Casa De’ Fiori is a hidden gem in the heart of Rome. We stayed in the Superior Quadruple Room as a family of four—it was spacious, quiet (even above busy restaurants), and next to a communal area with tea facilities and games for the kids. The location is fantastic—walking distance to the Pantheon, Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, and Vatican. The surrounding piazza felt authentic and relaxed, with great restaurants (including one below the hotel with a 20% guest discount) and a small supermarket just steps away. There’s no lift, but we packed accordingly. While the hotel doesn't store luggage after checkout, a nearby facility does for a small fee. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend Casa De’ Fiori. We’ll definitely be back!

Wonderful gem of a place just adjacent to the Campo de Fiori (the best part of Rome, in my humble opinion). Lovely rooms w/ a view of the street below, spiral staircase and overall great charm. Beautiful common spaces, helpful staff, tasteful design and a well maintained property. And just far enough away from the piazza so that it's quiet at night. Super value for the area!! And everything you can imagine is right out your door!! This will be my new spot in Rome, hands down.
Nothing - but there is no lift if that is an issue.

The room was spacious enough, the bed was comfy, the location very good.
When you are tired after a long day up on your feet exploring Rome, all you want is a good night sleep. Unfortunately, we slept only 2hours every night. The noise from the street, from the building, coming from all directions, people screaming, talking loudly, different vehicles at all hours in the night, made our nights a nightmare. The place is suitable only if you use earplugs or you don't mind the noise at night. The rooms are nice, it's just the loud noise. It felt like we were sleeping in the middle of the road.

Perfect location. The hotel owner is also the owner of the restaurant which is on the ground floor- in the street. We did not try to find reaturanta and ate there everynight, it was Roman old cuisine and was delicious. Especially the boiled and fried artichokes🙏🙏🙏👍🧿the hotel is very small actually but very compact as we lied in the bed and slept and 5 steps ahead , close the room door we had the breakfast. So it was very comfortable. Besides there is not many hotels in Rome who provides breakfast and it was an affordable and good breakfast. The housekeeper ladies make scrambled egg or omlet if you wish.
My only concern was about beds, were not so soft ..

The LOCATION!!! OMG was terrific. The Rooms were small but clean, pretty, cool, dark ( for sleepin in). The staff was present and delightful They were very helpful and look forward to helping us with all our plans. What a surprise to find that breakfast was on site and only 6Euros. The breakfast was PERFECT. Also perfect was the restaurant downstairs where a 20% discount was offered. The food, service, convenience, and staff , were all great.
We knew about this , but the spiral stairs were a challenge. They mention this several times in the booking so again, NO surprise. This is a busy square that wakes up at 0600. The vendors are busy, trucks coming and going.

We were incredibly impressed by the structural texture of the facility. Even though we logged in at night, the team worked constantly to help us log in via WhatsApp. The female staff working in the morning was equally very interested in the problem we had in the city. Our room was large, warm, the bathroom was large enough and hot water was OK. The location of the hotel is amazing.
There should be a space in the bathroom where we can put our supplies, but the area in front of the mirror is insufficient because it is very narrow. Also, there should be a trash can next to the toilet, especially women should be able to access the trash without getting up from the toilet, but this seemed to be a general problem in Italy. In other words, there is only one trash in the bathroom, and that is where we only wash our hands.

Great location with everything walking distance, Comfy bed, very clean room, good shower and a lovely building with character. It was a little bit noisy outside up to midnight and then early morning but window is really good so it was fine.
Checked out just before 10 and had nowhere to leave our (2 small) bags for 2 hours. Lady at reception said we could leave them at the corridor but wouldn’t be watched so it was at our own risk. Obviously would not leave our bags in an open unattended space so had to drag our bags for the rest of the morning. We understand the hotel does not have a space to store bags, but the receptionist was not friendly or helpful at all when explaining this! Only a few hrs later we came to know that there was a baggage storage business just literally around the corner. She could easily have directed us there, but didn’t bother. The other (Asian) receptionist was lovely and welcoming though.

The location is very central and we could walk everywhere in Rome. This was a massive plus when traveling with a family of all ages. It is extremely central. The hotel is comfortable with large rooms in pretty good conditions. Staff was very supportive throughout. We followed reviews and had breakfast outside but in the end realised that breakfast in the hotel was surely the best (from a taste perspective). Only fresh fruits on the market may be a nice incentive but on the square, quality was not fantastic.
We had issues with two broken doors. Luckily we had several rooms so could move belongings up the time the hotel did the necessary. We had 4 rooms but on two floors (1st and 3rd) which was not practical as we would have preferred to be on the 2nd floor where a large common space makes it simpler for family to gather in the hotel. But this is minor to the overall review.

What a great find and fabulous location! We reserved a triple room, which was just perfect for me, my husband, and our college-age son. Our room was unfussy but comfortable, with soaring ceilings and a great view of Piazza Biscione. Although the bathroom was a bit on the small side, it was immaculate. The room also has an air conditioner, which kept the room cool and dry. The entire staff was so friendly and accommodating! And did I mention the location? So close to Trastevere, Piazza Navona, the Pantheon, Foro Romano, etc. The room doesn't include breakfast, but it's oh so easy to pop downstairs to the bar for a quick cappuccino and croissant (turn right as you exit the front door) and grab some fresh fruit from the market in Campo de Fiori to bring back to your room. We kept fresh strawberries in our fridge at all times. Spend some time strolling around Campo de Fiori in the morning, but bypass all the same ticky-tacky foodstuffs and head straight to the cheesemongers who are happy to give you a sample. If you're still hungry, pop into Forno for a slice of pizza (they will adjust the size to your liking, so ask for a taglio piccolo and try two varieties instead of just one). For a great dinner (and at a 20% discount), go to Verso Sera downstairs (turn left as you exit the front door). The service is friendly and the food is great for the price. During your stay, make sure you visit Il Passetto del Biscione, one of the city's hidden gems dating back to Roman times. We will definitely return to Casa de Fiori on our next visit to Rome!
I thought the bed could have been a bit comfier, although my husband loved the extra-firm mattress! I also would have loved a modern hairdryer with a bit more power, but I imagine high-wattage appliances might cause power issues in these older buildings.

Most everything.it’s very centrally located to everything, love the rooms with their high ceilings and coffered beams. Bathrooms were clean. Room cleaning was done every day. They offered a really good breakfast in the morning. Staff was very pleasant and likable.
The steps, (but we were warned too). And that was nice of them.
