Absolutely great hotel with an elevator to easily take our luggage. Was in a great location as well right in the middle of everything, about a 10 min walk to pantheon and trevi fountain, and maybe a 30 min walk to the colloseum! There are plenty of restaurants and shopping around the area as well so that made it handy. The hotel receptionist was there at check in and was super helpful. During our stay I was in communication with staff via booking messaging and they were super responsive prior to our trip and during which was very nice and i respect that! The rooms were also so cool and i loved the theming which was a huge reason we booked this hotel, the rooms were very cool. Huge plus was the mini split in the room, worked very well and kept the room cool!

The wifi was down for a few days and did not work well in my room once it was up which was frustrating since that is our only form of communication, but the staff apologized for that and were in communication with me about it. We also could not get the light in the shower to turn off so there was a few nights that it just stayed on and we had to ignore it though we followed directions from their handbook on how to turn it off. Thankfully eventually we got it to turn it off and we never turned it back on lol

The room was very spacious, we had enough espace for our luggage. Shower with good water pressure. The bed was big and the hotel provides two pillows for guest, one more flat and the other more fat, which was really good to offer the options , I usually struggle with the hotels that provides only big pillows. The hotel is walking distance to attractions, also it is easy to get a public transport to some sightseeing. Shops and restaurants around the corner.

To get to the hotel there is a flight os stairs, which might be a problem for some people.

Set inside a beautiful building. Our room was huge! We had no noise from other guests at all, stay were wonderful! The bed was quite honestly the best I’ve ever slept on away. Clean, fresh and bright during the day, however at night no offensive lighting, allowing for a dark room for sleep.

I’d have liked confirmation on how to use the coffee machine. Also I was unable to work out how to turn on the mirror light in the bathroom. I’d also prefer plug sockets near the mirrors, there only seemed to be one standard EU plug that I was able to use, which was near the kettle.

The location of the property is centrally located close to Campo dei Fiori. Beautifully modern and eclectic style of the room. Yet, the best part was the incredible caring and support of the host Karina. I forgot an electronic device in the room and recognized it after I already left Italy. She informed me and made everything possible to send it to me via express mail. Her commitment to help customers even after check out was unexpected. Greatly appreciate her support and kindness.

I booked a day before my arrival and it wasn't expensive compared with similar hotels and I definately got my money worth here. The room was much bigger than I thought, had a jacuzzi next to the bed and a big heart on the wall above the bed. Very romantic even though I was alone. The staff was super nice and location amazing. I'm giving this place a full score and when I come back to Rome I'm definately going to check availability at this hotel :)

I really liked the location of this room. The room itself was really fun and had a great view. I was very satisfied with that. The shower was awesome with the rainfall option. Only thing was it wasn’t super duper clean, I found an old contact lens by the bed lol. The bed was sooo comfortable though. The reception/host was easily available through WhatsApp as well. My door would not lock when I first got there but we got it figured out easily. I appreciate the communication

Perfect location in the centre, everything is in walking distance from the hotel. Very interesting rooms, in the iWild room there is even night sky with stars at the ceiling, so you feel like in a tent. Adnan was great, communicated well with us, even let us leave our luggage after check out.

There was a bar under our room, which got really noisy around 4am both days. The street is very busy and you can hear a lot, especially when you open window, but even with closed window you can hear people leaving the bar. Do not recommend for light sleepers.

It was located in the centre of Rome, literally walking distance from everything. The room was huge which was good and had a nice view over the square.

Unfortunately our spa bath/shower water was coming out tepid. No one came out the night before but it was resolved in the morning. With checkout being at 11 we didn’t get to use it. We had booked another room to stay in which did have hot water and they let us check in earlier.

The apartment was a short bus ride from Roma Termini, and was easy to locate with the detailed instructions provided. The self check-in was smooth. John, the front desk staff, was exceptional with his services - very helpful and provided lots of restaurant recommendations, and was very friendly and a joy to talk to. The apartment is located near Campo dei Fiori and the Pantheon, and is walking distance to all the major tourist attractions in Rome, including Trevi Fountain and the Colosseum. Lots of cafes and restaurant options nearby. Only accommodation I stayed in during my 2-weeks in Italy where they provided remote control for the air-conditioning. Life saver!

The noise from the bar crowd downstairs every night, as well as traffic, especially late into the night. Hardly any soundproofing but I realise this is the norm in a lot of accommodations around Italy. The room decor looked like a love motel but I had no other options as the other rooms were booked.

Excellent location and truly fantastic staff.

The step into the bath/shower was very wobbly and once wet slippery too. Fortunately I am very tall so didn't effect me but for a shorter person this could be dangerous.
