Close to the attractions we planned to visit. The staff was very communicative and helpful. They setup our transportation from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel to the cruise port at the end of our stay. The room was cozy, it had a rustic Italian vibe. Exactly what I expected for the area. They do not provide breakfast however, there is a cute little bistro just steps outside the hotel where you can get food and coffees.

It was a bit of a hassle getting into the hotel, we arrived after normal business hours (2pm) however, they did provide us with detailed information on how to access the building and a video via email and WhatsApp.

Great location, clean, and friendly and helpful staff. They let you keep your bags by them before the room is available and also after checkout, you can keep it there the rest of the day; this was very convenient.

The WiFi connection in the room I stayed in was weak and sometimes wouldn't connect. You can hear the staff walking/chatting in the morning, but that's already at 9:30, 10 in the morning, so most visitors have already left for the day, so I don't think it's a big issue. Shampoo/body wash bottles were a little small and we ran out quickly. But I'm sure if you asked them for more they would give, just remember to ask.

The Location of this property is fantastic. My boyfriend and I were able to walk to all of the major sight seeing destinations from the suite within half an hour. There are lovey cafes, restaurants and shops in the little square outside of the suite so easy to get breakfast close by. There were lovely touches such as a coffee machine in the reception and complimentary touches such as tea, coffee bottle opener and bathroom essentials. There was a smart Tv with options to log into Netflix, Disney + ect and was able to change languages. Often times the room was very silent and peaceful and felt very private. Staff very friendly and helpful. We really appreciated the option to self check in and the comprehensive instructions with how to get in emailed before the arrival. Great value for money.

The instructions list on how to self check in is slightly overwhelming but in reality is fine once followed correctly.

I loved everything about Reginella Suites, a quiet and cozy room and with everything that you need! A quaint and classy place! This room was very clean and well-equipped. Compared to our other stays in Europe, the room was quite spacious and comfortable! All staff that we met during our stay were also very lovely and helpful. Location is also very handy!

Wifi wasn't working initially and then when fixed by staff was quite slow and patchy. Also at times a bit loud with the neighbours on the other side of the door.

Location is good - nice neighbourhood. Staff member at the residence was fantastic and helpful. Walkable to main attractions.

Water takes a while to drain in the bathroom basin. We found there was a loose plastic cap in the drain and pried it out. Still, the water took a while to drain. Water pressure from the main shower head was patchy. There was shower scum on the hand held shower head. Socket in bathroom didn’t work.

Lovely place in a lovely part of the city. You're a good walking distance from the main tourist attractions and the little cafes and shops close by and excellent value for money. The room is lovely and check in is easy. There are several doors to get through, but the instructions are clear.

They only difficultly was knowing exactly which room was us as it's not clearly marked on the key (out of hours check-in). This might have been down to tiredness, but our second night we did have another couple try and get into our room initially. A little slip in the envelope would have helped.

It was fairly close to everything restaurants and within 1.6 k of all the great attractions of Rome.

The place could have had better signage directing us to the 2nd floor. The front of the door doesn't even have a sign telling that it's the Reginella Suites. The driver that brought us knew were it was . Otherwise, we would have still been out on the street.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. It was easy to communicate and get ahold of someone at any time and they were always responsive. Location was central to all major attractions, only about a 15-20 minute walk.

Awesome location. In the center of town. Walking distance to most sightseeing places. very happy to have stayed here. Gracious hosts and very helpful. Best bonus, was a small lift that helped us carry the luggage up to the rooms!

The photos of the rooms were not accurate. Rooms looked much bigger in the photos, than they actually were.
