I loved the fact they let us store the baggage at reception at 10 AM until we checked-in at 14:00. They even moved our baggage to our room and just gave us the keys. Awesome people at reception and staff as well. They also kept our baggage at check-out from 11AM to 5PM we had to leave for airport then. This was awesome, we were given so much time to explore Rome bags-free. The hotel was okay, clean, nice rooms, good shower, good beds, nice breakfast. The staff was super friendly with us, the girl from reception even gave us tips where to go and eat and what to do. Location: The best. 10-15 minute walk to almost everything we wanted to see. The only thing that could be done better is pricing, it was still 2 star hotel, but this is on us, we booked too late not on advance so even with this in mind, the price was better than other hotels in the central area. I think if I would visit Rome I would stay here again Recommend!

Location was great right in the middle of the city square with tons of good food options just a minute or two away. The breakfast service was very convenient and accessible, staff were super nice and accommodating too when my travel plans had some unexpected changes. Would definitely stay here again!

The only inconvenient thing is the lack of an elevator which can be a slight issue if you're travelling with lots of luggage and staying on a higher floor. A staff member was willing to help me carry my bags upstairs though which was greatly appreciated!

The staff are very friendly, welcoming and helpful, specially the person in the breakfast area. I really appreciate the excellent reception from the working team. The hotel is in an excellent position in the middle of ancient Rome. I think if you like walking, you will be 25 minutes far away at most from any attraction. We have not used public transportation at all. They clean and change the napkins everyday. The hotel is perfect for a short stay ( up to 5 days) for tourism. The neighborhood of the hotel is so nice and active. It has good restaurants around ( in a circle if 10 min of walking).

The Hotel is in fantastic safe location and that’s the biggest factor. It’s a 3 star hotel and it has everything you need for short stay. Rooms were cleaned everyday. We have tasty breakfast with good coffe! If we would come back to Rome again, we would happily stay there.

The walls are very thin so we can hear everything what was happening on the corridor or outside of the hotel. When our neighbors opend their doors we often thought that someone is opening our doors. It feels kinda weird but luckily we were able to sleep without waking up in the middle of the night because of the sounds.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The staff is very friendly and kind. The location is excellent. We walked to most of the famous attractions. The room was clean and the bathroom seemed to have been recently upgraded. The breakfast buffet had more options than I expected, including fruit and yougurt. There's a small eatery, a restaurant, and an ice-cream shop (gelato) a few doors down. We enjoyed them all. We were happy to find a nearby restaurant, Origano, that offers non-meat options.

This hotel does not have an elevator. We knew that before we booked the room, so this is not a complaint. However, the stairs could be a challenge for some, especially if their room is on the 3rd floor.

It was extremely closeby to all of the tourist attractions. It was super convenient to walk to the hotel as it was located at the centre of town. It is located on the main road which has a bus running by it. There is a grocery shop nearby along with a bank. The hotel offers free breakfast as well. The hotel is run by two lovely brothers who are available 24/7. On the day of our check-out they booked our taxi for us as well. It was super convenient and greatly appreciated.

There is no lift, but the hotel staff gladly will help you to bring your baggage's up to the room.

The location was great, the staff so friendly and welcoming, gave us good tips for where to go. The room was just what we expected for a 2 stars, a bit old but clean.

Had to make do with a lukewarm shower 2 mornings out of 3. Also due to the central location there's quite a lot of noise from people going past in the middle of the night. We didn't mind at all, but just a heads up if you're looking for complete silence.

Greta location! Walkable distance to everywhere. The room size was good for two people. Super friendly staff. There are so many great restaurants around.

It is stairs with no lift, so if you have heavy luggage, it is a problem. There are no amenities in the room, no fridge, no kettle, no coffee or tea. Wifi is slow.

Location excellent Staff very professional courteous, friendly, and extremely helpful from the middle. We checked in to the minute we checked out. Breakfast great.

While the beds were clean, the mattresses were twin size mattresses, and kept separating during the night. That was very uncomfortable.

The location was perfect, close to everything we needed, making it super convenient for exploring the area. The price was very fair for what was offered, and the room was clean and comfortable. The host was helpful and ensured we had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Overall, a great experience, and we would definitely stay here again.
