Location can't be beat! Very comfortable stay. Property as described. Amenities to start you off. Coffee tea, olive oil, balsamic. Cleaning supplies. Lovely washer. Host was very helpful and always accessible re questions. The entire process from booking to checking in and out was a breeze. I recommend it highly!

The apartment was spacious and comfortable and the location was excellent.

We had trouble unlocking our door one evening which was rather stressful. It did eventually work but our niece and family were also staying at the apartments and could not get their door unlocked on another evening and had to find a hotel. The contact number provided is only answered during business hours. An emergency # is needed.

We have stayed in this apartment before and knew where to collect the keys but as before, we were given detailed instructions. The collection of the keys was easy as the collection point is right beside the apartment. The owner had arranged transport for us to and from the airport which made life very easy for us despite our incoming flight being delayed. The taxi driver was there on time on our departure day so we had no worries about getting to the airport on time. We love staying here as the apartment block is conveniently located for seeing all the main sites of the city. It is secure and safe. There is a lift as well as stairs to the apartments. There are good facilities and the apartments we have stayed at have always been clean and well equipped. Communication from the owners has always been great.

There is nothing we don't like which is why we have been there so many times.

Very spacious, comfortable beds and great location - lots of restaurants and the square with daily markets within easy walking distance. The apartment foundations used to part of a Roman theatre - you can see the gentle curve of the building. A very historic area and a joy to explore on foot. We walked to the Trevi fountain, Spanish steps and Vatican from there.

A map of the area would have been handy. Whilst it says ground floor, it’s up three flights of stairs with one flight of stairs to reach the elevator. I do not recommend if stairs are a problem for you. Suggest you update the printed instructions on how to change the tv language - the instructions that work are handwritten on one of the sheets in the plastic folder. Also suggest including instructions on the two taxi companies/ apps - it would have been really useful to know from day one as we had never been to Italy before.

The house is huge, furnished stylishly with enough space for all the family and a generous living area. It also has all the facilities that you need (air con, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, toastie maker, microwave, olive oil, salt & pepper, balsamic vinegar, tea & coffee) for a comfortable stay. And there is a lift in the building. It is centrally located, within walking distance of all the main sights and right next to fresh markets Campo D'Fiori and supermarkets, plus a great little bakery Antico Forno Roscioli that does great pizza slices, hot dinners (including roast chicken rice, lasagna, as well as porchetta which is hiding in the back away from the counters), and cups of wine /beer that you can eat outside or get takeaway.

Information about how to check-in was not set out in the email. So for any future stays note the keys are from "Stow your bags" business located at Via dei Chiavari, 8, 00186. You also have to provide your passport and local tourism tax in cash, so make sure you have some on you.

Cute and clean typical Roman apartment in a quiet area near Campo Dei Fiori with good amenities and kitchenette. The shower is a little small but we made do.

We didn’t know how to turn on the hot water which was a switch on the wall in the kitchen (not clearly indicated) The agent was able to help us in the end.

It was easy to collect the property keys from an office across the road. The apartment was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The location was fantastic with great food close by and nice views.

This apartment would not be accessible to those with mobility issues, there is a lift however there is a steep set of stairs leading up to the lift.

The cooktop, we set the alarm off, didn't like the steps into bathroom! Also washing machine was not easy to work out Shower head was broken

the location is just amazing! 5 minutes walk from Navona, we walked all across the city, reaching everything pretty much by foot. Our feet were sore by the end of our stay but it was worth it! You can walk to the Coliseum on one side and the Vatican on the other without needing a taxi or bus, just incredible. The apartment is spacious and well stocked, it was easy to get in and the hosts were very friendly and helpful, everything done over Whatsapp. Being able to store our things next door in the storage service (paid for a few hours) on our last day was really convenient.

Small things only - the handle to the bathroom door kept falling and the toilet's flush button kept getting stuck. Also Ive never seen a walk-in-shower with a curtain before (and for a reason) For the price of a night, i would have expected the place to be better maintained. It hardly affected our stay so really not big deal but can also be easily fixed to give a better experience. Another small annoyance is the wifi barely reaching most of the apartment. I guess because of the thick walls. We werent staying in much to make that into an issue.

This apartment is in a great part of Rome. We used it as our base for our 4 night stay. Quiet - yet in a central location - we were within walking distance of most attractions. And there were plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. We did use the local buses a bit to get to some attractions because it was too hot to walk all the time - bus stops were within a few mins walk of the apartment. The apartment itself was very neatly presented and comfortable. Even with Rome's extreme heat during the day, we found the air conditioning to be very effective. We always felt cool and relaxed whenever in the apartment. The apartment management was quite helpful and responsive. For example, when we found that the iron was not working, a new one was delivered to us the next day. We would thoroughly recommend booking this accommodation - but please note that as this is an apartment and not a b&b, only starter provisions are provided (e.g. one dishwashing tablet). Be prepared to go to one of the convenient small supermarkets within walking distance to provision yourself adequately.
