I recently stayed at this guest house during my trip to Rome and had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect for sightseeing, making it easy to reach every important attraction by walk. The room was clean and well-maintained, which I really appreciated. It was also nice to have basic goods provided, such as towels, cosmetics, tea, and coffee. These small touches made my stay even more comfortable. Overall, I highly recommend this guest house for anyone visiting Rome!

We didn't like the comfort of the bed but it is a personal thing, for other customers they might be perfect :)

Very clean, the location couldn’t be better, compact and exactly what you need. Host was very informative and helpful about checking and being able to leave our stuff if we have a late flight on checkout.

Nothing really! I suppose it would be helpful to have information in advance for some guests, to inform them that there are quite a few of stairs to go up if they are not happy using the two person lift, but that didn’t bother us

I loved everything about the Guest House Grazioli. Prior to my arrival, I was in touch with the owner via WhatsApp. He answered all my enquires in a timely fashion. Arrival and getting into the building was smooth and had a warm welcome by one of the staff members, Yasmin. The guest house is located in a big building overlooking a huge square, a few minutes away from the Pantheon. It is a big apartment with 4-5 rooms, all renovated and furnished with style. After checking out, you could leave your luggage free for the rest of the day. It was a wonderful experience to stay at Grazioli.

The host was the nicest and most helpful host I've ever had at any accommodation. They went above and beyond to assist me in my travels and I honestly cannot thank them enough. I was in Tortoreto for a huge sporting event and it was so amazing to have a host that was so kind and helpful, that it actually allowed me to focus more on what I was there to achieve. The accommodation itself is perfect. Everything is very clean, stylish and very comfortable. It has everything you need. The joy of having a car park at the accommodation was the cherry on top. I highly recommend staying here, as I literally do not have a single negative thing to say. If I ever find myself in Tortoreto again, I know exactly where I'll be staying.

I liked everything!

Compact and comfortable accommodation in the heart of old Rome. Close to sites, public transportation, and plenty of dining options. Grocery store, nearby, too. Super comfortable beds. Quiet area. Jasmin, the manager, is a joy and so kind, friendly, and welcoming. She is working hard to always improve the property and guest experience. Very knowledgeable about the area, too.

Tiny elevator that has a learning curve, especially for Americans. Other tenants/guests on other floors tend to forget to close the multiple doors when leaving the elevator, which means it is stuck beeping on that floor...never to show. Fortunately there are 2 elevators! And stairs. Shower is tiny, so not friendly if you're plus size (over sz 18, I'd say) Wasn't a problem for us, but being formerly a 16-18, it's important to point out.

Property close to everything. We walked to most places. Yazmin was helpful with information and attentive to needs. Small room but had everything we needed and nice little extras provided by property. Very close to bus stops if you want that mode of transportation, taxi stand a few blocks. This area has character. Wonderful stay and would definitely consider again!

Recommended a shelf or something to hold shower supplies . This doesn’t apply to me but as a therapist this place was not disabled appropriate for anyone wondering.

Excellent location! Friendly staff and flexible with changing dates due to surprising circumstances. Spacious room, clean and easy to access. Near Pantheon and Trevi, walking distance from everywhere in the historic centre.

The walls are very thin, but it’s common in Italy. Had to use earplugs for sleeping due to other guests having a phone call with children on speaker at 6am and could hear everything…

Location was outstanding Room was comfortable and clean Yasmin was outstanding so warm friendly and helpful Looked out into the piazza with a little terrace was lovely If you have a car you could probably park in the parking area in front of the building Was very easy to get to from the airport take the termini train "leonardo" The bus 40 or 64 outside the building which drops you off by Scholars Irish Pub and its a few metres from there down the road to the building

The property was amazing , really clean and modern. Got private shower , towels, slippers, kettle and tea and coffee station, WiFi. Room maid service included . Location close to everything within walking distance. I went with little one and we had no issue at all. Even bus terminal with 6 mins walk. I read many bad reviews on trip advisor I will say ignore them . I had a lovely stay , Katie was really helpful.

The location was perfect, very central & everything was within walking distance. The host was so helpful, gave us some much local knowledge & suggested places to go, & also provided a list of places to eat, which were well worth the visit, we were very lucky to come across this Guest house & would recommend to friends & family.
