Great location and spacious room.

Breakfast was fruit and filled croissants and plain yoghurt. Would have been nice to have flavoured yoghurt and muesli or rolled oat. Had to pay 10 euros to hold our bags after checkout which was a first for us!

The room, location, staff, and cost were excellent. Marjan was incredibly responsive, kind, and helpful during our stay. Our room, the Carolina, was well-furnished, spacious, and comfortable. Cleanliness and attention to detail with respect to room maintenance was great, as well.

There were additional fees we had to pay on the premises due to Rome's short-term accommodations legislation. This is no problem, in and of itself, and they weren't a lot (4 euro per guest per day, or so), but it would be better to have those fees transparent up front on the total cost, instead of the guest having to find out on the spot. The staff handled it well, but it would just be better to know up front.

Breakfast consisted of pastries, yogurt, bread (toast) may have been a few other little things that I don't remember. Location was great. Room was clean, large size, liked the doors we could open to the outside, which was nice to leave open late at night after the street car (train) kept coming through.

Only thing that would have been helpful to note is rooms are on the 2nd floor, and a small elevator to use. My parents have issues with stairs, steps so would have been nice to have known in advance. Also didn't realize until after settled in my parents room had a step up to their bathroom and odd layout to toilets, we should have switched rooms with them but they didn't mention to me until later. Showers are a little tight for larger people. Figuring out door locks was a small bit of a challenge, but once I got how they worked then it was fine. Air conditioner turns off when you leave the rooms.

Great location near the Pantheon, the Jewish quarter with it's lovely restaurants, and Trastevere quarter. Small guesthouse with 5 rooms, located in a building with a beautiful entrance. Marie was extremely kind and responsive to all our questions. Our room was spacious, with our own bathroom (that was fairly narrow but clean and everything we needed). Breakfast in communal 'kitchen/dining room'.

The guesthouse is like a family home, with characteristic tiles and high ceilings, 'European proportions' and European breakfast If you expect a large brand new hotel with American breakfast, this is not it. However, the style of the guesthouse was exactly what we were looking for, so it was just perfect for us.

Hotel is in a lovely old building with a quaint internal lift. Close to sights 20 mins walk from coliseum to hotel, outside are the ruins where Julius Caesar was assassinated. Several cafes locally and direct bus to the termini. Staff friendly, great continental breakfast and kitchen access for tea/coffee, very comfortable large room with en-suite, very clean with air con. Offers to drop off luggage early if needs be. Very helpful and nothing was too much trouble, great place to stay.

All excellent could not fault the hotel at all. Please be aware of pick pockets when we were boarding the bus to the airport a woman was pushing my husband onto the bus and luckily I noticed she had her hand in his pocket after his wallet if I hadn’t been behind her he wd have lost it, I slapped her hand away and luckily she was unsuccessful. But when you are handling luggage and bags be aware at all times and watch out for each other.

We had a spacious room with a street view. We enjoyed the French doors but often the street was too busy & loud to have them open. It was nice to meet new people at breakfast. Simon was always helpful & Daniella was the joy of our stay. She was like having mom on vacation, making us coffee & sandwiches in the breakfast room. She tidied up our rooms & made us feel at home!

Our mattress was a bit hard so not as comfortable as it could have been. The walls are thin & with the echoing halls it could be loud when people are coming & going in the early morning or late night. Not sure if anything can be done about that, Rome is a 24-hour city. Overall, it was a good place to stay.

My one complaint was that their sign is way up above that of the Guatemalan Embassy, with whom they share the building. I couldn't read it at first at 10pm on a rainy night when I haf walked all the way from Roma Termini Very pleasant reception at that time of night, and conversation. Ideal location to explore the historic areas on foot. Learn to use the buses, they will save you feet. Only quicker at night. Take a different route every time, even between the same points, so many things to see. Grazie Feronia, grazie Roma.

Leaving.

The hostess let us in 3 hours before out check in time to leave our luggage due to early arrival time off our cruise, We were met by a very lovely Italian lady who was the house keeper cleaning the guest house who was very welcoming offering us water and food when arrived then sent us away by blowing us a kiss until we had to come back at 2pm to meet with the hostess who gave us our keys and talked us through everything about the guest house. The bedroom and bathroom were very spacious and clean with lots of amenities including WIFI, hair dryers, mini fridge and the ability to make coffee and food at anytime. shower was a great size with powerful water and towels. The bedroom had plenty of storage space for clothes if staying for a few days. We only stayed 1 night and due to flight times our flight wasn't until 8pm the next day, the hostess was very understanding and offered us to keep luggage in the guesthouse letting us roam, Rome ;) for the full day without the stress of lugging around all of our luggage all day, We collected our luggage managed to have a quick t-shirt change and went on our way. side note the location of this accommodation in fantastic and can see all of the sights you would want to see in Rome with in 20/30 mins walk, not only that its right beside restaurants, cafes, shops and supermarkets.

Nothing everything was fantastic and couldn't of asked for a better hostess, When we come back to Rome we will 100% be booking this guest house again as its in the perfect location to everything you may need.

Fantastic location, handy to public transport, beautiful mosaic-floor foyer and a lift to the guest house on the first floor. Our room was so comfortable and clean, the staff were lovely and so helpful. Access to a full kitchen with breakfast items (we were only there once for breakfast service from 8-9.30am - all other days we were able to help ourselves to breakfast food so we could head out early). We loved our stay!

It would have been great to have access to a laundry, but we were able to find a self-service laundromat not too far away.

The location is perfect — the bus station is close to the apartment, and all major attractions are within walking distance. The rooms are beautifully decorated and very comfortable. There is even an elevator that takes you directly to the apartment. The breakfast was excellent, and the hosts are kind and helpful. They clean your room daily, and the windows provide great sound insulation from outside noise.
