) instead of using the mini bar at euro 25 for a small bottle of wine...

If it was possible to rate this hotel as anything higher than exceptional, we would! This was absolutely the best experience by far that we have ever had at any hotel! The staff were immediately friendly, caring, and accommodating from the moment we arrived in the front of the hotel! The room was awesome with a spectacular view of the National Monument and a staff that made sure that our room stayed clean! It was as if the concierge would call the cleaning staff when they saw us arrive downstairs for our fabulous breakfast, because by the time we returned to the room, it was cleaned! They would then return to the room later in the day to make sure that all was set just right, including folding our sleep clothes and putting them neatly on the bed for us. Finally, the food in the restaurant, and the atmosphere at the roof top bar were both equally amazing! One final note, we were giving contact information for the concierge so that if we needed any help while in the city, Rome, we could contact them for help! Absolutely amazing service and caring from an awesome brand!

Great location overlooked the Forum. Staff great and friendly. Good boutique hotel. Rooftop cocktail bar great views over the Forum

“Air conditioning” in rooms but only for heating this time of the year (end of March) . We were told it switches to a cooling system for the summer. This was a problem for us and we were moved to a better room with windows opening to the street rather than a courtyard and supplied with a fan. Limited dining options including room service.. One small elevator which was normally adequate for the hotel size but in the evening the rooftop cocktail bar was open to non residents which put pressure on the elevator.

This hotel was the perfect spot for our honeymoon, the staff were very attentive and even left us roses on the bed and a gift of chocolates. The hotel is immaculate and the service is fantastic. Breakfast was always freshly prepared and there were good choices. We had not planned any trips beforehand and the concierge team were very helpful with booking us into the sort after attractions. The hotel is placed in walking distance to all the main tourist attractions, particularly the Roman forum, the Colosseum and the Trevi fountain. If you are looking for a luxury hotel with great service, this is the place to stay.

The staff were exceptionally helpful and accommodating. The location was super for being able to walk to everything. The rooftop bar was a lovely surprise and the breakfast was delicious. Our room was very clean and decor was tasteful, so we had a nice relaxing room, with a large bathroom. Views from the hotel were stunning.

The price was very high for what we got; comparing the nightly rate with hotels in other European cities, this is by far the highest rate we've paid. There was nothing bad about our stay, but we don't feel the money was necessarily justified. We would return and recommend the hotel though (we just need to save some more money before being able to do so!)

Absolutely loved our stay! This boutique hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive throughout our entire stay. The location is perfect – close to everything yet quiet and relaxing. The rooftop restaurant was a highlight, with a great atmosphere and delicious food – and the staff there were just as lovely! Everything was spotless, and the hotel made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommended – we would definitely come back!

I really liked how helpful the staff were, the delicious food at the restaurant on the top of the hotel, and the nearly impeccable location, with the friendly staff being the cherry on top. Additionally, the hotel's concierge assistance over WhatsApp was incredibly helpful, organizing tickets for the Colosseum and Vatican Museums in a very professional manner.

I didn't like the breakfast. It was quite expensive, the 'cornettos' were rather dry and felt like they were from the day before. While they offer breakfast à la carte, it didn't convince me, although it was still better than having to go find something healthy elsewhere.
