The location of the property was excellent, really easy walking distance to most major of the cities landmarks and right on the doorstep of some great restaurants.

Noise travelled and single pane windows in a period property do not allow for good sound insulation meaning if you’re a light sleeper you’ll be woken up by the nightlife. There was a common area to our room with tea and coffee facilities but it’s always nice to have something like that in your room. Bathroom door handle was broken which meant it kept coming off. Wasn’t too much of a big deal and didn’t mention it but would have imagined if we had they would have fixed it as the staff were super friendly and very helpful.

stayed at The Spanish Suite - Campo de’ Fiori during my recent trip to Rome, and it was an exceptional experience in every way. What I loved most about the hotel was its outstanding location, right in the heart of the old city and just steps away from the lively Campo de’ Fiori square and historic landmarks like the Pantheon and Trevi Fountain. The room was clean and comfortable, with elegant décor that combined classic Italian style with a modern touch. The staff was very friendly and helpful, offering great recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. All the amenities I needed were available, including reliable Wi-Fi and a smooth check-in process. In short, my stay at this hotel was a pleasant experience that made my visit to Rome even more enjoyable and hassle-free. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stay that combines location, comfort, and excellent service.

We booked a Deluxe Double Room in the main building, and if I ever come back to Rome, I would definitely stay here again. The room was a perfect size, looked great, and had a nice view. The bed was comfortable, the cleaning was impeccable (fresh towels every day), and the internet was excellent. I spoke with multiple staff members at the reception, and all of them were extremely kind. There’s also a chill zone and a kitchen outside the room, equipped with coffee, tea, cutlery, plates, and a fridge. The location is great, too— all the main sites are within easy walking distance, and there’s a fairly large supermarket near the hotel.

The street was a bit loud in the evening and during the nights, but this is typical to this area.

The room was a good size and excellently located to sites around town as well as public transportation options. Bed was comfortable and the restroom was a decent size. Liked having plenty of space for our bags and the safe for our belongings was also nice. Fridge and small table in the room were also nice.

We could hear some of our neighbors above and to the side a couple times as the rooms were not very sound isolated. Also the check in office was a little difficult to find as the address for the room didn't exactly match up with where it was but it was close so it wasn't a huge deal.

The staff at the desk were amazing. We had the wrong room - a double instead of two twins, and with apologies they moved us the next day - luggage and all! Our new room was 3rd floor with an exceptional view of the church dome across the way. They helped with cabs and suggested place to eat. They were perfect. The breakfast spot - beautiful and sooo Roman....down a cobble stone street, turn right, past the lovely bookstore and stroll down the alley festooned with flowering jasmine to a private small restaurant with wonderful windows, food, and staff with bottomless coffees of all kinds. What a lovely way to start our day in Rome. And of course, the location-a block away we had our own beautiful local park, grass, trees, bronze statue, newspaper kiosk and all. In the other direction were many small high quality shops and the pedestrian mainly street led to the huge, ancient Campo. With the BEST gelato! Oh, and there was a really excellent grocery store a few steps away.

It was had for us to get oriented - and we struggled to understand buses, there was no nearby metro. This was not a flaw of the property -- once we found we could easily walk to the shaded and quiet Trastevere district it seemed we couldn't really have a better location. Should be noted, there is no real tea room in the building...there is a supply of instant coffees, and teas and a hot pot in a sort of storage room. A small frig is available to all of the guests. We used it for cream.

We ended up with two double room joined by a small foyer. The rooms were clean and each had an ensuite bathroom which were well sized. The apartment was air conditioned and had an elevator. There was access to a breakfast bar with fridge, sink, jug etc. There was a It was in the old part of town, within walking distance of the roman forum and pantheon, as well as bus and tram stops to access other areas of Rome. There was good communication from the apartment staff.

One room was on the smaller side, but was consistent with other double hotel rooms.

The location is amazing, as were the staff we saw. Rooms were cleaned daily, with fresh towels and toilet paper. Safe was free to use and there was a mini fridge in the room with a communal kitchen for rooms 1-4 with tea making facilities and iron and ironing board. We were in the apartments across the road 107, rooms 1 and 4 deluxe double. Both were very quiet. You could hear others coming and going but only very faintly. We had a modern looking couple of rooms and were quite spacious.

The door into the floor with the rooms didn't lock and was noisy when being opened and closed. Room 4 balcony door wouldn't lock (was ok as the balcony was fully enclosed so no one could get in) or open fully so couldn't access it. There is no seating area in reception as its only very small.

The ambience was great. The amenities were good. The showers were great. Great location! The beds were great! Size of Room 2 was great for 2 adults.

Rm 1 was too small for 3 adults with cpap machines. Rm 3, night light for bathroom, a light closer to the closet. larger trash cans in all rooms. Rm 2, the 3 adult on the sofa bed needed a table or ledge to put stuff, a separate light switches instead of all lights on and off with 1 switch. Not sure if you use Kleenex, but Americans do so a box in each room would be great. Add hair conditioner in shower.

I did not stay at the actual Spanish Suite due to them not having an upgraded room available. The hotel was very accommodating and moved me to the 5-star hotel Nomas. It was amazing. Staff was very attentive and location was right around the corner from my other booking. I will be staying again.

My biggest complaint would be the elevator being down for most of my stay. The stairs were a lot. Also The toilet was a little odd but I understand the theme they are going for.

Great location, walking distance to so many attractions and Buddy's vegan restaurant mmmm The room could use update up with either a coat of paint or a good scrub, lots of marks on the walls. Simple room with one folding chair, I was on my own so not a problem but it would have been small for 2.

The elevator was down for the whole time of my visit, after a long day of walking the 48 stairs to the second floor exhausting. The room could use update up with either a coat of paint or a good scrub, lots of marks on the walls. Simple room with one folding chair, I was on my own so not a problem but it would have been small for 2.
