1/ Excellent location for tourism and work (close to Quirinale square, 10-20 mn walk to main downtown interesting sites), close to Termini railways station and with many buses in Nazionale street nearby 2/ Very clean and quiet room, large surface 3/ Friendly and kind staff, willing to help.

1/ WIFI unstable (at least in my room at 1st floor). It switched on/off all the time and since there was a very weak 4G/5G phone signal (very thick walls), WIFI was the only way to have Internet in my room. 2/ No reception or staff beyond normal work hours, so no late check-in/out possible; a littler bit cumbersome the night entrance through a secondary door, but everything worked well

We absolutely loved this hotel. It was so charming and the staff was wonderful. Fantastic location, and we felt safe walking even late at night. Well maintained and clean room. We didn’t get to try the cafe but it looked very nice. We felt comfortable throughout our stay.

The only bad part was that during all of our stay we had lovely hot water. But on the last night, the hotel became more full, and we didn’t have any hot water the last 24 hours of our stay. We didn’t get to shower after being out in the hot Rome sun, because the water was just too freezing to do so.

Hotel location is great, very central and you can easily reach most of the major sites walking. The staff is exceptional, very helpful and always kind. Thank you Martino for your welcoming and all the advises. Daniella was very sweet and took the time to answer to all our questions. The room size was decent and the breakfast was good.

Our room was just on top of the breakfast area and the reception, it gets a bit noisy in the morning when starting the service. Other than that the room was quiet and you don't hear street noise once windows are shut.

Fantastic service! This hotel made us feel welcome and supported right from check-in, when our wonderfully warm front desk clerk walked us through their policies, gave us a marked map of Rome with all the landmarks and suggestions, made sure we had everything we needed to settle in and understand the assistance they could provide to make our stay in Rome go smoothly. Our room was lovely, with everything we needed and nice cold AC, a wonderful shower, and comfortable bed. We had done the +breakfast option, and their breakfast was delicious and with good variety - fresh pastries, salad fixings, cold cuts, fruit and nuts and yogurt, and made-to-order eggs or omelette, with fresh tasty fruit juices and the best cappuccino my partner had in Rome! The location is excellent, we were very central, within walking distance from the Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, the Spanish Steps, Piazza Navona and the delicious Monti food neighborhood. There's also a taxi stand right up the road on Nazionale Street and a gelato shop open til midnight on the next block!

The fruit at the breakfast were often not well preserved and I would skip them, but that's kind of Rome for you.

Kris, the receptionist, was genuinely helpful and gave excellent guidance on ticketing and transport for visits to the monuments.

A small hotel with very basic amenities. There was no place, hooks or shelves in the bathroom to keep or hang towels and clothes. The single towel rack was located right above the bidet! The shower cubicle had only a single bottle of liquid soap. No shampoo or conditioner. For the price charged the necessary amenities were lacking. The breakfast section consisting of about six tables located in the lobby area was quite rushed with a single chef preparing eggs and a single receptionist helping out.

The location was ideal; 10 minutes walk to the Trevi Fountain; 20 minute walk to the Coliseum and the Forum. We walked from the train station as we only had small cases with us and it was a half an hour walk it was a great way to get our bearings and spot nearby restaurants etc. We arrived after the reception team had finished but the day before our arrival, they sent very detailed instructions and a video showing us how to gain access to the building. We had a gorgeous, spacious room with a fabulous bath! Such good value for money. The staff were all very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Big thank you to Mia for restaurant recommendations We would definitely recommend this lovely hotel and wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

You can reach the hotel by bus in about 5-10 minutes. There is a bus stop close to the hotel so it is convenient. The room had a street view. In our case, we had to open the windows since we feel a little warm. Because of that, you can hear the street noise from the room especially early in the morning. Breakfast was decent. The only warm food option so far that we've seen is the eggs which they will cook for you, not buffet style. The rest are cold cuts of meat and cheese.

There is no place for you to put your personal toiletries in the shower area like a niche or a basket. Rain shower pressure is weak considering that our room is in the 1st floor. You have to switch to the handheld shower to get a better water pressure.

The personal was great! We have received very good direction, we had smooth communication before arrival and we received many help during the stay. The breakfast we good and sufficient. The location of the hotel is great in foot distance to main of the Rome attractions.

Should have a smoking area with an ashtray outside the hotel. Otherwise the littre go to the street.

Breakfast was excellent and really enjoyed having an omelet made to order each morning of our stay A perfect location situated equal distance one direction from the Colesuem and the other direction from Trevi Palace and the Spanish Steps Surrounded in good restaurants The staff was very helpful and always went the extra mile to lets us know how to get to what we wanted to see

24 hour access to the loby and stairs would have been better thatn using a seperate entrance and elevators after 8 pm at night

I wasn’t sure how to turn the heating down, brief instructions near the control would have been helpful, but it wasn’t a big deal as we could open the balcony door… so I would not say Themis was a negative, just a constructive comment.
