The location is fantastic, the room big and very nice, and the bed and pillows comfortable. Definitely a luxury feeling.

Breakfast was served in the room, which was nice, but not on par with the room (and the price). Cheap bread, toasted on one side only, with basic butter and jam from supermarket , etc.. I would also have preferred having someone at reception, or some basic welcome information such as what is in the neighborhood, what is the property able to arrange/offer, etc. We only got shown the room after someone opened the door remotely, and that's it. For the price and the quality of the room, we would have expected at least an A4 sheet of paper with a welcome and some info.

Clean and modern apartment with a lovely big bed and huge bathroom with double sink and shower! The apartment is well located for tourist sites but feels like it’s in a quieter area of the city, really enjoyed sitting in the piazza matteo for drinks in the evening. We were happy to be able to leave our bags with reception for a few hours after we checked out.

The breakfast was a little bit basic in terms of the options but still enjoyed.

It felt that the towels were old and smelled like that, the shower water flow was poor.

I loved the clean monochrome aesthetic of the whole place, the rooms were simple and not too cluttered.The noise proofing was fantastic as I was initially worried being along a small side street with scooters and cars racing along it but when the window was closed we couldn't hear a thing! When we first arrived it was after the reception had closed.There was a bit of panic when we rang the buzzer and didn't get a response,I messaged the property and they instructed me with what to do and we eventually phoned them and they buzzed us in.

I can't say there's anything I necessarily didn't like however the main shower in the ceiling wasn't the best but thankfully there was a handheld option which was really powerful, I guess it depends on what you are used to as well.

Location was great. Breakfast was perfect and custom ordered after first morning. Design, furniture, and fixtures were sleek modern. Very clean.

Owner was off site and even though the staff person was excellent, she was only available from 8am to 12:30 pm. If you arrive after those hours, your arrival and entry into the building is coordinated digitally with communication via email, and Whatsapp. (who uses this anymore). As it turns out, we waited 10 minutes in the rain until the owner was off the phone to buzz us in.

The location is ideal and a 20-30 min walk to all the main attractions. The lady making breakfast and cleaning the room was really lovely and helpful and a credit to the business.

My fault for not reading, but I didn't realise that there would be nobody there to greet us at check-in. We had some teething problems with a few things in the room like the safe. It would have been nice to have someone there to ask. The doors of the wardrobe rattled with every step we took in the room. It would be very easy to stop this with a few gel bumpers on the doors.

Beautiful room located in a great spot in Rome. Able to work to things like Trevi Fountain or colosseum. Short bus ride to the Vatican with bus stops very close to the hotel. Staff delivered breakfast to our room each morning and were lovely and friendly.

Of course being such an old building at times the hot water wasn’t always working for a shower. Had to time them well which was hard when wanting to go out and see things.

Location was excellent. Breakfast served to your door, at the time you request. Lady who looks after Kame is so friendly and accommodating. Apartment spotless and cleaned daily. Would highly recommend as a base for Rome. Lovely little busy bar in square. Supermarkets 2 mins away.

It's a little hard to find on arrival, but after walking from Station we were probably tired and a bit weary of Google Maps! Good to be aware it's up a wide flight of steps (1st Floor), no lift.

High ceilings, big bed, small walk in closet. Housekeeping were lovely. Breakfast was continental but generous enough - served on tray and delivered at a time you request. Quiet building - good location.

A little underwhelmed by the room. High ceilings, clean, big bed...was just expecting something a little bit more 'special'. No ironing facilities were available from housekeeping - which seemed strange. Nowhere to hang towels, which always confuses me.

Very spacious, well presented & comfortable room. Warm, powerful shower. Great base for exploring the main sites which I didn’t actually do this visit due to thunderstorms and a poorly tum after one very oily meal. I spent a day in bed which Kame Hall was the perfect base for - Uber Eats from Buddy Veggy was amazing! The ladies who bring the breakfast and clean the room were very lovely & efficient. I’d definitely consider staying here again.

Miscommunication & missed messages confirming airport shuttle, which I’ve experienced a couple of times through booking .com, but wasn’t the end of the world as the no.40 bus goes direct from Roma Termini within a few mins walk of the property after 4 stops (15 mins).
