The host Giovanni was very helpful with tips about Rome, where to eat locally and using public transport as well as a comprehensive guide to the accommodation. The room was spotlessly clean. The bed was comfortable. The room had everything you could need including safe, TV & mini bar. The location is very good with a bus stop right outside.

The location is on a busy main road, so there is some traffic noise. It didn't bother us but if you're sensitive to noise or a light sleeper, this might be a consideration.

The location is incredible, we got off at termini train station hopped on the bus and 2 stops later (5mins) were dropped at the door of the accomodation! Giovanni met us there and gave us a map with reccomendations and paths to follow to see all that Rome has to offer! Giovanni gave great food reccomendations both close to accomodation and in some really funky areas a little further away! The room was well equipped and had plenty of space. The location is perfect with no more then a 25minute walk to everything! (Hotel fiori is the sign out front but sweet dreams is up the stairs to the first floor)

Location was Great. Giovanni was very informative about what to see and places to eat, in and around Rome. Saving us a lot of € by missing the normal tourist, advertised things to do. I had been to Rome before but my sister hadn't and I think we covered a lot more and I saw many more things I hadn't seen last time, by walking most places. There is a bus stop right outside the door. We were able to get one to Vatican City ( get off 1st stop after tunnel,)which saved our feet for the rest of the days walking. Giovanni was also very contactable if anything was needed. He was also there to meet us at 11.30 am to drop our luggage off. Conveniently, our room was ready a short time later. Highly recommended.

Pillows were a little firm and flat.but we didn't check to see if they had others!!

A fantastic, central location, close to all the famous sites. It was an easy 15 minute walk down hill from Rome Termini station. The forum, Palatine Hill and Colosseum are only a 10 minute walk away. We managed to do the whole city on foot from here. Shops and cafes are literally below you so if you need anything, it’s extremely handy. There are plenty of fantastic restaurants nearby. The host is great; he gave us the warmest of welcomes and explained everything to us. The room was spacious for a city location!

The only niggle we had was with the WiFi. It would benefit from a booster box as the signal was weak and we had to use our own data. However, this didn’t spoil anything about our stay.

The location was good, and the man at the desk (I think it was the owner) was very nice and gave recommendations, as well as offered me help with carrying my luggage.

When I arrived at the location I was surprised to find out that there were steps to climb (about 1 floor), and I didn't expect that with my luggage. When I left the owner suggested his help with carrying my luggage, however I didn't want to impose. Also, I did receive a request to update on my time of arrival, however there was nobody there and I had to call and wait 10 minutes for someone to open the place and give me a key to my room. Every time I used the water in the toilet (even to wash my hands in the sink) there was a weird loud noise.

Property is in perfect location, enough out of the busy main streets but walking distance to everything. Giovannni was the perfect host giving lots of tips and great restaurant recommendations, plus free fresh lemons! The room was a very good size for a couple and cleaned daily

The room was a little hot and stuffy even with the radiators turned right down, we couldn’t find the remote for the aircon but nothing to complain about and wouldn’t stop us staying again

We loved our stay here. The proximity to everything was great! It was clean and the hosts were so welcoming at check in. The aircon was fantastic, bathroom clean and room spacious with shutters to make sure we could sleep in :)

Our only issue with the room was the sound of what we assume was the water tank(?) refilling when you shower or flush the toilet etc. unfortunately it is really loud and happens in the night :(

The proprietor Giovanni is an excellent host. He helped me get organized on my first trip to Rome. He arranged for a taxi to the airport for me and he made sure the driver and I knew each other’s names beforehand. The location is excellent too, on a few major bus routes and an easy walk to the Colosseum, which you must see at night!

Not a problem for me . . . But be aware that you must climb a long indoor staircase to get to the hotel.

Excellent location within walking distance of many of the main tourist locations. Great place to stay for one or 2 nights. The staff (hotel owner) was super helpful with advice on what attractions to visit, provided a secure area to leave luggage while we were out, and secured a less expensive flat-rate taxi to take us to the airport. The value for the price was outstanding.

Not that I don't like but be aware that there is no on-duty staff so the owner will meet you at your check-in time to give you keys and show you your room etc. If you arrive outside your selected time, call ahead and the owner will be there in 10 or 15 minutes.

From checkin the experience was excellent the information we got was superb. The room was spotlessly clean good size and everything we needed was supplied. The location was just brilliant about 10 min stroll from everything couldnt have asked for more central location. Would definitely stay at this hotel again.

If I had to pick something and Im only being awkward I would say maybe an extra pillow 🙃
