First of all, the staff was very attentive. They immediately answered my questions and were helpful. They mentioned they would assist with an early check-in, though it wasn’t necessary, which was still important. Everything was as it appeared. The place was clean. The room had only an open wardrobe, a TV, a bed, and bedside tables. It’s smaller than it looks in the photos, but I think it was quite adequate. The bathroom was also small but clean and nice. Towels were changed every day, and the room was cleaned. We were satisfied.

There is no elevator in the building. You need to climb to the 3rd floor with your luggage, but even the staff helped with our bags. We had read about this in the reviews and accepted it knowingly. I didn’t need it, but there is a shared area with a refrigerator, kitchen, and tea and coffee facilities. There was even an iron available for those who needed it. I don’t consider this a negative aspect; I was mostly satisfied.

This property was in a fantastic and quiet location within walking distance to restaurants, bars, groceries, piazzas, and main roads. The staff were super friendly and responsive. I stayed here in extremely hot summer weather and the AC was perfect! The rooms are cleaned and beds made daily which I usually don’t have when staying in other places. This made for a very comfortable stay.

One of the keys needed to access the building can be a little tricky. It is an old-fashioned type of key and I have always struggled with those but it may be easier for others! Don’t overthink it and you’ll find it easier to use after a time or two.

Very easy to find and very well located. The room was clean, and the air conditioner was working well, as in August, Rome can be very hot. There was a coffee machine with the capsules ready to use at any time

Although comfy, the room and bathroom were very small. Walls are also very thin and you can become self conscious about how much noise you're actually making, although you want to keep noise at a minimum, it can be exhausting to make sure you're not too loud

The location was very good. The staff were great. The AC was out when we arrived and they already had fans set up and the repairman was there working all day and got it fixed. The rooms were clean and well taken care of every day, though they were small and very basic, nothing fancy. For a basic room in a good location for this price it was a good overall deal.

Rooms were small and basic. If you have a lot of luggage, it's 4 storeys up with no elevator.

We loved the location, it was really central and we walked to most of the attractions. The room was air conditioned and that was really needed since the warn weather. The room was clean and everything was available like hair dryer and clothing iron since we needed it and forgot to bring with us. The bed was comfortable and clean.

The only down size was that it didn’t have a lift and we had a toddler with us and a stroller.

The staff were beyond friendly and helpful. They were so pleasant and willing to answer all of our questions about Romes top attractions. The room was exceptionally clean and in a great location. There are snacks and coffee in the kitchen for everyone to share. There were great restaurants within a 3 min walk. We even saw several food tours going by these restaurants and long lines at a bakery that's very famous in Rome. They also allowed us to leave our luggage after checkout which was super helpful so we could explore before our flight home.

It was much smaller than we expected and we shared the kitchen area and hallway with other people. We thought it was more private and didn't realize there were other people staying there too. There is no elevator and its on the 3rd floor which is difficult when you have luggage and are super tired.

The location was perfect for our needs. We wanted to be close to Trastevere so we could easily go enjoy the atmosphere there for dinners. Piazza Costaguti was quiet and the area was peaceful. The monuments were easily reached with approximately 30 minute walk. Room was clean and cool with airconditioning.

The noises from other rooms were easily heard.

The location was excellent, we really liked how we could walk into Rome without having to use a taxi service. The room was cleaned daily and the staff were nice.

There wasn’t a kettle in the bedroom so we had to use the coffee machine in the shared kitchen if we wanted a drink. There wasn’t an option for breakfast but we liked how we could go out and find somewhere locally. The area was quite noisy but it did quieten down after 10pm.

central position behind Largo Arenula. Located in a flat on the second floor without lift. Room with private bathroom. Comfortable bed and excellent bathroom. Recommended for weekends staff available on the phone for any problem

Great location - very central! The facilities were very clean and Dino was very helpful with everything including arranging our pick up and drop from the airport. Our shower had great pressure and hot water, room was cleaned everyday and the little kitchen had the basic facilities like coffee/tea/microwave etc. We were also allowed to store our luggage safely after check out so we could enjoy our day without carrying bags around.
