Excellent location - 6 mins from trevi and approx 13 minute walk from colosseum. The lady who welcomed us at the desk was so friendly and helpful. I wish I had gotten her name to thank her properly. She assisted us throughout the stay- gave us information about getting around Rome, ordered us a taxi and carried bags. She even was kind enough to lend us travel plugs for our chargers when we lost ours! Room was clean, great air conditioning and tea and coffee making facilities.

Excellent place to stay. Staff of the hotel is really nice and helpful (calling a taxi for you if needed), providing guests with useful tips where to go and what to do. Rooms are really clean, noise from street is not a problem when windows are closed during nights (there is A/C to controll temperature), there is free coffee and pastries every morning (even if you did not pay for breakfast). Hotel is close to the most important must-see places in Rome (5-10 minutes to Colosseum, Fontana di Trevi, close proximity to Pantheon etc). There are plenty restaurants in surroundings, shops etc. Neighborhood of the hotel is really safe, green light for late evening strolls.

Such friendly staff, in contact before travel and very helpful at all times. The room was lovely, large and clean with all amenities needed and a superb location. The hotel provide not only tea and coffee in the room but a choice of fruit and pastries in the communal areas for all guests. The water in the shower was lovely and hot and air con/ heating worked perfectly. Everywhere was walkable from here… the Trevi fountain was an 8 minute walk.

The rain shower didn’t work properly but we did not inform the staff who I’m sure would have fixed this as the other handheld shower worked beautifully.

Clean and comfortable with enough room for 2 adults and a toddler. The shared courtyard was a nice bonus for our child to run around. Air-conditioning conditioning was great and staff were very friendly and helpful. EXCELLENTLY LOCATED. It was easy to walk to many of the main attractions and reasonably stroller friendly.

The seal on the bottom of the glass sliding door of the shower was old and therefore let water flood the bathroom floor

Location and staff

Not sure how often the towels are changed, but they weren’t changed at all during our 3 night stay. Shower and basin didn’t have a door to the bedroom space, but are tucked around the corner in the room we stayed in. Toilet had a door to close, but no wash basin for hands. So I was wiping door handle regularly as you need to step into shower area to wash hands (obviously after opening the door).

The complimentary breakfast was lovely. Room had everything we needed. Location was perfect to reach everything in under an hour. Staff were very helpful. Room and foyer were very luxurious for the price. Only wish it was warmer weather so we could use the terrace! Also ample storage space so we didn't have open suitcases everywhere, it was all tidy.

The room was a bit cold, could not work out how to use the Aircon to heat. We kept forgetting to ask for help though which is on us!

The room was very modern, beautiful and clean. The staff was very polite and helpful when asked. It is located at about 800m from trevi fountain and about 1km from the colloseum.

The minibar was very expensive and no free water was available. The air conditioner made a very annoying rattling noise, and the pillows were very hard

Shower in the triple room was excellent. No breakfast included but small cakes put out every morning. Housekeeping was excellent, clean room every day and fresh towels etc put out every day whilst we were out which was nice to come back to. Location was fantastic and 5 mins from Trevi Fountain and 10 mins from Colosseum.

No lift for the suitcase which wasn’t an issue for us but something to consider in case you would need extra assistance.

The best bed I've slept in on vacation in a long time, room perfect, laid out very well, very secure, great shower, fantastic location, friendly staff

The outside light in the terrace didn't work, I reported it on the first day, but nothing was done, I was told it should work on a timer but it never did, no big deal, didn't negatively affect our stay, but would've been nice, I reported it again on check out just for future guests in case they are unhappy about it
