Location is superb and could not be better, located in a quiet street directly behind Camp Di Fiori. Lots around and very central for all the main sightseeing. The original details in the room were stunning, like the fire place and windows. Really lovely design. Super clean also. Easy to find and easy for taxi drop off and pick up. Communication for check in, clear and straight forward. The staff were 10/10 and super lovely.

The room allocated faced into the courtyard, so was quite dark for natural light. But the room lights were bright and I could open the windows. There is no lift... there is only very narrow stairs to the 2nd floor, which is in a residential building, so alot of signs of "be quiet and mindful" which is 100% needed and should be respected, but very hard to be quiet lifting a large suitcase up two flights of narrow stairs. It actually isn't possible to do this without disturbing the neighbours, so was self conscious of this. I booked thinking this was a hotel hotel, so my fault for not paying attention. It is a bed and breakfast with a part time reception.

The bed was so comfortable, exactly what you need after hours walking and exploring. And although the place is very central for sightseeing it's also very quiet at night. The staff are very friendly and accommodating.

The room is small but perfect for a sightseeing and exploration holiday. We would return there, it was our favourite city break so far.

The location in Campo de Fiori was wonderful! Close to shopping, restaurants and many of the main attractions within walking distance. The staff, especially Sarah at the front desk. She went above and beyond. Standard room was small but cozy.

There is no elevator, so you have to walk up a couple flights of stairs with your luggage. The staff will assist with your luggage if you let them know when you arrive and depart.

The Perfect Place to Stay in Rome! I stayed in this cozy studio apartment and was absolutely delighted. The apartment is very comfortable and functional. The little kitchen was a gem: everything I needed was right there, making me feel at home. The cleanliness and attention to detail were truly impressive. I especially want to thank Viktoria, the hotel manager. Her professionalism and genuine willingness to help made my stay as comfortable as possible. She solved even the most challenging issues instantly, always with a smile and warmth. She’s a true example of exceptional service! Moreover, the location was perfect — right in the heart of Rome, with everything within walking distance. I’ll remember this stay fondly and will definitely come back again!

Location of the property is perfect. So near to pretty much everything and importantly all important locations are practically walkable. Also, it is first time we are vising Rome, the experience of living in such neighbourhood was a great experience. Looking forward to many more visits :).

Two things: The taxi stopped at the square; however, the hotel property was 5 mins walk away, that was tough carrying big bags in that road. Wasnt prepared for that. Climbing the stairs, good excersite for sure. However, with the bags, we werent prepared for that. Otherwise, property is great.

Location was wonderful, around the corner from Campo de Fiore, with some cute restaurants and bars right on outside the hotel. It was just a 3-4 minute walk from Piazza Navaro. We also walked to the Colosseum (about 20 min), Pantheon (about 7-8 min), etc. Everything is right there. Tons of restaurants and shopping. The room was pretty and the bed was comfortable. We had a courtyard view and liked listening to the birds outside our window. Bathroom was nice. Our taxi was able to drop us off right in front.

There is a narrow curved staircase to go up one floor where the hotel is. We were fine, but it might be difficult for some people. The room was a bit small and a bit tight to walk around the bed. Also, the breakfast didn't start until 8am and it had a good number of options, but it took a long time for the cooked items (eggs). We always had to leave before they were finished.

The front of house staff, Daniela and Sara were excellent. They were friendly, very helpful and extremely welcoming on our arrival. They even helped me carry my (very heavy) case down the stairs! The room was very clean, the bathroom had a lovely shower and it was quiet - we had a very good nights sleep. It was well located for all the sites we wanted to see. Breakfast was very good.

There are a lot of stairs up to the property - which I hadn’t realised when I booked - and it wasn’t that easy to find as it looked like a regular apartment block. It’s fairly pricey, but it is the centre of Rome, so it’s not bad when you compare with other hotels in the area.

• The staff were amazing. Promptly answered all my questions via bookings.com and WhatsApp. Sent me all the information I needed before I arrived. I didnt even need to go their office. • We had a medical issue late in the evening. Messaged them and Sara responded immediately with all the information we needed to get help and she followed up to see if there was anything else she could do to help. • Did I say the staff are amazing? • All the amenities were provided, although we didnt cook in the apartment. Kitchen is smallish, if that is important to you. • The apartment is in the middle of the Centro Storico and is only ten to 15 minutes minutes walk to Piazza Navona, the Pantheon, Capitoline Hill and Trastevere. The Colosseum is < 30 minutes away but there is a taxi stand < 10 minutes away if walking is difficult. • It has a nice courtyard. Someone left the door open to the building one day and tourists were pouring in as we were leaving to take photos. • The street is a main thoroughfare between the bridge to the night spots in Trastevere and Campo de'Fiori. On the street there were a lot of drunk people making some noise. But I could barely hear anything from the apartment. • BTW, if you are a young person who likes to get drunk and party, you are in luck. See above. But drink responsibly, dont spill anything and waste perfectly good alcohol. • Overall, a very nice place, good location and amazing staff.

Not negatives so much as be prepared for: • 3 flights of stairs. It is an old building with character. They cant retrofit this building with an elevator. • Hot water runs out quickly, so make sure the people before you dont take too long.

The location was perfect - close to everything that we wanted to see, so we walked everywhere. The employees were always there to help in case of any questions, always with big smile on their face and super kind attitude. We were able to leave our luggages on last day to sightsee, the room itself was convenient with everything what we’ve needed. We had breakfast included but usually we were leaving around 7am to use as much as we could from our 3 days so we did not used it (breakfast started only at 8am). All in all highly recommend it!

I was greeted by Viktoria who was very friendly and helpful. She gave me a map and explained the areas of interest. The room was spotless and inviting. The bed was especially comfortable. I was concerned that there might be noise from the breakfast room nearby, but my room was quiet. The included breakfast was exceptional, with bacon, eggs, cheese, pastries, yogurt, and coffee. I've stayed at several B&Bs in Rome, but this is my favorite. This is definitely my first choice from now on. The staff was super helpful all the way around.

It was not a problem for me, but Campo de' fiori is not near a metro stop. It was very easy to catch the 40X express bus to Termini. However, the area is very walkable and it's just as easy to walk to any place you want to go in historic Roma.
