The Roma Luxus Hotel is a downtown which is located close to a large part of the history and site seeing venues. The only unexpected surprise was no pool, but in retrospect that was the best as we were always tired from site seeing. The staff are exceptional. The front staff heled us continually as did the bell hop. The breakfasts were very good. There are many restaurants close to the hotel, and the Colosseum and Forum are a 14-minute walk from the hotel. Other historical venues are also close. The Vatican is a $15 dollar credit card ride from the hotel. Be careful at the Vatican and elsewhere as pickpockets are everywhere.

The hotel gives I bottle of water at the start of our stay, and we did not get any more until we had to ask. The TVs had everything in English that we wanted to watch, but to locate it was not easy.

How to start this review when I’m so overwhelmed and full of happy memories from Roma Luxus Hotel. Every single thing, every single employee, every single historical or archaeological detail were perfect combination of taste, kindness, attention, and beauty. Let’s start from the front desk where a lovely lady Ece did her best to book the most interesting tours with a guide and tickets for galleries and museums, even a pedicure to treat my sore legs from walking all over Rome. All her colleagues were also super attentive, kind and helped in any way they could! A special thanks to the young gentleman named Francesco, his manners were truly exceptional! Our suite was lovely, with a perfect view, high ceiling, in the style of renaissance villas but with a post modern touch to design. The Aqua di Parma shampoo and conditioner that was complimentary in the bathroom were so good that I am now searching to buy it online. The restaurant, now this is a story of it’s own! Medi and all his colleagues were the most attentive waiters we had ever encountered. The chef was a maestro and we ended up ordering too much food just to be able to taste everything! The hotel location is just perfect, walkable distance to everything, and super easy to get an Uber or taxi that Hotel calls for you! Sending our love to everyone at the hotel! We’ll be back!!!

Our room was on the 3rd floor which are converted attic rooms. The room was very nicely finished but was very hot and air conditioning was struggling.

We stayed in the Suite Charming Terrace, and it was absolutely stunning. The room was spacious, stylishly decorated, and impeccably clean, with a private terrace that offered the perfect spot to relax and take in the Roman atmosphere. Every detail was thought through, making it feel like a luxurious home away from home. Roma Luxus isn’t just a beautiful hotel – it’s the people who work there who make it truly special. If you advertise for having a spa, you should not try and charge €80 per person to use it. 5 star hotels have a spa included - without extra charge

Everything was simply perfect — starting with the location. We were within walking distance of all the main attractions in Rome, and surrounded by the city’s most delicious restaurants and cafes. The rooms were fresh, clean, and comfortable, and the breakfasts were excellent. There wasn’t an overwhelming number of choices, but everything was just right — fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. A special highlight is the beautiful breakfast café: full of greenery like a garden, with a stunning view of an old church — a truly charming and peaceful setting to start the day. The staff deserves particular praise. They were incredibly kind and attentive to all our requests (and we had quite a few, traveling with a child!). Everyone was welcoming and helpful — they suggested great walking routes, recommended must-visit restaurants, helped with taxi bookings, arranged a smooth late check-in, and even prepared a snack for our child to take on the road. We’re very selective travelers, but this hotel absolutely deserves every bit of praise. Highly recommended!

The breakfast was all you can expect from a 5 star hotel. A wide spread of different options, as well as personalized service dedicated to fine tuning your meal to your specific tastes. Service was as good as it gets, it makes me wish we would have spent more time in the hotel rather than visiting the city itself!

The loud buzzing sound the rooms make when opening doors woke us up once each night at least, and there were a couple of minor issues; mainly the thermo being locked to 25°C and the minibars being stocked so full they couldn't close properly. The booked room stated City View yet our room only had the view of an inside patio, but it was a bigger suite than what was originally booked, so it's a mixed bag on that.

Our first time in Rome — a weekend to celebrate my birthday. This hotel immediately caught my eye on Booking, and it fully lived up to my expectations — even exceeded them. It was a wonderful birthday and three amazing days in Rome. A special thanks to the hotel staff! The location is perfect, with all the main sights within walking distance. The staff were incredibly polite and pleasant — they made our stay truly special. The room and the hotel itself impressed us with their style and cleanliness. Breakfast was amazing with a great selection. We definitely recommend this hotel if you’re planning a trip to Rome.

Staff was great. The receptionist escorted us to the room to explain facilities. Comfortable big bed. Great buffet breakfast with iron to order eggs, omelette, pan cakes, waffles, french toast etc. one of the best french toast and omelette I've had , served properly with garnish and sides. Good selection of cakes . Fresh bread and perfect croissants and fresh cheesecake Room service was excellent and responsive. We were provided with kettle and iron with board on request in minutes. A coffee machine was already in room and fridge with mini bar items. Good quality toiletries. Even had a bidet. Shower was excellent. Bathrobes provided. . Location was perfect right next to Palazzo Vanezia. Everything in walking distance. 10 minutes to colosseum on one side or Trevi fountain on the other. Start for very polite and professional definitely a five-star hotel. Highly recommended and much better priced than any other five stars in the center of Rome. Restaurant looked good with great many options but we did not try it as we were out delayed and having dinner outside. The restaurant had some seating Outdoors as well.
