Location is perfect, very central and within walking distance of many sights, but at the same time very quiet, we had no problem getting a good night's sleep. Good public transport connections. Good restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Staff was very friendly and promptly answered our requests (both in person and via whatsapp). The apartment is relatively spacious, it's comfortable and clean. Kitchen is well equipped for a short stay (although missing a toaster and a microwave).

The shower was quite small and slippery, but we mentioned this to staff and they provided an anti-slip mat. We stayed for 5 nights and cleaning and towels replacement was not included. The building has a lift but it does not take us directly to the apartment, we need to climb a further 7 steps - not a problem for us, but good to know. The smaller bathroom (sink and toilet only) is adjacent to the kitchen and they are only separated by a mid-height wall. Also worth mentioning that the smaller room has no door. All these things are small and did not make our stay less pleasant, but might be useful for some guests.

The apartment 2 is great and spacious. The location is perfect for those who want to get to know Rome, as it won't take you more than 20 minutes to get to all spots in any direction (except Vatican, which is a 29 minutes walk). The staff (Elena and Fabrizio) are really attentive and supportive.

The shower area is really tiny, however we were told by Elena and Fabrizio that they are about to renew the whole bathroom as the point with the shower has been a common issue reported by guests. Anyway, this detail was not an issue for us and we loved our stay, so true that we will certainly stay there again when we get back to Rome.

This apartment have everything you need, it makes you feel at home immediately, very well equipped. Knowing the history of this building is a feeling that makes you fall in love with the moments you spend there and very enjoyable. The location is 10/10, you are just some minutes away by walking to almost every important place of Roma to visit and is also a very quiet area during the night. Staff is always ready to help you. They let us bring the luggages before check in and also some hours after check out. Semplicemente incredibile. :))))

Friendly staff. Spacious, clean, warm, pretty apartment with two bathrooms, honestly couldn't understand the issue of some previous reviews with one of the bathrooms being ensuite to the main bedroom, it's completely fine. Cooking and washing and hygiene utensils are available. Rooftop terrace had a nice view. The location was great, very central, and fairly quiet.

TV had some issues and is only available in the main bedroom, not in the living room. Bit more decorations or details would be nice to give the spacious apartment some better atmosphere, like some big fake plants or something. And a small reading lamp by the bed/couch by the entrance door would be nice. The water in the shower takes a while to heat up, and the shower head is not detachable, which can be annoying.

The location was just amazing, and despite being central it was not noisy. Also in general the house (kitchen, sheets, towels) was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The toilet needs a better clean and fix. The toilet has funny smell if you dont keep the window open; parts of the floor, walls and shower look stained dirty; and it is leaking water from somewhere to the floor. In the morning the floor was a bit wet and the trail seemed to come either from the wall or toilet seat (?!).

Great location nearby Piazza Venezia, and thucked away in a very quiet street with two restaurants around the corner and two supermarkets at 5 min walk to get breakfast or other necessities. We stayed in the upper appartment with terrace, which will be a very nice feature in spring/summer to have your espresso (small table). Staff was very accomodating through whatsapp (we did not meet them untill checkout), if you need something extra it seems that they have everything on the premises, you just need to ask where to find it.

The living space was a bit cramped to eat in with four when the sofabed was pulled out. This sofabed was fine for our 12-year old daughter but might be somewhat uncomfortable (hard) for heavier adults.

We really liked that the property was near everything. It was perfectly situated in the Jewish Ghetto. We could easily walk to everything. Colosseum was right around the corner. Vatican was an easy walk. Trastevere, Testaccio Market, Parthenon restaurants - literally in the middle of Rome. The management team was helpful and quickly responded to any questions. We were here with our college age children. Everyone had a bed. The one bathroom is in the master bedroom. Kitchen was perfect. Everything was really nice.

Being that it is close to everything, the one downside is that it is a bit noisy. We were so exhausted at night it really did not keep us from sleeping. There is an archeological dig going on next door. Really cool you can look out the window and see down into it. They do start setting up about 7-730 AM. That is not the properties fault.

The apt comes with a rooftop terrace and all the necessities like kitchen w cooking utensils, oven. It even has a second toilet which is useful for a family travelling. The location is great, walking distance to Collesuem, Pantheon, Travis Fountain n Spanish Steps n lots of restaurants around and also groceries stores. The owner was very efficient n friendly. Good water pressure n water heater which is crucial for us from tropical country. V had a wonderful stay at the apartment. Highly recommended.

excellent location near piazza Venezia where we can take bus or take a walk to main spots like Foro Romano, Colosseum, Trevi, Phanteon, etc.. Spacious and clean room

It would be great to have some tower hangers in the bathroom; ventilation in the bathroom might have to be improved (humidity and smell)

The property had everything we needed for our short break in Rome. Multiple sleeping options, bathroom and additional toilet, small kitchen and living space and of course air conditioning which was a blessing in the August heat. Located in a quiet zone too so a great escape from the tourist crowds.

There really wasn’t anything we didn’t like about this property. Located close to the colosseum with great bus links available for other must see sites.
