Excellent location, walking distance to most attractions. Food facilities and Campo de' Fiore markets almost at doorstep. Rooms are serviced and cleaned each day. Friendly reception and drop off to airport available.

There are two steep staircases to overcome which can be a problem if you have large heavy cases. Our bathroom was very tight.

I had a wonderful stay here! The place was spotless, and the host was incredibly kind, making sure the room was cleaned every day. Fresh towels, shampoo, and shower gel were provided, which was super convenient. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the building was so peaceful and quiet. It really felt like a home away from home.

While my stay was generally fine, there were a few downsides. The WiFi connection was not very reliable, which made it difficult to work or browse online. There was no fridge in the room, so we had to drink water from the dispenser outside, as we couldn’t store bottled water in the room. Additionally, the bathroom did not have a handheld shower head, which made showering less convenient.

If I could give it 11 stars I would. Words cannot describe how much I fell in love with Rome and this hotel and its staff in particular. It was the warmest welcome I have ever had in my travels, Flavio was SO nice and helpful. Our room was very nice (especially the bathroom), clean and cozy. The apartment is on a pretty busy street, but that adds to the charm. There are shops, cafes nearby and an ice cream parlor just around the corner. There is also a coffee maker, kettle, fridge and snacks at the reception. It was incredible, I will definitely come back here more than once.

The trip to Rome was for my daughters 21st birthday, I contacted them and asked could they arrange for a little gift to be at the room, they arranged a card, balloon and prosecco. They went over and above, they allowed us to leave luggage after checkout too. We were contacted to say the room was ready earlier than the expected check in if we want to go earlier we could. The rooms are small but clean and comfortable, about a 7 min walk from the pantheon, on a little square which has a few restaurants and shops. There is also a bakery in the street that came highly recommended by our taxi driver. There are tea/coffee/water facilities in the reception area (free of charge). Nothing seemed to much trouble for them, and they provide restaurant recommendations, and contact details for reputable tour guides and taxis. An absolute gem of a place!

Bathroom was very small but manageable. Would have preferred tea/coffee in the room but that is a small personal preference.

Great location, five minutes from Piazza Navona and the Pantheon and 15 mins from Trevi Fountain. Building the accomodation is in is a little on the old side and no elevator but once checked in and in the room they have been done up nicely and are very comfortable to rest after a days exploring. Great location with plenty of places to eat and drink near by as well as easy buses to Colosseum, Vatican City or Termani station within a few minutes walk. Host who checked us in and also greeted us each day when we came back in the afternoon for a brief rest was so friendly and cheerful.

The room was very confortable, clean and we had a great stay. The position in the city is great, we didn't need public transportation at all, it was possible to visit everything by walking. Flavio is a very nice person, everyday he is there to clean the room if is needed or to help and I want to thank him. In the reception of the apartment there are always available some cookies, sweets, coffee, tea, water and Flavio is always careful to fulfill everything when is empty.

In the room 5, you don't have a view outside (this could be good because is not any noise from the street), but you can't see on the window how is the weather outside and the sun light is very low. For us it wasn't a problem, but if there are any persons with some claustrophobic problems, maybe is better to ask for another room.

Very clean, cozy & well maintained site. It's not positioned as a hotel, but rather a small site for couple of days in Rome. It's not designed for a family stay (i.e. I'd avoid going with kids), but for a couple, who just want to stay in the center of Rome with all the sighseeings close, it's a perfect place - very well maintained by Flavio, who's super helpful, very approachable, always there to help. Free coffee & some snaks was a little nice plus to our stay. Rooms are clean and well conditioned, which is important in Rome in the summer

The bathroom is quite small, which could feel a bit claustrophobic for some guests. It’s a minor drawback considering the unbeatable location, but something to keep in mind if you prefer a more spacious setup.

It’s a nice small hotel in a second floor. Very centric so you can walk almost everywhere. Conveniently with bus stops nearby in case you rather use transportation. The staff that cleans and takes care of it was awesome. You also have a small common area with a microwave, fridge and a good espresso coffee machine. They also provide water from a cooler. It’s a very nice place to stay at.

The fact it’s so centric also has a downside. Very noisy in the mornings when they’re cleaning the restaurant area next to it. Also beware that there’s no elevator and the stairs are steep. Although the reservation was for three the rooms are two single or one double bed, meaning you will probably have to pay for an extra bed. All this is not so easy to find in the hotel specs.

Cookies, mini cake slices, coffee (espresso) and tea for breakfast. Water available to re fill bottles. If you want croissants or more variety for breakfast there is a little bakery just around the corner. The room was spotlessly clean! Linens/towels also. Daily cleaning available if you want that, but we only needed new towels once. Bed comfortable. Enough pillows but just a tiny bit too firm for me. Air conditioner was awesome. Host Federico was wonderful and went out of his way to help with anything we needed! Location was great and a few minutes walk to bus and metro stops for all the sights. Main shopping street via del Corso not too far away by bus or about a 20 min walk. Collesium by bus or a 30 min walk.

Slightly softer pillow…. That’s just personal preference though! Bathroom small BUT spotlessly clean! Location was great and close to bus/metro, piazza Navona, main shopping etc and other little bars/restaurants and cafes…However as it was a great location it was busy and noisy in the evening until late. All you will need to do is take some earplugs! A couple of short flights of stairs to get to second floor.
