Staff was very friendly. Location was central and great! Loved the free coffee in the lobby! Loved our balcony!

Very tiny rooms! Uber driver dropped us off in the middle of the street with no directions how to get to the hotel, so maybe a little better directions.

Bed was comfortable and rain shower was very good. Hotel room was very clean and quiet. Location was fairly close to most sight-seeing spots.

Location is amazing. Only 5 min walk to Trevi Fountain. Lots of restaurants and bakeries near by. And a little grocery store right next to the hotel, that's open until 9 or 10 pm, so you can buy water and other needs there. Room was a bit small, but very clean, and beds were comfortable. Reception is open 24 hrs, and people working there were very helpful. The hotel does charges tip on the final receipt, at the end of the stay, but since I already left the tip in the room, for the cleaning lady, I asked the receptionist to remove that fee. this was optional anyways.

We are a Chilean wedding couple touring Europe and this place gave us a wonderful welcome. By far it is the best combination between location, comfort and hygiene in Rome. A 4 star hotel without a doubt! We particularly appreciate the friendly service of Adel Karanov. We sincerely recommend this hotel for future travelers.

The room was so clean, very comfortable beds, perfect temperature (it was 38 Celsius outside every day) and the location of the hotel in relation to all the major historical sites in Rome was perfect!

Wish there had been a coffee machine in the room as the only option was to go downstairs to the foyer area and make a cup there and only until around 10am. So to be able to make a cup when you first wake up in the room would have been ideal.

Loved this space. Nestled into a tiny Roman street with the most friendly staff ever. They gave us an amazing recommendation for the next-door restaurant that was some of the best food we had in Rome. I would be back anytime. The space is small but more than enough with aircon that could beat the Rome heat. The entire place felt peaceful and authentic. They offer nice added features such as a music button that turns on the radio in the room and free coffee downstairs in the lounge. The hotel is also perfectly situated for touring as everything is so close. You can even see some of the famous attractions when you head down the street.

This is the perfect hotel if you are new to the city and want to explore. Ideal location with 5-10 minute walk to Trevi fountain, Spanish steps, Phanteon, Forum and Colosseum, as well as about 15 minutes walk to the Caracallas. The hotel is right at the Piazza Venezia, and easy to find for all Taxi drivers. Still it is really quiet inside the hotel. Only place you really need a taxi to is the Vatican and perhaps Villa Borghese.

Complete miss on breakfast. Super simple and pre-set with minimal options. You get some crackers, corn flakes, juice and a some nutella/marmelade/honey. They can also give you croissants and yoghurt if you ask the staff. Keeps you alive until lunch, but not much more.

The outside of the hotel and the street it's on are run down looking, which we found very off putting initially. The male toilet in the foyer didn't have a door lock. It looked like it was in need of renovation, to bring it in line with the beautiful appearance of the rest of the hotel.
