Great location for the forum, colosseum etc, very clean and comfortable with very friendly staff. Valentina at breakfast is a star: we wanted to practice Italian so she chatted with us every morning, greeted us by name and made us feel like we were in a family home. And she makes the best cappuccino in Rome!

1- Room Soundproofing: Enhancing soundproofing in the rooms could reduce noise from neighboring rooms or the street, providing a more peaceful environment for guests. 2- Faster Wi-Fi Connection: Improving the speed and reliability of the Wi-Fi connection would ensure that guests can stay connected without interruptions, especially for those who need to work remotely or stay in touch with family and friends. 3 - Enhanced Room Amenities: Updating or adding amenities such as a mini-fridge stocked , tea/coffee making facilities, or additional toiletries could further enhance the comfort and convenience of the rooms.

The manager or owner I couldn’t work out who the man was, he gave us a map and circled a route for us and all the main destinations to see, he then circled some things that we didn’t know about too and they was amazing, he told us what time things would also be happening so we didn’t miss hidden gems. Always someone at reception to help. Room service and fresh towels. Perfect location we had a coffee shop belle and it is the best, really are one long street away from trevi fountain and in the opposite direction the Colosseum. I couldn’t get the heating to work in the room but even though it was January it was cold after check out you keep your bags there all day so you can still explore, breakfast was good but not a massive selection.

Our stay at Hotel Fiori was spectacular. The hotel is extremely well located. It is possible to access the city's main attractions without the need for transport. The facilities are great and the staff is very dedicated, making the experience unforgettable. I highly recommend it! We will definitely be back!!!

The location was perfect. Very central to all the sights in Rome! All the staff we interacted with were nothing but kind and accommodating. We arrived early and had let the manager know ahead of time and our room was ready well before check in, which we were very grateful for! The staff provided a map and a list of food and location recommendations as well.

The walls were a little thin, so if you had loud neighbors you could hear them a bit.

The location is excellent. Walking distance to popular attractions. There are bus stops right in front of the hotel. The breakfast was good. I liked their yogurt a lot.

We couldn’t open the window to get some fresh air at night because it’s noisy outside.

Booked transfer with the hotel and they were brilliant after the plane being delayed for 3 hours meaning we didn’t land in Rome until 2 am the guy who picked up us was still cheerful and understanding All the staff were lovely the hotel clean and comfortable. Location excellent 🤩

The hotel's location couldn't have been more ideal, nestled in the heart of the city with easy access to key attractions and transportation hubs. Additionally, the warm and welcoming staff provided invaluable recommendations for exploring the local area, adding an extra layer of charm to our stay.

The bed was very comfortable and the room was very dark and quiet for sleeping. They offered an airport shuttle (additional fee paid to driver). This would be a great option for families or parties of 2-6ish people. It was very clean. They allowed us to drop our bags prior to checking In and even delivered our bags to our room for us before we returned to check in later on that day. Amazing service.

There wasn’t breakfast offered, which doesn’t seem uncommon for accommodations in the Rome area. There’s a lot of food nearby and it’s easy to find things to eat, so not really much of a negative.

Good Location, friendly staff, housekeeping everyday, comfortable bed. Recommended!

Can be noisy at times facing a busy road. Also my room was beside the kitchen and noise would start early with breakfast.
